Within walking distance to food, hiking trails, and a very comfortable space to relax.

We slept 6 adults comfortably and there was plenty of privacy with 3 full baths and powder room. Quaint and comfortable townhome in convenient central location close to all shops and restaurants. Easy access to ski shuttle made mornings leisurely. Lovely property!

Nice condo in a great location.
5.0 / 5.0
Really enjoyed the property and the skiing. Place was fantastic in a great location. Bus stop to resort was right outside and very convenient. The condo was well furnished/equipped. Really enjoyed the hot tube after a day on the mountain. Only 2 small items for improvement. 1) the garage is adequate for an average size vehicle, but if you’re driving something larger, like a Tahoe, you’ll have to park in the driveway. The tree out front needs a bit of pruning, so it’s a really tight fit and you’ll need to pull out to load/unload passengers or bags. 2) the non-stick pans in the kitchen need to be replaced. Coating is peeling off. That said, had a great time and would definitely come back and recommend it highly.

We had a great experience in winter park from this luxury townhome. Walking location to the restaurants in winter park and to ski shuttles. Home amenities worked excellently, we especially utilized the kitchen and hot tub features!

Everything about this house was a delight. The bus stop outside was perfect! The second bedroom bed was pretty uncomfortable though.

We had a wonderful vacation in Winter Park, CO, and this townhouse was a great place for my family to stay. Everything in the house was as advertised, clean, and well-appointed for our trip. Check-in was easy, with very clear instructions.
We ate a few meals together at the house, the kitchen had everything we needed. There are also many excellent restaurants and shops nearby.
The Red line on the shuttle service stopped right in front of the townhouse, and most of the other bus routes also went by on Main Street, just a couple blocks away. We had no issues getting to and from the ski lifts from the house.
The private hot tub in the back was fantastic, a perfect ending to an enjoyable day on the slopes. This townhouse checked all the boxes for us! I would definitely stay here again when we return to Winter Park.

This townhouse is in a perfect location - set back from the main, busy road, and right next to a free shuttle stop to the resort that comes every 30 minutes. It was cozy and comfortable for our group of 6, and the hot tub was excellent. Communication with the owner was also very easy and responsive. We would absolutely rent this place again for a ski weekend.

If you do not want to overpay to stay at the resort, this is the place for you. It’s the first condo directly next to the free shuttle and couldn’t have been easier to get to the slopes! 5-10 minutes and you are in the village.

We had a great time in this townhome. It was very clean and cozy. It was decorated for Christmas and New Year. The kitchen was well stocked. The location is great, close to restaurants and sledding and since we had no car, very convenient. Best of all, working with the owners was the best. Very easy to communicate with, and very nice.

So convenient. The free shuttle stop and free sled riding were just steps away. We enjoyed walking to the bakery each morning for delicious eggs sandwiches , muffins and all sorts of wonderful baked goods. And don’t miss the fish taco bar a few doors down from there for delicious Mexican food. We loved being close enough to town to walk but without the city feel. Clean , comfortable and perfect for our large family. Even had toys for the children.

Perfect Winter Park home
This location and home were perfect for our stay in Winter Park! The home had so much space for us and our children, a beautiful deck we sat on every night and was nice and clean! Definitely recommend staying here with your family!

Great Spring Break Spot
Great townhome in the perfect location! We were able to walk to the park to play and sled. Restaurants are all within walking distance, too! The townhome itself was the perfect spot for our family of 5. We enjoyed playing games, hanging out in the hot tub and watching all the games during March Madness. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook meals was provided. We will definitely go back to this spot in the future!

As advertised
The check in was easy, the host was accessible and the house was clean and well maintained. I don’t really have any negatives, couple of small things…better non-stick pans, new dish cleaning pad, etc… but overall this place is well maintained and great location.

Beautiful Condo
We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The interior of the home was so cozy. You could tell it had been decorated for all to feel at home while staying. We enjoyed the fireplace in the great room very much and the hot tub was excellent after a long day skiing. Very convenient to Winter Parks shuttle system, the stop is right at the unit. The shuttle is running every hour to Winter Park which is very convenient if you accidentally over sleep!!

Perfect getaway for family with older teens
Everything was as described. Super clean and very homey. This townhome was fully stocked and conveniently labeled. We went to make family memories for a family Christmas gift and was a perfect getaway to ski for 3 days at winter park. We picked this location over all the others because of the hot tub and the convenient lift bus to and from the resort. Everything was accurately as described. Would definitely recommend.

