About this house rental
Welcome to the Gilded Antler Chalet at Ridgepoint, the perfect spot for your mountain vacation! This multi-level home is locally owned and operated and we want to make sure all of our guests have a wonderful, personalized experience while vacationing in Beaver Creek. The house was nearly fully renovated in 2018 and has lots of space and all the amenities you'll need for your mountain vacation!
This townhouse is quite spacious and boasts vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. When you step into this multi-level house, you feel as if you are in a rustic beaver creek cabin. Big leather couches, rustic decor and a towering wood-burning fireplace in the living room make this the perfect place to curl up after a day on the slopes. Up half a flight is the spacious dining room with seating for eight at the dining room table and 4 more at the bar. The kitchen has been immaculately redone with all new appliances, gas range and skylights. The large kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for large groups. The living room has windows and a balcony with a new gas grill and offers beautiful views of the aspen and pine in the Vail Valley. There are plenty of games and puzzles to keep the whole family entertained and the bluetooth sound system allows you to use your own music to set the scene. The large flat screen tv is equipped with cable and netflix.
This house has comfortable sleeping space for up to ten (10) adults. The master bedroom on the lower level has a comfortable king sized bed and an updated en suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are just upstairs with queen beds and shared bathroom. The loft bedroom has a queen over twin bunk and a pull-out bed for one and brand-new attached bathroom. All bedrooms have flat-screen tv's.
The townhomes at Ridgepoint are ski-in and walk/ski-out. Lift access from Ridgepoint townhomes can be accessed via a 50-yard walk to the skiway at the north end of the complex to the Lower Beaver Creek Mountain Express lift, or guests can hop on village transportation to travel to the base of Centennial chairlift in Beaver Creek village. Ski-in is a breeze and a lively apres ski with live music, libations and a cozy outdoor fire at the Ritz in Bachelor Gulch is right on the way home!
Guests of Ridgepoint enjoy a sauna room and outdoor covered hot tub year-round (a must-have for ski season!). During the summer, the tennis courts and outdoor pool are just steps from your front door.
Ridgepoint townhomes are set in the lower bench of Beaver Creek resort, referred to as “the valley”, among peaceful rolling foothills and a forest of tall spruce trees. This is a quiet and secluded community, but all the amenities of Beaver Creek village are just up the road. Guests at Ridgepoint have access to Village Connect, which is essentially your private driver within the resort.
Beaver Creek village has something for everyone—gourmet dining, top-notch shopping, an ice skating rink and al fresco creperie are only a few of the highlights of the village. The resort is also home to the Vilar performing arts center, featuring broadway musicals, concerts, family entertainment, comedy, dance, classical music and more.

This was our first family ski trip to Beaver Creek. The Modern Mountain Townhome exceeded our expectations. The home had everything we needed and extras on everyday items such as Kleenex, trash bags, etc. The kitchen was probably the most equipped rental that we have every stayed in. And the appliances were high quality and great for cooking larger meals. Beds were comfy and there were lots of extra blankets and pillows.
The location is easily accessible to the slopes which was definitely a plus. Most days we would walk/ski out and shuttle back. The shuttle service was so easy to use and typically arrived within 10 minutes. It would pick up and drop off right in front of the townhome.
We enjoyed our stay and will for sure be back!

The townhouse was perfect and just as described. The house has been updated and is in great condition. We love the Ridgepoint neighborhood as its a short walk up a hill where you can ski down to the lift. We took the free shuttle for the first time and it was fast and a nice added feature. The communication with Pam was fantastic as she always responded quickly to any email I sent and she was gracious and let us check in early and late which was kind of her. We look forward to coming back to Pam's unit next year with our family!

Wonderful stay I had with family of 8. Comfortable , convenient location, good communication with owner. Many amenities, well stocked kitchen, very private location on Beaver Creek property. Everyone in the family felt like home away from home. Hot tub, shuttle, and only minutes away from town of Avon. Will stay again whenever available. Thank you!

