Our group (of 9) enjoyed the time we spent in this beautiful home in Saint-Briac-Sur-Mer. The home was on a quiet street a short walk from the center of town and the sea. The garden was lovely with many beautiful flowers and the house was very comfortable.

Myself and the extended family had a wonderful week's stay in this lovely house in the idyllic St Briac. Laurence, the property manager, greeted us on arrival and talked us through all we needed to know about the house. She was very easy to contact and helpful whenever we needed her. The location is perfect -Saint Briac is very picturesque and the house is minutes from the beach, where the sea swimming conditions are perfect! We spent a lot of time sitting (and eating) in the garden, which has lovely views of other gardens and rooftops. The house is very spacious. We reported to Laurence a few minor niggles with the house (things like a kitchen drawer knob that kept coming off) - I'm sure these will now be put right. We would highly recommend staying here.

We have visited Saint Briac a few times over the years and, like many, fell in love with the quaint town, expansive quiet beaches and nearby towns of Saint Lunaire and Saint Malo. This house caught our eye because it is rare to find something so lovely and newly renovated in this remote area. The house is indeed beautiful - and the pictures are a good representation of rooms/space - although some of the furniture is missing and it is not as "staged" upon arrival as it is in the pictures. It appears that the owner has moved-out and left the rooms more sparcely decorated. The bathrooms are particularly nice and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The garden is a treasure - but could use some trimming. It is just a short walk to town and grocery store. We enjoyed the cafe in the morning for coffee and explored the small museum and church. It is a charming little town and has everything you need for your visit. Laurence was wonderful and greeted us upon arrival with a "goodie basket" She made the booking process very easy and accommodating. We are a family of four so we didn't need all the bedrooms, but all were properly made with nice sheets, towels etc. Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor and a bit dark. The weather was great for the most part - with a couple cloudy days. The living room has limited seating, so if you can't use the outdoor garden, there is limited cozy space for everyone to sit and read on rainy days. The piano is a wonderful addition and well cared for. For a week, we were all immersed in an authentic French village, in a genuine French home with exceptional scenery all around us. Coming from the US, it was just what we hoped for.
