This property is at a fantastic location and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Communication was fluid and fast. We had one tiny issue occur (silverware drawer broke) during our stay which didn’t effect us, but I wanted to let them know. Someone was out to fix it the following day! Totally unnecessary, but they fixed it right away. One major highlight we had during our stay was seeing two bears outside the master bedroom window. It kept us all mesmerizing until they ventured off. I would recommend this property and stay there again.

The property was lovely, they were walking distance to Heavenly and the beach closest to Heavenly. They only downfall was you had to pay 30.00 per person for beach access. The house was clean and ready for us to enter, even a tad early.

Beautiful and comfortable place with a great location! Very clean and well appointed. We loved having the board games and checker/chess table available to play. Beach chairs provided made our beach time more comfortable. We enjoyed having the deck and grill and used both. We also loved how close shops and restaurants were…easy walking distance. Our family loved it, absolutely great place to stay!

This is the perfect family getaway rental. So comfortable and spacious for the kids and adults. The owner is so lucky to have RnR as their property management. You made the experience feel a little more special. You were so warm and welcoming. We loved the Wii and bored games that were available. Our kids had a blast. Property was nice and clean. Kitchen could have been stocked a little better. Could use foil or cooking spray so food doesn’t stick to pans, small frying pan would be nice. The only real negative were the stairs, they were a killer! Very difficult carrying everything up 3 flights of stairs, especially an ice chest. Ice maker doesn’t work great.

This was the first time we have stayed at this particular rental as we usually stay at another 4 bedroom condo at Tahoe Woods that was unavailable this year. Overall, I would definitely rent this condo again, but only if the one we normally stay at was unavailable. PROS - the location, they have many board games available, the kitchen is great, couches and chairs were comfortable. CONS- two of the four bedrooms don't have tvs (given how cheap tvs are now it would be nice to have them in each bedroom especially when traveling with a large group for people who want some downtime in their room); so many cabinets including the pantry were locked, which left us having to put most of our food on the counters (the other condo has the pantry open and allowed us to keep the kitchen area much tidier).Overall we enjoyed our trip and would book here again.

Large Place walking distance to everything
Cool place that we stayed with larger group. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go (casino, gondola etc).
The rental company was very timely and open with communication and getting in and out was a cinch.

It does need a little TLC such as curtains or blinds on the sliding aware that cookware is limited. Older adults should be forewarned regarding the 33 stairs access. Great property in a great area. Very well maintained. Our only critique- master bathroom needs door, locks on doors need to be fixed, and we battled ants during our stay. Other than that everything was perfect and we would absolutely stay again.
