La posizione, la pulizia e l'appartamento, tutto molto bello e comodo.

Nulla. Forse avrei fatto trovare una bottiglietta d'acqua all'arrivo. Carineria non dovuta, ma che ho apprezzato in altri miei soggiorni passati.

Prima verblijf voor korte vakantie, stedentrip. Voor langer verblijf niet

De ligging, de ruimte, de bedden en badkamer ware prima

Geen raam of deur om naar buiten te kijken, een klein raam. De rest was uitzicht op de liftschacht. Het gedoe met de codes om binnen te komen. Bij de voordeur oké. Maar binnen vind ik een sleutel veel handiger. Ik snap het wel.

Muy bien ubicado en el centro de Valencia. Estaba limpio y contaba con todas las cosas necesarias para pasar unos días con las comodidades de una casa.

Romantic place, good location

Very beautiful designed interior, all necessary equipment to prepare meal. Wide, spacious rooms, bathroom. Perfect location (tapas bar at the same building, breakfast in nice cafe very close to apartment)

The ventilation in the bedroom was not very good. The view from the windows was not good. And since all the entrance doors are opened remotely, there was little stress in case the phone was uncharged or the internet didn't work

Very good

Good location. All central sights in walking distance.Jardi de Turia Park is 5 minutes.walk away. Large comfortable bed.

Sofa small and uncomfortable. No enough crockery and cutlery to make use of the dishwasher. In fact we had to request more as there was only one fork. Sandra organised this quickly. All the Windows look on to the Back of other apartments. The apartment doesn't have much light from the windows in the day nor from the lights at night. We had trouble with the electronic key because we didn't carefully follow the instruction video. Sandra provided us a key quickly. However all considered it is good value.

Great location, spotless apartment and very comfortable beds.

I was fine using the app to get into the apartment but for some people it may be a hassle using an app every time and also if your phone battery went flat you'd be in a pickle! We were ok but it could be hard for older people.

There was a only Air conditioning in the kitchen so maybe in a height of summer it could get too hot, but we were more than happy with the fans.

They had a dog bed and left us dog treats. Very beautifully decorated. Clean and comfortable. Centrally located. Ease of locking and unlocking doors.

beautiful apartment in the heart of the city with easy access to everything. loved the furnishing and very happy that we chose to apartment for an authentic stay in the beautiful city of Valencia.

Very hot in the apartment as fans in the bedrooms didn’t seem to be working properly. had air conditioning in the living room which cooled this area.

The position was amazing.

The entrance and the elevator were narrow. We had a twin stroller and that made things complicated: for most people however this would not be a problem at all.

We loved the location of the apartment. It was located within easy walking distance of all of the sights we wanted to see. We also liked the staff who were willing to help us with questions and directions.

Don't go there.

The comfy bed. The location. Nothing.

Didn't ever see the host. Hard pillows. Dirty sink area. Couldn't get in the street door when we arrived. Nowhere to put clothes that couldn't be hung up. Only 1 mirror in the whole apartment. Non of the pictures on website, looked anything like our apartment, except for the kitchen and bathroom tiles. Tv didn't work. No instructions for anything. No map of area or information. Toilet seat broken. Noisy, all night with a cafe/ bar underneath. Had to go and buy earplugs, so that we could sleep. Very very disappointed. No dressing tables. Absolutely nothing like the pictures on booking .com.

Comfortable apartment with very helpful host; definitely recommendable

- the host is very helpful and always available on phone - the location is right in the heart of the city centre - the apartment is fairly bright - the bathroom is big - the kitchen is well equipped - there is a ceiling fan - digital keys

- the shower area is tiny although the bathroom is big - the water in the shower is slow - the apartment didn't have a view from any of the windows -the windows are old and therefore closing them is a bit of work - free parking spots are very hard to find nearby until late in the night

Very noisy. Some extra pots would be nice. Also, even though the AC was on, for heat, in the bedrooms was very cold

Nada . apartamento very hold at 4 Floor ( two ascensore ,) Lo 2 estaban ROTO. The refurbishment if the apartment was not done correct, too many thing's old . Ninguna prima colación . In very busy street center of.Valencia Spain

The property was very nice, lovely 2 bed appartment, clean, great location for park walks and restaurants, great staff on welcoming. No faults.

The single air conditioning unit is not enough to keep the whole appartment cool during summer when weather is +30 degrees. The bedroom fans were not enough to compensate so it was a hot and reasonable uncomfortable night. Additionally, it does not stipulate on the booking form that a golden retriever dog (medium size) will cost an additional €25. This we found out on check in. Could be added to the actual booking info details.

The easy check in. The lady who welcomed us at check in was incredible. She was extremly friendly and so helpful. She held our luggage before check in and also after check out The apartment is beautiful. Clean and neat. Air conditioned. There is an elevator in the building.

perfect location

The location was very good. Keys can be collected at the office situated above the apartment. Definitely would recommend this place for a visit to Valencia. The apartment was also a good size with all the necessary facilities.
