We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Annie's place. This was our 2nd time renting her lovely home and since our last stay, a wonderful fireplace has been added as well as some beautiful leaded glass windows! The location is perfect for exploring the area, and the home is just a couple streets up from the downtown area..... walkable to downtown if you desire! We hiked Empire Bluff, Drove the Pierce stocking drive, went to Fishtown, Glenn Arbor, and to Frankfort, Manistee, and Arcadia. So much to see and do in this area! Annie's home was clean and the beds very comfortable!

My husband and I have to say that everything was wonderful at Annie’s home! Very clean, GREAT location( close to downtown, peaceful and safe area)and Annie’s was exceptional in communication. Beds were super comfortable! We would and will stay again for sure! Annie gave us information that we checked out and we were not disappointed....... Northport for breakfast, Two K Farm and Cider,9 Bean Rows for croissants that were to die for and we also had wood fired pizza there for lunch another time. We travelled to Sleeping Bear Dunes and drove the Pierce Stocking Scenic drive, Drove to Harbor Springs and drove the tunnel of trees, shopped in Sutton’s bay and even went to the market on Saturday. We rode bikes on the TART trail to Traverse city too! We also went to Fishtown one eve for a spectacular sunset! So much to do! 5 STARS😊👍

This house is better than the pictures. And Anna is super easy to communicate with. We loved the bed!! She has very nice dishes and everything you need to cook Altho we didn’t 😀
We visited wineries and rode the bike trail to Traverse City and back. Fun!
We will be back and stay longer. 3 days is not enough. Altho my waistline can’t take many more days of the ice cream shop down on the corner.
P. S. Everyone is so friendly in that town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gem of a place. Whether sitting on the front porch and watching the horses and listening to the water across the street or out back on the patio under the tree, it was so restful. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen supplies were high quality. Everything was first class! The ice cream store at the bottom of the hill was an added bonus and the beach a short walk away. We hope to visit again!

Great house and owner
We enjoyed the house, neighborhood, and Suttons Bay very much. The house is comfortable, well appointed, located in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to downtown. The property across the way has (at least) three fountains, so we heard soothing water sounds whenever we sat on the porch. Annie is an attentive, generous, delightful host. We would absolutely rent the house, again.

We’ve just returned home from a month-long vacation in Suttons Bay, and our time there could not have been more wonderful. This home was the perfect choice for us—from the location to the amenities to our gracious host, Annie. Located only two short blocks from the village, dining, shopping, and the beach were literally just out our back door, yet the house sits just far enough from the tourism center to provide a quiet and peaceful retreat from it all. A zen fountain and two friendly horses just across the street in the pasture round out the idyllic location. The house, itself, is a real charmer, tastefully appointed with family antiques and heirlooms. The beds, towels, linens, etc. are hotel-quality, and the kitchen is well equipped and even offers a fully-stocked gourmand’s spice cabinet. A new state-of-the-art washer and dryer made laundry day each week hassle free. Annie is a super responsive and gracious host and she works hard to ensure her guests’ comfort. Her gardens bloom with a wide variety flowers throughout the summer, and the front porch provides a lovely spot for sitting and taking it all in. We cannot wait to return to this property next summer.

The house was perfect walking distance to all of Sutton’s bay. We enjoyed walking to The Village Inn to have the best perch dinner, and some scoops ice cream on our walk back. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the beautiful porch listening to the water feature and seeing the horses across the street. The house had everything we needed, clean and super comfortable. We would definitely rebook!

Great stay in Suttons Bay
We were two couples traveling in NW Michigan splitting time between Charlevoix and Suttons Bay. Our rental in Suttons Bay was excellent, clean with all the amenities. A short 3 block walk to downtown Suttons Bay with many dining options and marina, where we kept boat. Boated you’re Traverse City one day for shopping and dinner. Checked out wineries like Good Harbor, hiked at Leelanau State Park, Sleeping Bear Dunes. Ate dinner at The Cove in Leland. Our host Annie was wonderful, responsive and friendly!

Sweet house, fabulous location
The house was perfectly sized for four people. Well equipped kitchen, comfy furniture. It was a big plus for us that we had access to the garage. And the location is wonderful. Easy walk to a great little ice cream shop and the marina.

Lovely Home in the heart of Sutton's Bay
This is a comfortable, well appointed, and well maintained home that is beautiful in side and out with the impressive flower garden (which also supplied great bouquets indoors).
It is a quick walk to the main drag of Sutton's Bay particularly the great ice cream shop and beach.
If you want to stay in the couches, dining room, and kitchen all facilitate a great comfortable day. The kitchen is particularly well equipped especially when compared to other rentals I have experienced. The clotheslines and provided beach towels support the excellent lake access. The beds are comfy and the combination of fans, ac units, and screened windows as appropriate make for great sleeping as well.
Annabelle is communicative and clear instructions for the rental make you certain of what you are about.

Long Weekend Getaway
The Host was fantastic to work with. Communication was great. The Property was immaculate. We ate breakfast and dinner (carry-out) in the small town of Suttons Bay everyday of our stay. The food selection was fantastic. Romans Wheel, VI Grill, Mundos, North Country, etc. It was all good. Every night topped off with a brief 3min walk to Scoops 22 for Ice Cream. Short walk to Beach area. Would definitely recommend this property. 40 min to Sand Bear Dunes NP, 25 min to Traverse City, 15 min to Leland. Loved our time here. Btw, I did not mention how quiet this property is. Wow!!! Quiet!!