Book it now!
Short version- stop scrolling and book this property, you won’t regret it.
Longer version- this property is A+! The location is perfect. My 18 and 20 year old were able to walk to town and explore. But the extras in the property were what made our stay great. Slippers when you come in the door, lotion in the bathroom, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower, a charging station, tissues, toilet paper, games and books… I could go on and on! There wasn’t a single thing that we needed or had to go buy! I also communicated with the host about shipping a box before our arrival and she had it waiting under the tree for us. This property is truly a home away from home.

Spring Break Ski Trip
The location of this property was perfect for our family. We appreciated the space within the unit and having the park next door was fabulous. The kitchen is well stocked and nice cookware available. Being an end unit the light from the extra windows was nice.

Our stay here was fine but there were issues. Cons:The townhome feels dated. No curtains on any windows, blinds on some. Our toddler woke at 5 every morning because of the light coming in and naps were difficult. We were left few towels for a family of 5 and very few trash bagsCheck in was terrible. We couldn’t even access the place at 2:30 even though they said the code would work at 1:00 and there was no cell phone number to reach them. We called the number available to us over and over and got no response. We had to put on all of our snow gear in the car after a long drive to keep the kids occupied until we could get in. Finally, the vrbo operator was able to reach them and they were able to unlock it remotely and change the code. There was not enough hot water to give our toddler a bath. Perhaps the water heater needs to be replaced? It smelled like gas by the water heater on the first floor. We didn’t want our child sleeping in the bedroom by it.Pros:Nice fireplace, very warmQuiet at nightPull out couch is comfortable Great location by the sledding hill, places to eat and shuttle.Once we reached the owners, they were nice and accommodating. They let us have a late check out. We had to leave on Sunday during a blizzard and they let us check out at noon instead of 10 so that helped a little but we were still stranded in the snow with our three kids until we could get into our new place. Hot tub worked wellThis townhome worked ok for us but overall we are disappointed and wouldn’t stay again.

Just right
We had a wonderful time at this well appointed townhome in WP. Everything was "just right" - great distance from our home outside Denver, very accessible to Downton Winter Park, an easy short drive to the resort, and we had blast walking across the street to sled in the beautiful park! The home itself was laid out well with enough space for 2 small families to comfortably spread out and very cozy common areas. One reason we chose this option was the private hot tub- neccessary if you want to soak in these pandemic times, and it was such a delight! The kitchen, always a roll of the dice in a rental, was really well stocked. Finally, I found the owner's really easy to communicate with - we look forward to heading back to WP soon!

New Year 2021
This condo was perfect for our family’s first ski trip. It’s so spacious which was so needed for my teens. We loved the hot tub. There’s so much space outside our patio to play in the snow and the park across the street was fun for my kids to use the sleds in the garage to go play. It stayed so warm inside the condo which was pleasantly surprising since it was so cold outside. The owners were always available to answer our calls. Oh and we loved the shuttle stop right outside our front door!

Perfect location in small winter ski town/summer fishing town!
We loved our stay in Winter Park! The location was perfect for our family of 8 with fishing creeks and playgrounds steps away for the grandkids, and larger lakes for the men. We loved the cool breeze coming in through the windows in the evenings. The kitchen is well stocked, the grill and hot tub were nice amenities as well. There are lots of stairs inside the unit, so if your bodies are old and feeble, it might not be the condo for your stay! We had 6 adults and 2 small kids which all slept ok, but the family room was a bit small for our party..I would recommend it for 6. A/C was advertised on the main page, but it has been corrected. There is a heater, not an air conditioner. We only wished we'd had it a few times during the week when the afternoons were hot, but it's in the Colorado Mountains, so not really needed. The owners have been renting for many many years and know the area well and what is needed to keep tenants happy! Lots of restaurants within walking distance, only needed the car for grocery shopping and the further out lakes and ponds! We had a fun 8 days here.

Great Townhome & Location!
Our 4 night stay was wonderful! The location was perfect- it’s great to step out your door & hit the trail for a hike or bike & also be able to walk to restaurants. The townhome had everything we needed to create great dinners (the outdoor grill was key). Having our own hot tub to relax in and watch the wildlife after a big day of outdoor fun was just what the doctor ordered! Rae Ann & Richard were quick to respond when we had questions & were super helpful. It’s also clear they take cleaning & disinfecting seriously, which is so important, especially now. It was a great experience!
