This wonderful home has been newly decorated with a conch farm theme, comfortable outdoor furniture, professionally designed bedrooms with new queen beds in each room , fully stocked kitchen, living room, washer/dryer. Some of the amenities include WIFI, SMART TV's, and an assigned parking spot . Steps from the world famous Duval Street, sunset celebration and all the downtown action one desires. You are only one block down from The Green Parrot, rated the 3rd best bar in America. The Shipyard is the closest residential location to Fort Zachary State Park and Beach. You are in the heart of Old Town, Mallory Square (sunset celebration) and on the grounds of Harry Truman's Little White House located in Truman Annex, a secure enclave of historic and exclusive residences, Truman Annex is the most exclusive and magnificent development in Old Town Key West with wide streets lined with multi-million dollar homes that are landscaped with 30’ palms and exotic flowering plants. It is just a short stroll to the Historic “Little White House” where President Truman called home whenever he could. You are close by the warm tropical waters of the Gulf of Mexico where you can hop on a fishing boat for flats or deep sea fishing, take the Ferry to Sunset Key for lunch or dinner, go parasailing, snorkeling, diving, shopping, dining or wherever your dreams might take you. We provide all of your kitchen necessities, just bring the cook & the food! Spacious living room where the living room doors open up into the private deck making your vacation a true Tropical experience.

What is provided:

We provide 4 towels, wash cloths for each reservation as well as 2 bath robes and beach towels.

We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels per reservation. Please bring extra if this is not enough.

This unit is in the best location. We were able to access everything we wanted so easily! The decor is fantastic and my favorite was the book selection…”To Have and Have Another.” Steps going to the upstairs unit were a tiny bit difficult to maneuver with luggage, but not a game changer. I felt an extra layer of safety with the outside gate, even though Key West always feels safe. Overall, as someone else said, a hidden gem. Thank you for a relaxing, comfortable weekend.

This 2 bed/1 bath condo was pretty, charming, and well done. There is no oven but otherwise everything is very well appointed and we didn't need the oven anyway. Walking distance to everything! We enjoyed our stay immensely!

This property was wonderful! Close to everything but very nicely quiet. The unit was everything as advertised and the friendly neighborhood kitty snoozed on our ground floor porch almost every day. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again!

This was my family’s first trip to Key West. We chose this property because of its location, which was excellent. Location was only a short bike ride to the beaches, very close to historical sites, and only a few blocks from Duval Street. Pros: location, updated property as described, nice cold AC. Cons: refrigerator has no ice maker so we had to buy ice…not a huge deal just not expected. Water pressure in bathroom sink was a dribble (shower was great so not sure what the issue was) Tip: there was a box fan in the closet-run it! It will help drown out the roosters at 6am😂😂😂

This unit is clean and well outfitted. The neighborhood is quiet but very close to excellent restaurants and the fun of Duval St. Though the property is not outfitted for a beach family like ours, renting what you need is simple and affordable and an easy walk or bike ride to beautiful Ft Zachary Taylor Park. A car is not necessary.

When we arrived, we had been going on 4 hours of sleep. We were immediately able to get comfortable and rest. It was extremely clean, well organized, and had all the basic essentials. The washer/dryer was awesome to have and was supplied with detergent. The location felt safe and had friendly neighbors. It was a short walk to all the sights on Duval and the neighboring areas. Definitely recommend and would love to come again!

Our family really enjoyed our time in this condo which was within walking distance to so many places and in a safe gated community. It was probably one of the cleanest VRBOs we have ever rented which is really important to us. Communication with the owner/manager was great and they addressed all questions/concerns in a timely manner. The only down side was the pool area which was very small, cold and the felt like a library environment with the posted rules (no music allowed, no jumping in the pool, no drinks, etc). We chose to go to the beaches instead, our favorite being Fort Zachary which was less than a 5 minute drive.

Exactly as pictured, beautiful, clean and comfortable, this was a perfect location for a week’s stay. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. We arrived and parked and didn’t get in the car again until our departure. The Hen is centrally located and walkable to everything. The pool was refreshing and we enjoyed time on the back deck. The walls were a bit thin between units and a few nights we had neighbors who were loud into the early morning but the white noise we use helped drown it out; A consideration if one is a light sleeper though it is an expected part of condo living. Alicia’s recommendations for nearby eateries were on target and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This property overall is great. I would rate it 4 stars but the couch is shot and needs to go. Otherwise it is as advertised. Clean, great location and reasonably priced. The couch needs to be put in a dump and replaced. It is uncomfortable on about every level you can imagine.

Love this condo. Nice location in the Truman Annex area of KW. This spot is perfect and close to everything in Key West. All updated and well maintained with a fantastic host. Spent a week with my wife and daughter relaxing in the sun. Would book this place again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful time at the condo in Key West. The location was perfect for quick access to everything nearby. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere and next time will try out some local nine rentals. The condo is well appointed with plenty of staples and we had everything we needed for the entire stay. The design is very functional and comfortable. We had zero issues with the A/C that a few have mentioned in previous reviews and found the temperature more than comfortable. We also took advantage of the restaurant recommendations and were not disappointed. Overall 10/10!

The property is on the second floor with tall ceilings, new appliances and is designed very nicely. It has two balcony areas and feels bigger than it is. The community is nice and quiet itself, with a small pool too. Its location is only a few minutes walk to Duval and all the action, so it was perfect for friends going out each day and each night. Would highly recommend!
