Note: location, location, location! Home with high end finish levels in Beaver Creek. One of the closest ski in/ski out properties in all of beaver creek. Imagine putting on your boots on the back deck, grabbing your equipment from the exterior ski closet then going only 30 yards to get on the chair. Even better at the end of the day. The 2 lifts behind our condo are Riverfront Express 7 (Gondola) and Beaver Creek Mountain Express 15. It doesn't get any better! Set up for a family or a group of friends. Owned, rented & operated by Doug & Linda Manner - no third party management company - ever!!! Ski rental & lift ticket sales on premises. Beaver creek ski resort area is renowned for it's varied terrain perfection in grooming, large snow falls, ski and snowboard schools. The ice skating rink is located in the center of the village. Snowmobiling is available, as well as sleigh rides and sledding. You can even go dog sledding or hot air ballooning! You can also ski with a ranger on a 45 minute ski tour. Twilight snowshoe tours are available from the Nordic sport center. Don't forget rail jam in front of McCoy's. You can travel to east vale to enjoy ice climbing. The Beaver Creek family challenge is lots of fun. Each team races throughout the village and must perform crazy physical and mental challenges. Don't forget the spa! The beaver creek ski & snowboarding school is open daily from 8-4:30. Adult ski school offers group and private lessons. The lift ticket office is open from 8:30-4:30. Cross country skiing is available from Strawberry Park chairlift at Mccoy Park. Summer in Beaver Creek and the vail valley is an amazing place! You can explore golf, biking, hiking, scenic chair lift rides, bowling, Beaver Creek Rodeo series, farmers' markets, horseback riding, hot air ballooning, tennis, concerts, rafting & kayaking, hummer & jeep tours, biplane rides, and Colorado ski museum. Children's activities include Beaver Creek Kids Camp, discovery camp, adventure camp, 5-star camp, Beaver Creek Children's Museum, beaver creek children's theatre, ice skating, Beaver Creek stables, bungee trampoline & climbing wall, family movie night, day care, miniature golf and playgrounds. The game garage is located next to the Dusty Boot restaurant - it's a video game arcade and game room for kids ages 10-17. There are several golf courses scattered throughout the Beaver Creek, Vail and surrounding areas.

9th year in Beaver Creek for Spring Break and this is the best place yet. We have stayed at the Ritz and Horizon Pass for more than double what we paid here and this was much easier to get in and out of! Literally the lift is just a few steps from your balcony. Great location of the condo itself being on the first floor and being able to walk out directly to the lift. Also, great location of the complex in Bachelor Gulch. We prefer that area because it is less crowded. But if you want to go to the village, it's on the shuttle route and to top it off the complex is the first drop off and last pick up. So, no waiting. Very short shuttle drive to the village. The condo itself has everything you could ever need. The kitchen has spices that are updated annually, crock pot, multiple types of coffee pots, etc. So if you want to stay in and cook, you have everything you need. Washer and dryer in the unit and even have drying racks for your clothes, spray and wash (my husband got spaghetti sauce on his shirt) and lint rollers, etc. They have literally thought of everything. The unit itself is very nice and comfortable. The owners were great to work with when we thought we were going to have to stay an extra day due to weather. We will definitely be booking for next year!

This condo is perfect for a ski vacation! The location is wonderful with a ski lift just steps away. There is a ski rental shop and lift ticket office in the building! The condo unit is beautiful and set up with everything you might need or want! Very organized and attention to all the details! Linda is an incredible host…responsive and very detailed. We highly recommend this condo! We are already booked for next year! Can’t wait!

This is one of the nicest condos we have ever rented for a ski vacation. The unit is fully equipped, comfortable and quiet. Very homey, great internet, loads of TV channels, lots of movies & books, and a gas fireplace. There is not a lot of foot traffic or noise. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare a full meal (including spices so check the cupboards before buying). Even multiple coffee makers including Nespresso!
The building is steps from Lift 15 & you can ski to the back door at the end of the day. No lift lines in the morning (yay!) There is a ski locker by the back door so you don’t have to lug equipment all over. And there are 2 hot tubs & pool out the side door to soak the mountain out of your legs. There is a locker room down the hall for booting up - the locker has mounted boot dryers inside. The gym across the hall and has a full suite of equipment to warm up before skiing or hone your body on an off day.
Getting to the village or Avon is simple. Download the Village Connect app and book door-to-door service to the village, restaurants and back to “home”. We were usually the only ones on the shuttle & waited only a few min. Use Uber to the local supermarket (well stocked) - that too was a short wait.
We spoke with Linda before travelling and she was very responsive and helpful. She even texted us when the cleaning people finished so we could get in earlier than 4PM (Thank You). We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely try to rebook this unit.

