We had a wonderful time at this townhome. Its location is close to a bus stop, and is a quck drive to restaurants. Townhome is laid out well and spacious, worked great for 3 couples. Kitchen is well stocked. Owners have a great book that includes information about anything you could want to know. They are very responsive if you have questions. Overall would 100% book this VRBO again.

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. It was incredibly spacious with plenty of room for our family of four. We loved the sunlight pouring through the beautiful floor to ceiling windows, the hot tub was perfect after a long day on the slopes, and the beds were very comfortable. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! The host was a pleasure to work with as well.

This property was gorgeous. Nice open plan with a great view. Ideal location just up the road from downtown Winter Park and minutes from the ski area. Hot tub right outside the front door. Very well-stocked kitchen. Owner was exceptionally helpful and communicative.

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at this townhome. It has plenty of space to store ski gear, a nice three-story layout with plenty of room for all of us to spread out, and many thoughtful extras. Although it's only a few minutes to the town of Winter Park (you could walk), it feels secluded. We skied at Winter Park and tried both the shuttle at the end of the street and having a non-skier drop off at the resort--both were convenient. (The Mary Jane area skier drop-off gets you much closer to the lift without having to walk in gear.) We also went tubing in Frazer (there are 2 hills) and rented snowshoes from Epic Mountain Sports just down the road and had a good time on a nearby trial. Thanks Mike!

It was a family trip with 4 adults, 2 children ages 8 and 10, and a five month old. The condo is very roomy and very well appointed. The gas fireplace was a welcome surprise are some are just for looks rather than function, but this fit the bill for both! The kitchen was equipped to accommodate any skill level chef, and the furnishings of all rooms made our stay very comfortable. The laundry room was large and got quite a bit more use than expected. The garage was large enough for two SUVs and kept the cars from having to be cleared of snow and ice. Lastly, the ride to the ski resort was easy as the bus pickup to Winter Park was at the entrance to the community which was about a 100 yard walk or less. Overall it was a super place to stay and feel almost like being at home!

We spent a weekend skiing in Winter Park with friends and this home was perfect. A five minute walk to the shuttle stop and then a very easy shuttle ride directly to the mountain. Added convenience thanks to the large garage and wet room on the bottom level. Mike was incredibly responsive and helpful when we needed him and the house was FULLY stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace and comfortable beds. All of the neighbors were so nice too!
Highly recommend. Especially if you want to cook most of your meals at home.

Winter Park Wedding
We were in Winter Park for a wedding but, spent some extra time vacationing in the area and we’re so glad we did. We can’t say enough about this fabulous townhouse. It’s so roomy and so well outfitted. What a beautiful location. It’s close to everything but, still so secluded. We enjoyed the balcony in the late afternoon and the hot tub in the evening. Mike, the host is super organized and his instructions are easy to follow. We took advantage of the extra touches like the trail maps and trail literature. There is so much to do and see we wish we could have stayed longer. You won’t go wrong with this place. Thanks Mike!

Winter Park Townhome
We were very pleased with the townhome. It was located in a small neighborhood with nice tree coverage where you didn’t feel like you were in town. We couldn’t hardly see any other houses outside of the other townhomes on the block. The unit was clean and well-furnished. It felt like staying in someone’s home rather than a rental unit. The owner was quick to respond to our request. We would stay there again.

We were fortunate to have a Moose visit us nearly everyday right off the deck, it would eat and relax among the trees in plain sight. It was truly a highlight of our trip. The Townhome is very spacious and we found the beds to be very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed preparing many meals. We also loved the large dining table not only for family meals but also playing games. I appreciated having a washer and dryer available. The hot tub was a treat after a long day of skiing! Mike is a wonderful host and is very responsive if there are any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay. We loved our time away and look forward to booking our next stay. Great location that is an easy bus ride or drive to the resort. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Kitchen had everything you needed. We even made homemade chicken noodle soup in the slow cooker. We would stay here again.

Great location that is an easy bus ride or drive to the resort. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Kitchen had everything you needed. We even made homemade chicken noodle soup in the slow cooker. We would stay here again.
