Fabulous house really well maintained and v comfy. Great to have the basics in there too - like kitchen cleaning stuff, loo roll, hand soap etc.
Not sure it could be improved. Loved it all. Will be back with my family next time.

The location is fantastic. The rooms are well made up and comfortable and kitchen has everything you need. Log burner is lovely, bathrooms clean. Sea views from top bedroom.
I would say the sofa and chairs in sitting room could do with an update and the twin beds are a little small for average size person.

Charming cottage, full of character and features. Bedroom on the 2nd floor with great balcony. Superb location right in the centre of Yarmouth. The cottage has a very relaxing feel to it and is very comfortable throughout.
The very steep spiral staircase might be an issue if you have mobility issues. However, you know exactly what you're getting if you look at Tovah online and it is a fabulous feature.

The property was so full of character - we loved that it was Elizabethan and still had original features. I loved the spiral staircase that lead to my bedroom in the eaves with the fabulous balcony and sea views! Also the owners were so friendly and helpful - it was so nice to get to meet them.

Good living space downstairs. Great location
the stairs - could have done with a bit more warning about those given that we had a 2 and 4 year old with us

Quirky cottage in an excellent location. Loved the log burner during the evenings there.

It’s quaint charm and perfect location, plus it had everything we needed. Will definitely return.

a little cold at times despite heating and a fire

perfect location, well-equipped, lovely little garden

The cottage is utterly charming, and location could not be bettered. Everything you could wish for is provided in excess and of top quality. Loved the Aga and the log burner. More spacious than you'd think.
Stairs were a challenge, and parking only available a short distance away, not a problem for us but others might need to know.

Very convenient location, surrounded by pubs and restaurants ! Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed for our stay. Clear instructions from Sykes, and from the owner in their book. Great views from the roof top terrace, and very cosy with the wood log burner on while we watched the Eurovision Song Contest. Yarmouth is a lovely place to be for a long weekend. Everyone had a great time and are keen to return
The only thing that I can think of was the initial smell of the fat fryers from next door. You get used to it, and once the log burner had been going it was hard to notice. A small thing, but thought I would mention it

Very well located just a couple of minutes from the town square and harbour - convenient kitchen opening into the small garden - master bedroom balcony with view of the sea - well appointed
Parking is a bit of a fiddle but easily manageable with the permits provided.
