Really nice neighborhood. Great location to everything. No contact on how to check.in when we got there. Had to call the emergency number to let us in. Other than that everything was wonderful

The property itself was very nice. However, I do not like when a property management company insists on using their website/app for communication. We did not receive the passcode to enter the property on time. I had to send a text message because no one works on Sundays. It is very frustrating when the communication is not done through the Vrbo app.

It was a nice place overall. Very well kept condo and quiet neighborhood. The only issue we really had was the shuttle service was only available after 5. Retretia has shuttles that go to the slopes in a cycle, but they do not service quail run in that loop so you have to catch the city bus. In the end, though, it was a fantastic place to stay!

Property met our needs for a ski vacation. Only complaint is that the gas grill needs some maintenance.

The check in process is different from others. You have to pick up the keys from a different location then the property. The shuttle system makes this place. It allowed us to park the cars and not worry about transportation.

The townhouse was just as described. It had everything we needed. It was clean upon arrival. You do have to check in/check out at a different location to pickup/return your parking tags. We could not fit our truck in the garage but it would fit a smaller car. The littles in our family loved the playground right outside the back door. We enjoyed our stay and would book again if ever back in the area.

Nice property. Loved the shuffle board. Good location, short bus ride to skiing. Nice boot drier and places to hang ski equipment in the garage. Garage won't quite fit a full size pickup

We had a great time here. The Retreatia shuttle was great and the walk to the City shuttle was just a few minutes. Not even bad in 15-degree weather! The Retreatia staff were very helpful and responsive.

This beautiful property is very near the base of Steamboat ski resort, you can drive or take the free bus. My son even walked once. It is extremely clean, well maintained, very roomy (space for six or more adults) and was very well stocked. We really loved our stay and hope to be back soon.

Great place
This condo was perfectly located only a 5 min drive from the base of the mountain. Only issue was parking. The condo comes with two spaces and we had three vehicles. Luckily we were able to find parking in the ‘overflow’ parking lot in the complex. Steamboat does not allow public overnight parking anywhere so we were relieved to find out we could park one of our vehicles there. The place was clean and comfortable would definitely stay again.

Great stay
Could use more dishware and Silverware. Cookware was nice. Games and puzzles were a nice touch. Boot dryer came in handy. The resort could do a better job routing buses but the stop was convenient to the condo.

Steamboat Condo
Great: Condo was great. Clean with new carpet was nice.
Improve: Spa was not working. Called 2 management company 2 times. No response about if it was going to be fixed or the status.
Suggestions: If you don’t want shoes or boots in house then add a bench in garage to sit on to put ski boots on. It could be a 2x12 on milk crates. We swept garage too. A lot of dirt.
Overall we would love to stay here again.

Dirty, Dirty. Dirty
This could be a very nice property, but it is not being kept up or cleaned properly. Carpets are filthy. All chairs have stains on them from ALL kinds of things. There were dirty snot tissues, garbage and food under beds and couch. Refrigerator needs new drawers. Rugs are dirty and stained. Patio was so extremely dirty.
Called Retreatia Several times. Asked to speak to manager. He never returned calls or emails. We stayed for nine nights, and finally after a week of calls and emails, he instructed his staff to reimburse us 100 dollars. It was absolutely ridiculous. I advise you NOT to rent from this company. Do not rent this condo. If you have children, you won’t even feel comfortable letting them walk or sit on carpets. That’s how dirty they are. We were uncomfortable even sitting on the kitchen chairs. Worst rental I have EVER stayed in. We were extremely disappointed and disgusted.

Worked great for us.
Good property. Lots of room. Liked the bunk bed set downstairs. Great kitchen, DR and LR. Yes the rugs probably need to be replaced as mentioned in other reviews but non issue to us. Great kitchen pits/one ect. Even a lime squeeze. They do tell you but wasn't sure but MBR upstairs with iwn bath is a queen bed. May or may not be an issue. Used the grill and shuttle bus. Had a great week.

Amenities Gone/Closed
Overall, we had a great time and the accommodations were nice. It was disappointing that the courtyard playground was demolished and the hot tub was closed as they were both amenities we liked about the listing.

Great Steamboat property!
Such a great property for a family vacation to Steamboat. Clean, convenient location and the shuffleboard table made for fun night after a day of skiing.

Stay was fine, drive was not
Property was fine--check-out was way too early.

Great overall space
Overall layout is great for a group or family.
Quite location. Needs a little TLC. We stayed last year and noticed small things that need attention now. As previous reviews have mentioned there needs to be curtain/shades in the master bedroom. There used to be, and the brackets are there but no shades. Bathroom door lock does not work. Had to call to have shower drain unplugged. Still overall nice place just needs attention.

Christmas in Steamboat
We had a lovely holiday in this condo and were able to enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, great food and shopping close-by. The location is convenient and we had comfortable space for 4 adults, 2 teens and a toddler. The shuffleboard was a big hit! Many games were played and enjoyed. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed to cook two meals a day and the sectional and coffee table were perfect for board and card games. The next door neighbor was friendly and the heated garage was so convenient for accessing all of our ski and snowboard gear.
The only downsides were damaged blinds in the upstairs master and knocking sounds heard throughout the night due to the heating unit. This was only a problem for the light sleepers in our family, who slept well using ear plugs for the rest of their stay.

Great condo
Our stay was great. The condo does need a little TLC however. The master bedroom’s blinds still have not been fixed as previously mentioned by another reviewer, and the carpets and dining room chairs are pretty worn and stained in areas. Not a big deal though and I suspect all condos in snowy areas suffer the same abuse from boots and snow. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. Fireplace, games, and heated garage were nice also.

A few exceptions to the nice room
Our stay was wonderful. However, the shades in our bedroom were broken and we couldn’t close it so the sunlight came in every morning and we had little privacy each night. Also the light flickered in the entryway and the water filter in the fridge was bad. We couldn’t have water or ice from the fridge.

Great minus a few details
we chose this place because we had access to a hot tub and it was out of order the whole time. The master bedroom was unbelievably hot at night with no a/c and the screens had holes so leaving windows and slider open let mesquites in.... other than that it was a good stay!

Everything we could have needed or thought of. Wonderful set up for two families. Shuffle Board was fun for all. Outside grill was a great treat. Weather cooperated too!! Thank you for thinking of everything.

Unit was great. Had lots of sleeping arrangements for our group. Close to mountain and town. Loved the heated garage for all our ski gear.

Wonderful place to stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans making cooking easy. There is a shuffleboard on the main level that was so fun. The location is very close to town. Having three bedrooms that have actual queen or king beds in them was perfect for our group of 6 and a baby. Would stay again!

Great Place
Plenty of room, well stoke with the basics, really liked the heated garage. We could keep all our equipment/apparel outside and would be dry in the morning.
