About this cottage rental

The Milking Parlour is a three bedroom property with 6 people able to stay within the grounds of Cools Farm, Wiltshire.

The Milking Parlour has plenty to recommend it for a holiday for family or friends, Not only is the location ideal for those looking to escape to the country, but the accommodation has been carefully designed to ensure guests feel at home.

The three bedrooms are spread across the ground floor of the Milking Parlour, and split between one ground floor super king – size double that can become a twin on request, with a ground floor twin and king size double. One ensuite for the super king- size double with shower, basin and WC is also available, with a bathroom between the other guests.

Light and with ample space to spread out in, the open plan living theme is well carried out, with modern features such as underfloor heating and a practical, stylish kitchen, with a private terrace where you can sit out and admire the far reaching views from the Milking Parlour.

Amenities: Central heating. Oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave. TV with freeview, DVD, WIFI. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Cot & High Chair Available. Paved terrace garden, access to shared bluebell woodland surrounding private lake. One well behaved pet welcome charges apply. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 2.5 miles. Note: The Milking Parlour can be booked alongside "The Tractor Shed" (989003) for a larger group and there are interconnecting double doors between the two, please call our call centre for more details.
