A wonderful and relaxing place to stay after visiting many other places in Bali. Very close to the airport and Bali Collection. Plenty pools and not crowded 😊Highly recommend

How close to the beach and the shops the hotel was
How busy it was, I hate hotels where it’s so busy people are putting there stuff on the pool lounge chairs it shouldn’t be allowed when they aren’t there.

Solutia ar fii sa fie o izolatie fonica.

Good breakfast. There could be more cake options. And passion fruit juice as well.
The pool near the beach was not so clean. We avoided.

Trash in the beach

Almost everything
They had I believe an external photographer company for complementary photography. That photography company and their services were useless.

Lovely pools (although my partner said they were too hot for him, I loved them being warm). Great spot on the beach which you can walk along to other hotels/resorts.
Short walk from the Blow Hole and the shopping precinct.
Staff were very welcoming and friendly.
Great spot for families away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta/Legian.
The breakfast needed to be changed more regularly. Had the same food everyday for a week which was disappointing.
Our A/C in the room broke, leaked and flooded the floor 4 days out of our 7 so had maintenance in their late at night to fix, no offer to move rooms for the inconvenience.

Everything was perfect - the room, the breakfast, the pools, the restaurants, the seaside, the staff. We felt very relaxed and happy during the whole holiday. The hotel also organized the airport transfer. We hope to come again!

Breakfast was excellent...staff you couldn't have got better...lovely people...it was on the beach...only problem was the sunbeds and getting one...easy walk along the beach path to nearby restaurants that were attached to other hotels
trying to get a sunbed

Whilst it is what it is, reality is that it would be great for functions and conferences
However for the average traveller I feel it is overprice
Verbally the resort provides well as a conference and function faculty. For a private traveler the rims ( even with direct pool access) are oppressive and n need of maintenance.
I found the rooms to be of poor value for money.

The staff were very friendly, the value for money for the one bedroom villa was reasonable.
It is a little tired but worst of all was the beach and the sea. I don’t think it is a private stretch so I don’t know what the hotel can do or anything. I had feared the worst because I had read some reviews about the beach and the sea and we experienced the same. Lots of litter, on both sand and in the sea . Disgusting. People were working at cleaning the beach by digging small holes and scraping the rubbish in again disgusting and pointless.

A huge hotel with lots of amazing pools and beach front which was great. The staff were lovely. The visuals around the hotel were lovely, as expected with a grand hotel. Lovely cocktails at the swim up bar and we had good fun on the diving board.
We didnt love the location, Nusa Dua is a quiet area, we arrived here after Ubud, Seminyak & Gili T and had a much better time in those locations it felt more authentic. In Merusaka it is a gated community and personally you dont get the full Bali experience. However if you are looking to chill at a pool/beach and not go very far then maybe this is for you! We ate dinner once at the hotel in the 5 days we were there and it was our worst meal we had in the 2 weeks we were in Bali, it was eatable just not very enjoyable and expensive aswell. It was also difficult to sleep at night as the walls were very thin, we had a snorer in the room next door and loud guests in the corridor woke us up several times too.

Great place to relax by the pool with cocktails and pizza. A diving tower at one of the pools was quite entertaining. Our room had a great view over the resort to the sea. Wide selection at breakfast.
We ate at one of the restaurants on site one night and the food was a bit disappointing

All of the services and the staff are 5 star, the hotel area and the garden with the pool is very beautiful, the breakfast offer is amazing.
The booked room was very noisy, the walls are very thin and the soundproofing of the door was weak.
