Excelente ubicación

Ubicación inmejorable. Estás en pleno centro de Valencia y todo queda cerca. El personal también nos facilitó el check-in online.

La ducha no tenía mampara completa y se salía el agua, dejando el baño empapado. La puerta del baño no cerraba bien. El sofá cama tenía manchas. No había aire acondicionado en el dormitorio, por lo que había que dormir con la puerta abierta para que entre el aire del salón.

In the apartment there is a bit strange smell but for 4 days is ok. The best of it is location.

It was good, clean and perfect location

Very loudly. Our bedroom was next to the elevator and every morning and night was hard to sleep and take a rest.

Se equivocaron con las claves para entrar, no pudimos entrar en el apartamento en una hora esperando en la escalera, no contestaban al teléfono, sin poder ponernos en contacto con nadie…

Todo perfecto , el apartamento muy completo y aseado , con espacio de sobra , bien ubicado .

La ubicación y el piso en general, era cómodo y moderno

1° La cama, el colchón hundido súper incómodo...cambien ese colchon, yaa, para posibles huéspedes 2° el sofá cama, igual, te clavabas una tabla, el sofá lleno manchas, y con poca ropa para abrigarse, limpieza aparentemente, se veía bien, ahh el 2 día, se te pegaban las pelusas a los zapatos, y un poco ruidoso, es el centro sii y podía contar con eso, pero los tabiques son como un papel de fumar, se oye asta el respirar, creo qe deberían mejorar el aislamiento, por qué no se descansa. En definitiva bien para pasar unos días, si no estás mucho en el piso metido, pero en mi opinión debería mejorar cosas

Location in the old city. Spacious and clean.

Located in the old city close to Plaza Ayuntamiento, Very spacious, clean, basic room with plenty of room in the bedroom for suitcases. Kitchen was well-equipped with a washing machine. Access was via a door code on the street, with a lock box in the building for the keys. All communication was via text message or email, but all were very promptly answered.

Would suggest a larger and more sturdy drying rack for drying clothes. As this apartment is on the 2nd floor and in the old part of the city with narrow streets, there is not a lot of natural light. There was some outside noise but it did not disturb our sleep.

Appartamento centralissimo

La posizione davvero strategica,a due passi dal mercato centrale,dalla piazza principale servita da tram che si collegano ai punti turistici più rinomati. A solo qualche passo dalla metro, comodissima da e per aeroporto. Centrale ma fuori dal caos. Semplicissimo check-in e check out in autonomia.

La pulizia sarebbe da rivedere... Sarebbe carino trovare un bagno doccia per ospite, eravamo in 4 con solo due bagno doccia per 4 notti,abbiamo ovviamente dovuto provvedere all'acquisto del sapone. Inoltre un canovaccio in più in cucina sarebbe ben gradito.

Good location and a really good place for enjoy Valencia

Location, location! It is close to good good restaurants and to the main plaza. You can find good food, ice cream, shopping, and a lot of things just walking for some mins. The staff was great, they help us with the washer machine.

Wifi :( , it is good but it is intermittent, works and suddenly stops working for some mins, so it was really annoying. Follow the entrance instructions carefully to not get confused, they are clear but they have a lot of steps to follow.

Muy Mala Experiencia.

SUCIO. El edificio huele fatal. EL BAÑO SUCIO, EL AGUA SE QUEDA ESTANCADA. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, tuvieron que arreglarlo. El check-out es super temprano y el chek-in super tarde.

Perfekte Unterkunft mit kleinen Macken

Die Unterkunft war bei der Ankunft sauber und ordentlich. Alle notwendigen Ausstattungen waren vorhanden. Die Lage war sehr gut. Wir konnten immer wieder in der Unterkunft Pause machen.

Keine Ablageflächen für Kosmetiksachen, Kleidungen im Bad und Schlafzimmer. Halterungen waren teilweise locker z.B. Duschkopf-Halterung, Klo-Brille... Wände waren sehr hellhörig.

Perfect location!

Strategic location, perfect for visiting the city center. Close by to shops, metro, bars, restaurants, and Mercado Central. It was clean

It's not soundproofed but it's a noisy street and building. Maybe for 5days of staying a couple more shampoo samples could have been useful.

Valencia bellissima,

Della struttura niente, Appartamento sporco con un odore nauseabondo al limite della sopportazione. Si è provato più volte a contattare la struttura via telefono, ma non rispondevano. si è riusciti solo attraverso mail a manifestare lo stato pietoso dell'appartamento... In poche parole, sconsigliatissimo. Ma stato in un ambiente del genere.

A localização é boa, perto do centro histórico; permite fácil acesso aos transportes para as restantes zonas da cidade.

o isolamento de som é fraco, ouve-se os barulhos da rua durante a noite. O chuveiro não escoa bem a água, precisa cuidado para não transbordar.

Il soggiorno nella casa non buono;buona la posizione ,ma tutto il resto scadente

Bagno, con vasca anziché con doccia ,porta che non chiudeva per via dello scaldabagno.Mobili che cadevano come li toccavi.Mancavano le tovagliette per mangiare. Gli asciugamani odoravano di chiuso.Le spugne e strofinacci per le pulizie .Le foto non rispecchiano la realtà dell appartamento.Abbiamo posizionato le valige sopra L armadio e le abbiamo riprese grigie per la polvere che c’era.

Heerlijk verblijf!

Perfecte locatie, in het centrum van Valencia, dichtbij winkels en restaurants. Vernieuwd appartement, wel iets mooier op foto dan in real life.

Mijn dochter sliep in de living, zij had best wel last van nachtlawaai. De ramen houden dan ook amper geluid tegen.

Check-in is very convenient. The bed is very comfortable. The location is excellent. In the room you can close the curtains from the street side to keep the room warm, very convenient because I got in the hottest week and it helped me.

The bathtub is small, it was uncomfortable for me. The walls are thin, you can easily hear the neighbors, but I was lucky that no one was noisy. The price seems a bit high to me. Maybe it's normal in Valencia though, it's my first time there.

It is prettt expensive for what you get.

Nice central location

The ac was in the living room, but there was no ac in the bedrooms. We ended up sleeping on the pull out sofa because the bedroom was too hot
