**This is a pet friendly unit with a two dog limit and a 35 pound weight limit for each dog.**

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

The property was perfect for the two of us. Very close to everything, but you felt extremely private in the well cared for beautiful gardens and patio area. There was a tiny pool that we did not use. We will definitely be back. The only downfall was there is no parking. If you can’t find street parking, you need to find a pay lot.

This is a beautiful cottage with lots of amenities. It is opens out into a lush private courtyard and is located in the middle of historic Key West. There is a bicycle/scooter/golf cart rental place right next door when you get tired of walking!

The only improvement would be better parking. Other than that the property was fantastic, the garden area was enchanting, and overall cleanliness was fantastic! The stairs were a little rough on my friend however due to a leg injury she suffered years ago. Definitely not a room for someone who is handicapped.

This property is even better than it appears online. The courtyard was great and provided a nice outdoor space for morning coffee and evening happy hour. Inside, the unit is very clean, modern and comfortable. The location one block off of Duval and Truman was perfect for us. Communication with Vacasa was excellent. We found a good parking lot within walking distance where we could leave the car for 3 days for 15.00 a day. Everything worked out fine.

The (2) items that need attention- pool is useless, should be a hot tub. Washer/Dryer require quarters. Dryer doesn’t entirely dry clothes.

The villa itself is nice. Comfortable but be prepared for some outside noise due to the location. There is literally no street parking available due to locals and the scooter/bike rental next door which basically takes over the street during the day. The road itself is at times impassable so they can wash golf carts in the street or do whatever else they want to do. I’d suggest not bringing or renting a car and you may want some sound machines or sleep mask to help with the noise and street lighting which comes pouring in at night. There are some blinds that won’t close so we tried covering it with beach towels. Thankfully we had multiple sound machines to mask the pedestrian and vehicle traffic right outside and the roosters. The shower did not drain and would literally fill to overflowing into the bathroom if you didn’t get out within 20 minutes. Come prepared for these issues and don’t bring a car. Otherwise it’s a nice place within a scenic gated courtyard.

This property was close to Duval with none of the noise. It’s got a beautiful garden in the courtyard which are cared for daily. The unit was a great size for two adults. If four adults were staying here it would be tight. The half bathroom on the first floor was a welcome addition as the full bath was upstairs next to the bedroom. The kitchen is small but but has everything one would need to make meals. Only one person could likely fit at a time. Decor is fun and has an island feel to it. The bed is soft and slept well each night. There is a small desk for either working or could double as a vanity in the bedroom. I worked remotely there for part of our time. You are .7 of a mile walk of many of the destinations such as Mallory Square, .2 of a mile to Hemmingway’s home, as well as other locations. Parking can be hard to find in this area of town. Plan on either paying to park, or finding street parking and leaving your vehicle. There is a scooter rental next to the property as well as a Cuban coffee and cafe across from it as well. We loved our time here and would come again!

Location was fabulous and parking was not too bad for us. Tons of restaurants and shopping very close by. The courtyard and little pool were great for afternoon dips after being in the heat all day. There is a grill and access to a washer and dryer (takes change). We were there July 4th week and it was not crowded or loud at night. Great vacation spot!

Great stay! Conveniently located near restaurants, shops, key attractions, and a few minutes from the beach. Beautiful unit located in a gated community with access to a private spa/pool. Only downside is that street parking is difficult to find (there is no assigned parking space) and the car rental place next door occupies all of the street parking near the rental villa. You will have to find paid street parking a few blocks away at $5/hr or private lot parking at $10/hr.

Sheets were clean As well as the whole cottage. The sofas would need to be upgraded as there were some stains and they smelled. Found a cockroach in the kitchen so a pest control treatment is needed. Besides those 2 points the rest of the experience was great. Amazing location and very quiet.

This is the second time we have stayed in the Old Town Gardens Villas. It is a great location right in the center of Old Town. The courtyard is amazing. The Andros Suite was cute, clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. I know I will again!

This is our second stay at the Old Town Garden Villas. This was our first time at this property. Upon arrival the house was well cleaned but there was an issue with the air conditioning both downstairs and upstairs. The downstairs was hardly blowing any cold air. Upstairs was warm and the main A/C unit was not working. They had a temporary unit on the floor. The upstairs was cool but it was still warm. The next day Vacasa reached out and asked how things were. I told them about the A/C issues and they had maintenance and look at both units. They called back and said the repair man would be back the next day at 9am. When we got back the next evening everything was fixed and working properly. Other than that the property was amazing. Close to everything and just far away you don’t hear the noise from the street. The villas are all secluded off the street in an amazingly well kept garden. Given the minor hiccup we had at the beginning of our stay I would stay at this property again.

This is our second stay at Old Towne. We love the accommodations, cozy and yet not confining. Immaculately clean! Great communication with the management team. The courtyard and pool are like our own private oasis. You have a sense of seclusion with all the wonderful foliage and the birds! Definitely will return again.

The townhouse was clean and the pictures matched the space. Plus the location is ideal! However, the parking was a nightmare! We were told only street parking was available, which we thought was no big deal because surely street parking on our street would be available, but that wasn’t the case. When we arrived the rental store on the corner had all the their rentals parked on the entire street! Plus they save spots with their own vehicles. The whole situation left us feeling we would look somewhere else to stay when we return even though the location was great.