This was, hands down, my favorite property at Beaver Creek ever and we've been skiing there for decades. So convenient, super clean, great fireplace, access to gym and you literally fall out of bed onto the lower beaver creek lift. Amazing...

This was our first time staying away from the village and we were not disappointed. This particular condo literally had everything you could ask for. We have stayed in other really great places and this one just had more - the towels were great to the floor mats to full spices and kitchen stocked including condiments. Even had a case of batteries to help if needed. We have a house that we rent out and this place gave us some ideas how to step it up a little
Location was nice right outside the lift. It’s always hard to tell but it is better to ski in when snow is plentiful as our first day was a bit bare ( we were there Dec 22-26). 1st floor made it easy - door codes so minimal key usage - only challenge was the gym was nearby and had an enthusiastic gym member banging weights late at night. - that was quickly remedied by a quick polite chat- they just didn’t know.
Overall with on demand shuttle and the BC sports rental shop conveniently next door it was overall a great stay. We would like to stay here again

Perfect spot for a ski vacation at Beaver Creek. Everything was as advertised. The best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Very well organized and very thoughtful. Had it all! Location, amenities, and accoutrements. Can’t give this unit/manager enough kudos. Really wonderful condo.

Very convenient to Beaver Creek Landing lift (Beavo drop off). The hot tubs and pool are nice and heated. Condo is fine and has everything you need.

This is a true ski in ski out property - convenient to everything including the rental shop and the bus stop that will take you all over the resort. The property contact was very responsive. We loved our stay and would book again!

We absolutely loved this condo!! It’s 1st floor, easy access to lift, lockers and shuttles made it perfect for us. Property owner is super helpful and quick to respond. They have the condo stocked with everything you will need for your stay. It was comfortable and quiet. We would recommend this condo for sure! You do have to take a shuttle or ski over to the main village area but we liked that because it was quiet and the skiing by the condo was fantastic!

Linda’s rental was perfect. The condo has to be one of the closest to a lift in Colorado, you can literally ski to the back door. The beds and furniture were very comfy. Everything you could need was provided in the house: nice cookware, seasonings, condiments, movies, games and lots of extra bedding. Covered parking in the garage and lockers were a big plus.
We stayed as two couples and had plenty of room. I highly recommend this rental and will be back.

My brother and I really enjoyed our stay here. You can walk out the door and you are right at lift #15, which is easy to get on the mountain and head over to bachelor gulch and arrowhead.
Facilities and amenities were great. There is are a couple of hot tubs and pool outside of the unit. very easy access to get to them. Very nice gym and staff working at the facility.
You can also buy lift tickets in the building which is very convenient.
Would come back and stay again!

Great location and trip. Very well stocked condo all the way down to spices to cook with! The only negative is we have a newer snowboarder in our family and the lift right outside our door didn’t go to greens that were open. Would definitely stay here again but this time we didn’t get to use the “ski in ski out” due to runs not being open to the bachelor gulch area. We went early in the season though. If you are going mid season that shouldn’t be an issue.

Great ski in / ski out location
This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Walk out to the ski lift, although for ski school we did take the shuttle to the base for drop off but that was super easy.
If you have more advanced skiers really no reason to shuttle to the base you can just walk out to the lift. Condo itself is right across from the exercise room and very close to the hot tub and pool, was a great location within the complex. The only issue we had was the cleaning service hadn’t come the day we checked in. We had to wait several hours to get into the unit. However, this was not the owners fault and they compensated us for the inconvenience and I have no reservations giving this unit or the owners a 5 star review. Communication was easy and prompt with the owners. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing space and location
Everything about our stay here was perfect! From the perfect location just steps from the chairlift to the clean and spacious condo, this was the perfect place for my group of 4 to spend a long weekend. We were able to ski two full days, with a break to come back to the condo for lunch. After skiing, the hot tub was the best way to unwind. Our host Linda was quick to respond to a couple questions I had and was very attentive to our needs. One of the nights, we had fondue delivered to the condo with Fondue at Home - they come to you and make a delicious, 4-course fondue meal. It was the best experience, highly recommend. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about our stay here and I hope to visit again soon!
