Such a comfortable cabin. Well stocked and very accommodating. There were games, treats, and a Roku complete with Hulu, Netflix, Disney and other subscriptions. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Instructions for house use were clearly posted and easy to follow. Would definitely recommend any possibly stay here again.

We really enjoyed the house! Lots of games to play and movies to watch. We even tried to extend our stay! This is a great home for a large family gathering.

Disappointed in the property. No air conditioning even though it was listed as an amenity. Master bed and bath weren’t clean. Hair in the tub drain. Bugs on the bed spread. The toilet seat was cracked and had scotch tape holding it. Realize it’s not supposed to be fancy but basics were lacking.

Always great. Clean and comfortable.

Cabin was located in a cute town with a nice grocery, cheap gas, and a tasty cafe. Great stop between our national park stops. homemade treats and jam were a very welcoming stay.

The house was very well cared for, lots of room. MaryEllen is a lovely lady that brought "Grandmas Sweet Treats" to us shortly after arriving. Very tasty treats! Recommend the home for anyone who will be visiting in the area. Thank you!

Our original plan was to camp but that was feeling overwhelming and the weather wasn't looking great so we started looking for a VRBO.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Is was roomy and cozy. We were greeted with a bowl of sweet treats, which everyone enjoyed and had access to fresh jams that were made from the fruit trees on the property.
The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to help prepare our meals. We would definitely stay here again.

Me, along with 11 other women in my hiking group, stayed 3 nights in this comfortable home. The owners made everything so easy and communicating with them was a breeze. The home was clean, comfortable and large enough that we didn't feel cramped and could spread out. Location was very convenient to Capitol Reef, where we spent all of our time hiking. The owner even made us some treats, which was a lovely personal touch.
If you're looking for a nice comfortable place to stay, don't hesitate to stay here.

We loved our stay. Two retired couples coming from touring the national parks. We used the grill to cook steaks for dinner. The house is very comfortable and feels like home. The kitchen has all you could want including coffee. Big comfortable bedrooms and nice bathrooms. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks so much

Quite honestly the appearance of it was the most deceptive part.
This place has everything! Modern appliances, kitchen and counter area lots of room for individual privacy. Well stocked with anything yoy would use in your own home.
We stayed at quite a few places throughout Utah on this trip, many of them new or newly updated.
This place by far was or favorite.
It just felt like home to us.

I enjoyed staying at this house. It was very homey and very clean. Would highly recommend!!

Highly impressed, roomy, fit my adult family (wife and myself, my three adult children, and my father) very well. One small suggestion. My 81 year old father is unsteady on his feet and navigating the back steps off of the kitchen was a bit tricky for him. Some kind of handrail, either on the house itself or up the outside of the steps/porch would have been helpful. Overall, however, very pleased with our stay!

This was perfect for our family reunion. Big and spacious, perfect for our family. The grandkids wanted to stay there. The kitchen was very well stocked. Very very clean. I would recommend this house for sure.

Sweet, spacious home. Very clean. Big, well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed, including the most delicious bag of homemade treats, recipe included! We were able to get right in, fix dinner, have a family game night, and then have a good sleep. We had everything we needed. Marielin was so kind and gracious when I called to let her know we were leaving and that we loved the treats she had made for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The cabin is very comfortable with all of the amenities that are needed and expected. We stayed for four nights and felt very much "at home". I have no hesitation recommending this property and hosts to others that are looking for a great place to stay near the Capitol Reef area. Just as advertised and just what we needed!

Kitchen well stocked to make dinner at home. Plenty of room to spread out
Host was so nice, checked in to see if we needed anything and even brought over some homemade treats. Boys loved the pet peacock that showed up. They watched him for hours, even named him.

As others have said, the furniture is a bit dated. But, the entire place was very well-kept, very clean, and included a nice surprise snack. Thank you.

The touches the care taker of the property puts in to make you welcome is fantastic. A bowl of home made sweet treats, some home canned jams and jellies. The house has a lot of space. The two front facing bedrooms are having the highway, so if you are a light sleeper, bring some earplugs. I didn't notice, but my wife did. Downstairs was as quiet as a mouse. The views were pastoral. (Quite literally)

The owner and manager left a set of home made jellies and candy mix for us. Every thing was neat, clean and complete for our relaxing stay and enjoyment. Highly recommend to further guests.

This property was the perfect landing spot for our week long, fishing, hiking, sightseeing, hunting, adventuring vacation. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The host was as delightful as they come and very responsive to all our needs. We will definitely book this cabin next time we need to getaway to the country.
