This property worked great for our large group of 15. Great bunk room downstairs for the kids and plenty of rooms and privacy for adults. Nothing fancy, but ticks all the boxes. Great location. Parking can be tricky, but doable.

The house was roomy. Very family friendly. We appreciate the child gates to make the stairways safer for our toddler. Close to town within walking distance. The kitchen was well stocked.

We all loved the house, excellent space to visit with each other and have some space to read and be cozy. Could have used some paper towels and hot tub shock. Other than that we could not have been happier! We will be back next winter for sure! And bring our own paper towels haha!

TLDR: NOT RECOMENDED
After reading some of the scathing reviews, I was a little worried coming into the house, but it was actually very very nice and clean with even more beds than listed. It's a great location and nice. We made dinner the first night and the kitchen sink backed up, it backed up so badly that there was food from the sink that went into the UPSTAIRS SHOWER DRAIN. So many calls to the management company with a run around, I was even told the plumber was THERE fixing it while I was there with no plumber at all. Then the downstairs bathroom started to smell like sewage. Day 2 and we have lost 2 of the three bathrooms and use of the kitchen. The 'management' company is a huge conglomerate, you're not talking to anyone who can do anything and they are not in the area at all, and all they do is pay lip service. The matter was finally taken care of (previous renters apparently had poured fat and oil down the disposal) but it took over 24 hours, and most importantly, we had to call constantly and were told someone was on the way in the next hour for 24 hours. Nice house, but totally not worth it. It seems like it often has some nasty gross issue that is not taken care of for entirely too long. They do not care at all about reviews and do nothing to make up for any issues.

Extremely disgusting. Me and my family decided to take a trip up here, there was bugs falling in our food while we were making a family dinner. Food wasted. We had to throw everything away. Cabinets filled with dead bugs. Utensils were very dirty. The dinner plates were covered in food and stains that the house has provided for the guests. Bugs were everywhere. The walls covered with stains.

This house has enough room for 2-3 family’s to stay together. We have stayed in this house several times and make it a cousins weekend. Walking distance to the snow tubing parks. Has enough space for your to be together as a whole group enjoying family time. With the space to be able to have quite down time as well. Always great to for our yearly snow family snow adventure weekend.

Great location with plenty of space for larger groups. We had many generations coming together and everyone enjoyed their stay. Plus, every toilet has a bidet attachment!

Another visit to Snocade
Snocade has become our goto for staying in Government Camp with a big group. Kids love the games, megatouch and pinball. Loads of space inside and out, and a great jumping off point for heading to Skibowl or Timberline. Kitchen is well stocked.

Great Location In Government Camp For Large Group
This is a great house to have a larger group. We stayed for 4 nights with friends and family. Easy walk into downtown Government Camp and Multipor Ski Bowl. The house could use some updating, but the pictures are accurate to what is provided so we can't complain. - Thanks for a great stay!

We sooo wanted to love this one, but it was just okay
The location and large size of this property is fantastic for a large group spending a long weekend in Gov’y. Access to snow, hot tub, town was ideal. Kids had their own space to play, kitchen/dining actually serviced 15, beds were pretty comfy. However, for the price we paid per night (holiday weekend), I expected the house to be polished and up to date. What we found was decor was lacking, stained carpets, mismatched and partially broken furniture, no dish soap, toilet seat issues on main floor, 2 out of 3 game machines in basement wouldn’t work; all in all stuff that could be fixed/updated to really dial this place in. The pros inside were, hot tub, fireplace, large table for group meals, good storage/mud room for snow gear, and good sleeping arrangements with bedroom placement and bunks. None of it was terrible, we still had a great time with good friends and debated if we’d rent there again, but ultimately decided for the price, it wasn’t worth it.

We love this house! Our extended family comes up every year for a fun getaway and get together. All of us have fun playing in the snow, then warming up and playing in the house.

Would book again!
Loved our stay at Snocade! Lots of room to gather and socialize. A couple of disappointments . . . fireplace didn't work and the entire facility could use some updating, but pleased with the property overall.

Great location
Thank you for a wonderful stay. This home was perfect for us and proximity to Ski Bowl.

The amount of room is excellent. We were only 8 adults and had individual, large bedrooms as well as social space aplenty.
The "power toilets" and two washers and dryers were a hit.
We would stay here again.

Great Location and Size!
Property was great overall! Great location within walking distance to ski bowl and Government Camp restaurants. Kitchen was very well stocked! We had multiple ages of kids and they loved the pinball machines and ping pong table. There were towels for the hot tub and lots of clean towels in the bathrooms. Two new washer and dryers. Only negatives were that the hot tub was a little cloudy, a few beds were full size, (not Queen), carpets need a good clean, and it was very hot and we wished there was a bigger outside hang out area that would fit us. Overall, great place and would stay again.

Perfect in every way!
First of the all the property was amazing! The layout was beyond perfect ! It was clean, welcoming and soooo spacious! Teenagers occupied the lower area…they played their games and music, were loud but never once disturbed the sleeping baby on the 3rd level , The house was stocked with all that you could possibly need from a complete organized kitchen to high chairs, baby gates, play pen, ping pong ,games …just perfect. And the location ….walking distance to food, shops, activities. I can’t wait to rent it again !

Family Reunion
House was spacious and comfortable. Youth and kids especially enjoyed the downstairs area. Kitchen and bathrooms clean and well stocked. The dishwasher did not work well and we did run out of toilet paper, but just barely. I would have rated excellent on cleanliness, but carpet is really stained. Hot tub very nice and fun things to do in the area.

Wedding Weekend
Our son got married at Timberline Lodge. Our family stayed at this home. Perfect for a large family with older kids/grandkids. Lots of stairs so not suitable for toddlers. We had a special request and Kirsten was very helpful. This house was exceptionally clean. I have stayed in many homes and hotels. Usually there are finger prints and grime on cupboards and door handles. None of that here. Housekeeping does a wonderful job. We would definitely stay here again.

Huge house, plenty of room! Nice amenities, great location
We arrived to a clean and well organized home. Great views, plenty of daylight, more sleeping space than we needed Could easily accommodate extended family, church group, school groups... "sleeps 15" is an understatement if your group includes youth who don't mind sleeping bags on the floor.
We will definitely come here again!

Great space for everyone
We took a family trip and to have everyone in one house was the best. There was plenty of space for everyone and the home met our expectations and beyond. Already planning next year's trip.

Had a great time!
Loved the size of this house for a group. The pinball and Megatouch were perfect for the kids (and adults). The large table for meals was great to get everyone together. We played games and did puzzles. Great area for a hiking and quick trip to Skibowl.
Some repairs needed on the walls and the carpet could probably be replaced but didn’t really effect our great stay!

Roomy Place
There is plenty of room for your group.
We enjoyed the game room and the quaint little village in Government Camp.
It was a little unclear of who to contact when we needed something. We did get our issued sorted out.

Great space for many
It was a great space for multiple families and kids. There have been some updates but the property could use some more. Definitely need to take care of the carpenter ants in the house. The hot tub and deck was very nice.