We brought our two kids and both sets of our parents. We could not have asked for a better trip! This townhome was updated throughout and clean. The kitchen is amazing and well stocked. Half the time we skied out and half the time we caught the Village Connect up to the ski school. It was easy either way. We hope to come back and stay here again.

Our family of 4 with our children’s significant others had a fantastic long weekend to explore Beaver Creek. Great space, amazing kitchen and awesome location. Was given incorrect door code at check-in but rectified quickly by texting property manager. Everything as advertised. Have had many family ski trips and this was one of favorite homes. Great value.

My family and I had a great time and loved the Townhome. It was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone, lots of towels and we loved all the blankets. The fireplace was so nice too.
Kim, the Owner is super nice and always available to answer any questions we had.
Location was great, right on the BC Village Connect route.
Thank you Kim for opening up your vaca home to us.
It was wonderful:)

Five adults there for a wedding and the townhome was perfect for us. The three days/nights of wedding festivities were within the Beaver Creek resort area and the shuttle service was very convenient.
Very fortunate with beautiful weather!

We had 2 families share this home and there was plenty of space for all of us and every amenity we could possibly need - multiple coffee makers (keurig and regular) - cooked at home a few times and they had everything we needed. All new and modern feel. The shuttle bus was perfect for getting around. Our only challenge was the flights in and out of eagle. We ended up having to buy new flights out of Denver and hiring a car service so I would caution people flying into eagle and out of - take earliest flight possible so if it gets cxld, you have a later flight you can possibly catch or get to Denver.
We have been to Deer Valley the last 3 years and happy we tried Beaver Creek - the trails were wide and long and not to mention the breathtaking views. I had knee surgery and couldn’t ski but I found a nearby spa for the day and relaxed by the fire reading. Truly a peaceful vacation. Hope to come back!

The townhome was exactly as we expected from the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked, whole place was clean, nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. One slight drawback was no closet space in the master bedroom as one is owners closet and one was filled with kids stuff and extra pillows etc. not a big deal, but would have been nice to be able to hang some things. Overall would rent this place again!

Great location, great house, well stocked, all fabulous. No complaints. Note that the kids bunk bed room is a loft. Open to the kitchen. We did not see this mentioned or shown on the listing. It was fine as we have teenagers, but if we had younger kids this might cause a problem with noise issues. Anything happening in the kitchen can be heard in that bedroom. Overall, this is not a reason to not book. The house really is ski in and walk out. Brief walk to the run/lift. No need to take the shuttle if you can handle the walk. Don't hesitate to book.

Great condo with beautiful kitchen, comfy furnishings and great log burning fireplace. Beaver Creek shuttle service made getting around very easy- wait time in the morning to lifts was less than 10 minutes. Overall, we would definitely return again without hesitation.

A perfect Christmas getaway. House is filled with everything you need and beautifully decorated. The owner was quick to answer any questions and made recommendations to enhance our trip! The house has access to hop on the ski slopes and easily accessible to the BeaverCreek village via the shuttle! Highly recommend staying at the Guilded Antler!”

Great stay. We had 4 adults and 2 children and the home could have easily accommodated 2 more people. We stocked and used the kitchen for breakfast and lunch and went out for dinners. We stayed in another home in this quiet subdivision previously and this was the same model so we knew what to expect and this spacious, up to date place did not disappoint. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub which was just a short walk from our unit and it was never crowded. Although we had a rental car, this entire Beaver Creek community has a free transportation system (known as Dial a Ride) so if we went to Beaver Creek Village (2 mile walk) and hiked we could call the Dial a Ride and they pick up and drop us off at this home (door to door service) in a matter of minutes...or you could use this service to take and pick up from dinner in Avon.

Beaver Creek Gem
Outstanding property and stay. We loved it so much we've booked it for next year already. Location is ideal, 5 minutes to Beaver Creek resort and 15 minutes to Vail. Condo had abundant space for our group of 4 adults and two kids. You can't go wrong with this property. Thanks Kim for the amazing stay!

