Step into this beautiful studio with a direct private entrance, ground floor, good light, above ground, small but has all you need for a truly comfortable stay. The studio can comfortably host a couple featuring a full-size bed, a full bathroom with a shower, a 42" TV, strong wifi, Central Heat, and AC. Kitchenette, no living room. Unbeatable Location in the heart of Little Italy. Just a minute's walk to Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market, Freedom Trail, the Aquarium, many restaurants, and shops. One block from Hanover St., Starbucks, and the waterfront, near Paul Revere's House. Little Italy is a safe, friendly, family neighborhood with many moms and pop shops. It's an easy walk to many tourist sites and a short walk to public transportation, including the "T" station at Haymarket.

This small space is so very well appointed! You can walk to the subway station (Haymarket has the orange and green line), Whole Foods, a multitude of restaurants on Hanover St., the water front, and several North End attractions. The binder in the unit has many tips and the owner and superintendent are readily available should you need them. We highly recommend a stay here.

My husband and I needed to book a place to stay in downtown Boston for a few nights and the local hotel prices for a summer time (peak tourist season) reservation were sky high. So we checked out some VRBO listings and decided to try this studio apartment. This studio apartment is tiny

I stayed for three nights in this comfortable studio in an amazing location near so many cool spots in Boston's North End. The instructions for getting the key and parking space were clear and the process went smoothly despite the narrow windy streets. My host contacted me several times to make sure all was going well. Highly recommend.

Some initial confusion upon our arrival, but Hassan quickly cleared things up. The apartment was absolutely perfect for us! The location couldn't be beat and the parking lot was super convenient as well. Thank you so much!

The location of this rental is a great feature. It's in the middle of the North End. The parking space is a wonderful added bonus if you're traveling by car because parking is difficult there.

Great location, right in Little Italy. Clean property. Communication with property owners was slightly difficult. They are a third party so they don’t really use the VRBO app to communicate. They also don’t use VRBO to make payments.

The location doesn’t get any better than this if you are looking to stay in the north end. Walkable to everywhere! As you can tell by the pictures, this is a small studio with a double bed and adequate floor space for 2 average-sized people (this was a mom/daughter trip). The condo was very clean and had many of the necessities needed when traveling (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, umbrella, hangers, etc.). But again, the best thing was definitively the location…tons of restaurants (open late), bakeries that stay open until midnight (and are busy!) and plenty of coffee shops…not to mention you can walk to just about anyplace you want to visit in 30 minutes or less!

The studio was very well appointed, clean and updated and had what we needed for our stay. Owner is responsive for any questions I had. Cannot beat this location in the heart of the North End. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was in a great location, walking distance to so much! It was overall clean however I went to make coffee and there was a dried up, used, moldy coffee filter with coffee grounds in it in the coffee maker. There was also hair on the bathroom floor which led me to believe that perhaps it wasn't vacuumed and/or mopped after the last guest. I do wish they could provide a hairdryer and iron with ironing board in the space. There was a hairdryer but it was for a European outlet and completely un-useable. With all that said-I would stay here again because of the area and overall positive experience.

This is a great property that is just steps away from attractions, the waterfront, and dozens of excellent restaurants. It's a quick walk to Haymarket station and less than 10 minutes by car to the airport (without traffic).The Studio is cozy and well appointed and it is definitely only suitable for a solo traveler. It was spotless and I felt very safe as a woman traveling alone in this property.It is a little bit noisy due to street noise and people entering and exiting the apartment building in which this is located, but well worth some noise to be in this great location.The check in instructions seemed overwhelming but if you do exactly what they say, it's actually very simple. It's really a 90 second walk from the key pick up to the front door. (the walk is longer in every hotel I've ever visited)I can't wait to come back!

Very sweet and comfortable. I needed a peaceful and quite place to rest my head at night after being out all day, and I couldn't have asked for a better room. It was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, slept very well, and the layout gave me enough space. I really enjoyed my stay, and I will definitely book again when I am back in Boston.
