High quality apartment with excellent facilities (except curtains)

Lovely spacious apartment, big comfortable beds and a huge balcony. The hotel facilities are excellent and prices very reasonable. Free kids club, great spa which is very inexpensive.

There are no curtains in the apartment! We remote work back to Europe so we tend to work late and sleep late. Not very easy to sleep when the sun lights up the room at sunrise.

Exceptional

I really liked this apartment. There are separate bedrooms and separate bathrooms for parents and for kids. Great view from the balconies. All necessary amenities are there.

Occasionally there were some smell in the smaller bathroom. Probably from the drain hole.

Our best find to date among all our travels. We loved the scenery, the rich & stylish green surroundings as well as

Beautifully arranged area allowing for nice walks along the hotels and down to the beach. The facility is very family friendly with nice pool area, restaurant, bar & other facilities surrounded by rich and well maintained vegetation, Koi ponds and the like. You may wake up for the local roosters and can hear the typical tropical birds. Squirrels playing on the trees, frogs may sing at night. Very peaceful ! The apartment we hired was spacious and well equipped with two bathrooms and two balconies. Kitchen and living room was also nicely fitted out. the hotel’s entire team was very kind and helpful during our whole stay.

nothing bad really about the hotel. the access to ATMs is a problem in most areas of the island so not specific for this hotel. You can find them empty. there is a couple behind the hotel but they would benefit from one closer to the reception.

improve kids room and facilities, renovate Pause cafe

quite big apartment; tidy and clean - good housekeeping and personnel; no mosquitos beach is 10 mins walk or via using a shuttle bus (every 15 mins) Great and friendly personnel.

I was good but kids room and facilities in the hotel are quite poor. However, all depends on what you are seeking for and what is the level of your standard you used to.

Pretty terrible, too dirty.

Location

The rooms were very dirty, There were blood stains. We complained but they did no action. Air conditioner was hot, could not even press the button due to the ac being so old. Dust everywhere. No daily cleaning service. When we complained they said that we order through booking.com so they could not do anything. Overall stay was pretty poor.

Stay in Apartment Nusa Dua, Novotel.

The apartment was spacious and had a large balcony, lovely to sit there in the evenings, the pool was clean & the gardens and surroundings were attractive. In the 6 days we stayed, the apartment was cleaned thoroughly twice. The staff were all very helpful.

The beach, which had a lot of plastic waste in the sea and on the sand. The details said that the apartment had an oven, however, it didn't.

Grounds were clean and well maintained. The apt we stayed in was spacious. The gym was decent. The beach was lovely and only a short shuttle ride away. The resort staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be - see my comments below.

Apt needed work. Master bathroom was big but shower head leaked badly, sink leaked as well, definitely needed some minor repars. Furniture cushions in the living room and dining room were stained and seemed old or very well used. The apt had a small kitchen but we didn’t use it except for the fridge. We didn’t know that soap, shampoo etc was not supplied. Apt was only cleaned every other day. Buffet breakfast wasn’t included for us. We purchased it and it was ok but overpriced. Quantity was good but quality varied. Example- only Kellogg’s cereals like corn flakes, no premium ones like muesli or granola. Since our apt was not owned by the resort, any issues had to be dealt with the owner first so we felt like we were stuck in the middle. First time for us with this third party arrangement and I didn’t like it. Owner said he would arrange tours for us but the driver never showed and because the only way to get in touch was through this website so feedback was not timely or nonexistent. In the end we just booked our own tour which was easy. I might stay at the resort again but wouldn’t choose the same unit.

Our stay was so good that we want to come back.

We were so happy with our stay and how accomodating the host was. We loved the roomy and beautiful apartment as well as the great facilities like the pool and beach.

The a/c was a little underpowered but that was minor.