Excellent property
Recently stayed for a family ski trip and conference at the Park Hyatt. Condo was excellent with plenty of room for a large group and kids. While not right within the resort village, the Village Connect shuttle made getting to/from the resort a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent ski lodge
Great place to stay for a family ski week. We had the choice of ski in/ski out or the Beaver Creek Connector which was very responsive, normally arriving in a few minutes of being called. The owners were very responsive, quickly providing answers to our comments and/or questions.

Love the property owners!!
Beautiful property in a beautiful location. We showed up for an early check in and the condo was not clean. We contacted the owner who was very apologetic and insisted we enjoy lunch on her and she would have the cleaners there asap. She delivered! We came back 2 hours later and the property was clean and smelled clean! The rest of the stay was incredible!

Perfect Location
We had a father/son ski / snowmobile trip with 4 of us. This beautiful home was perfect and gave all of us plenty of room to spread out. The home was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed including all the linens / soap / shampoo toilet paper / paper towels / trash bags, etc....it was very well stocked and very comfortable. Kim was so friendly before, during and after our stay. The ski in / out was nice but to be honest the free shuttle service that picks you up right in front of the house was even better because it will drop you to any location you want to start skiing, and pick you up wherever you finish. Thanks so much and we do recommend this home to anyone wanting to ski or stay at Beavercreek.

New Years 2021
We had a great time. There was 8 of us and it was perfect! Stairs were hard on our elderly guest, but the fireplace and hot tub visits helped ease her aches. College kids enjoyed the ski in ski out. Kim was very accommodating in every aspect. We may be back!

Loved the Gilded Antler!
My family and I have travelled to CO from Florida for years in search of a White Christmas! 2020 presented unique challenges but since we were travelling with just our immediate family and no plans for gathering with others, we decided to follow through with our plans. We were not disappointed! The owner Kim was a true pleasure to deal with and immediately responsive to my inquiry and emails. The property is easy to find, conveniently located, and beautifully decorated! The kitchen has EVERYTHING you will need for preparing meals. Towels were plentiful, including those for the hot tub which is only a short walk away. Lots of games available made for fun family game nights! We even left a card game for those who visit after us. : ) We loved the fireplace and the entryway foyer with lots of hooks for gear and plenty of room to leave shoes and boots. Beaver Creek village is not quite walking distance at almost 2 miles away, at least not for us in the winter! However, the shuttle service is VERY convenient and easy to use with the downloaded app. They pick you up and drop you right at your front door! Even during busy times, we never waited more than 10 minutes. With deeper snow, the property is ski in, ski out. We were able to ski in, however, the snow cover was not quite enough for the ski out option down to the lower BC lift. No worries, though as it is only a very short shuttle ride down to the lower lift or up to the village. All in all, a lovely property and we would definitely stay again when we return to Beaver Creek!

The check in process was super easy, and the townhome is stocked with anything and everything you could need. Not only would I 100% recommend staying here, my friends and I are planning to stay here again next year!

Great Rental- close to everything
This is a great condo- well updated and very clean. Kim (host) was extremely responsive and helpful. The kids loved the pool- it wasn't huge but we just waited until "off hours" to attend to avoid the crowds. We did have a little air circulation issue with windows unable to open to get drafts through (it was hot!) and carpets that were just cleaned. But we figured it out and all was well at the end. Would definitely recommend and Kim was a star.

Perfect family retreat
We had a wonderful long weekend with our adult children in Beaver Creek and Vail. We have been coming to the area for many years and very much enjoyed the location of this property. It was immaculately clean and very well appointed. Since the county had not opened up completely it was great to just hang out, play cards, and have meals in. There were only a couple of nit-picky things...the windows did not open easily (a few of the cranks seem to be stripped) so the upstairs got quite warm until we removed the screen in the kitchen to push the window out manually. A light bulb in the master was burned out (no big deal at all just want to bring it to your attention). There was also very noisy construction out front 2 mornings which made it impossible to have the windows open (dust and early morning noise). Regardless, we would definitely rent here again.
