Saltwater is the perfect get-away on the beautiful beaches of St. George Island, Florida. Centrally located, Saltwater is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, playgrounds and the island hike/bike trails. Bruce State Park, with its nine miles of pristine natural beaches, is only a short ride from your beach get-away. An excellent location & delightful interior make this home a perfect choice for your vacation. Features two bedrooms on the first level. The first is a master suite with jetted tub & a King Bed that overlooks the Gulf. The second is a well appointed bedroom with another king bed and an on-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is an open 12 ft. high children’s loft with 2 sets of trundle beds. The living room also has a queen size sleeper sofa. Multiple TVs/BluRay DVDs, stereo & WiFi. Outdoor amenities include a private boardwalk to the beach, an outdoor shower to rinse off a day of fun in the sand, a park-style grill for fun family cookouts , and two spacious balconies overlooking the Gulf.This house is dog friendly and very child friendly (Pack-n-play, Highchair, ). The views were fantastic, our son loved the loft, and everything was within walking distance. We absolutely loved the island and can’t wait to go back again to St. George Island. Our host was very responsive to any questions or requests. Highly recommend staying at Saltwater.

Nice, clean home in a great location within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Beautiful view of the gulf from the porches. Neighbors are very close but was not an issue. Weather was perfect every day we were there. Layout of home was very accommodating for 2 couples allowing for privacy when needed.

This was our 4th stay at Saltwater. The location is absolutely perfect! You can walk everywhere and it’s dog friendly! The listing is exactly as it is in-person. Can’t wait to go back!

This beach house is in the most convenient location. Park your car and never drive anywhere for your entire vacation! Beach access from the back porch to the private beach access. Sit on the porch and watch the sunrise and dolphins swim in the ocean!

We want to come back it was soooo nice and the location is perfect! The little bit of yard or garden area behind the parking area is overgrown and rough on the shins. Walking between the condos was a challenge as well and downed palm tree leaves ripped my ankle open to bleed. The boards need replaced on outer decking and the screws were exposed and cut my grandsons foot open too. If the outside area got as much attention as the inside it would have been much nicer! Oh and the carpet is stained badly in one bedroom.

This is our 3rd time staying in Saltwater and we just love it there. The view, location, being dog friendly, EVERYTHING. We cannot wait to go back!

The island of St George is absolutely gorgeous, the location of the house is perfect, however, the house itself is in need of maintenance, for example, the upstairs a/c unit was NOT working and was 80 degrees. When host was informed by us, she replied that a part was on order, but never informed us before hand that it was not working! I think the worst part that ruined my stay was the smell of dirty dog in the house (and we have a dog), carpeting definitely should be replaced or at the very least, cleaned. Absolutely filthy! Will definitely return to St George, but not this particular house.

Want to walk out your door onto sand; or have a most amazing sea view? If so, this place is for you. Extremely well appointed and very clean. Close to everything you need. Neighbors are close, so hopefully yours are as great as mine were. If you're mobility limited, this might not be your place. Otherwise, awesome!

This property was easy to book at the last minute and the home was AMAZING! Uniquely decorated- it felt like a fairy cottage on the beach! Loved it! The home was gorgeous with beautiful views and a beach right out the door! A real dream! I would come back in a heartbeat! Don't miss out and do book this very special home!

Arrived and checked in with no issues. The house was in a perfect location for us, we were within a 5 minute walk of every restaurant on the island, which was great for stretching our legs after plenty of oysters, crab legs, burgers, and bbq. View from the house is excellent, everything was clean and comfortable, have no complaints about our stay!

This was our first time renting a townhome. It was very clean and an accurate description online. We even had a welcome gift from the host which was a nice touch to notice upon opening the front door! The host was responsive to my emails and texts. Always a bonus! Had a wonderful stay and really want to book for next year!

This house was perfectly located within walking distance to restaurants. We enjoyed watching the sunrise/sunset right from the main living area. There are steps, so not for those who would have difficulty. But, the house was otherwise perfect and dog-friendly!!

We had a great week at the beach at St George Island. This home is on the beach and it worked great for our family. We enjoyed beach combing, swimming, hanging at the beach, beach walks, and beautiful sunsets. A wonderful state park is four miles down the road for more exploring.

The location was great, we walked to the swings and the trading co even though it was freezing. We live in Tallahassee and we were at st George for a little family reunion and my aunt decided she wanted to stay one more night and I booked it, then she decided she didn’t want to stay but she said next time we can rent two townhouses next time we come and this house will be one of them and we will come when it is warmer because it was way too cold but we had a lot of fun, Thank you for letting us stay!

The house is exactly as pictured. It was clean and generously stocked with any item you may need during your stay (except for a blender!). The bed in the master was super comfortable and all linens were fresh and clean. The home was perfectly set up for the dog guests as well, with a doggy gate set up on the exterior steps, a wire crate in the closet and food/water bowls available. My pups adored the suitcase doggy bed! We felt at home and didn’t have a single issue checking in or problem with the property. We will definitely be back! PS- We quite enjoyed the “Easter eggs” in the floor tiles too! We found a dog paw print, frog & lizard :)

Truly--one of the cutest beach cottages we have ever stayed in. The owner's hospitality and attention to detail was second to none! Everything was in 100% total working order (which we find to be rare), and the house was super clean. Wonderful location on the beach and we can't wait to return!
