The house was so nice! It had everything we needed for a long weekend trip to Lexington. Great location with bars and restaurants in walking distance. Loved sitting on the porch in the mornings and evenings. I temporarily lost the house key and Teri came right over with a second key. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

My grandma and I stayed here during Breyerfest and it was perfect for us. Beautiful apartment with comfortable bed and tastefully decorated. Easy to find and check in. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

This was a clean and adorable rental of the full lower level of the home. It’s in a great location on the same street as Blue Stallion Breweing and reasonable walking distance to Rupp Arena. Would recommend!

The place was excellent and as described in the listing. Great location. Would definitely stay again.

The house was accurate to the description, clean, comfortable, and had a full kitchen. It was a perfect place for our group of 4 adults. The location was ideal as well. As downtown Lexington was easily accessible but the house is removed enough to avoid heavy traffic, and there are a variety of breweries, bars, and restaurants within walking distance.

Title says it all + owner was terrific and easy to work with.

Lots of character. Love the renovations. Quite a lot of space for the price. There were a brewery and two pubs within walking distance. Everything else in the downtown area was just a short drive. Host was very helpful making recommendations.

We enjoyed staying in this unique and tastefully renovated 1920’s home within walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Only a short drive to Keeneland and distilleries. The property manager was very responsive and even offered us an early check-in. We can’t wait to go back!

Great location walkable to 2 breweries and a few neighborhood pubs

My daughter and I attended a concert at Rupp Arena. The house was a very short drive to the arena and was very clean and cozy. We would definitely stay there again.

The house and neighborhood were so lovely. Definitely would recommend it if you're looking for something more inviting than a hotel!

This house is super cute and has a lot more space than was expected. We had everything we needed to feel at home. The back yard patio area was very nice. The location is close to bars, breweries and the Manchester Music Hall. We highly recommend this house.

I stayed here to visit my daughter that is attending University of Kentucky. My daughter and I stayed together at the property and she absolutely loved it as well.
The two bedroom flat is absolutely gorgeous and the amenities fulfilled all our needs and more!
This also could not have been more convenient. It was a short drive to campus and also is walkable to several restaurants and breweries. I am a runner and enjoyed running all around the neighborhood and down to the campus of UK.
The beds were very comfortable and cozy. The living area included a very comfortable sofa and several chairs. we enjoyed just chilling out and watching some movies together and then spent many evenings out at the local restaurants. We also cooked breakfast every morning together in the kitchen and it had everything we needed.
I absolutely will stay here again.

This place is super cute convenient to campus and nearby neighborhoods. Would keep rebooking every season.

Had a full day at Keeneland, dinner, and back to the house for drinks and cards. The propperty is very nice!

We loved this apartment! Teri was an excellent host. The location and accommodations could not have been better. I will say that any heavy walking (or kids roughhousing) upstairs WILL be heard downstairs, but in older buildings, there isn't much help for that. We loved our time here and would absolutely stay again.

We stayed for a long weekend to attend a large event at the Kentucky Horse Park. The location was great, although parking was difficult on weekend nights - certainly the nature of staying in town. The house is spacious and beautifully restored!

The location of this property is just beautiful! Teri gave us really good directions on how to find the house, where we needed to park and how to get into the building.
Don't even get me started on how gorgeous the building and the room was. I always get geeked out by architecture and this place didn't disappoint.
The neighborhood was pretty quiet too. Whoever reviewed that it was in a bad area must just be skittish or something.
Thanks again, Teri!

Loved our stay, walking distance to the Blue Stallion brew pub and the greatest dive bar (said with love) ever, the Green Lantern. Also walked to downtown and visited the site of the Villanova Wildcats 1985 National Championship as well as many cool shops and restaurants. On street parking was okay, would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at the newly renovated house in Lexington! The downstairs of the house was larger than expected. I kept teasing my kids that we could move here! I absolutely loved the space. While it was newly renovated, they kept some of the original charm of the house. The backyard is such a nice addition to the home. We loved walking to Mary Todd Lincoln’s childhood home and the restaurants around that area, the gelato place on the corner was out of this world, and the distillery district was a short drive away. Hope to visit again sometime.

I came upon this apartment while looking for a place to stay with my daughter who had just been released from the hospital. My daughter is a college student and suddenly became ill and was hospitalized for 4 days. Teri was very helpful and got the apartment ready as soon as possible so I would be able to settle in with my daughter. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very clean. It felt homey and was the perfect place for my daughter to recoup. I have stayed at several VRBOs in Lexington and this apartment is at the top of my list for cuteness, cleanliness and homey feel. I would most definitely stay here again!!

This was my second visit to this property, and I would book it again. Immaculate downstairs unit in a thoughtfully refurbished 1920s house. Well decorated and well supplied. Beautiful back yard. Communicative host and easy check-in process. Good location in downtown Lexington.

My husband and I spent a week in this lovely old home. The home was exactly as described. It has two good sized bedrooms with very comfortable queen beds! The kitchen had stainless appliances and plenty of plates, glasses and silverware. My only minor complaint is that there needs to be more cookware. There was only one saucepan, a couple different nonstick frypans that were pretty worn out and one good cookie sheet. If you are not planning on doing much cooking then this wouldn’t be a problem.
The house is located on a quiet street and is close to the downtown area. Although there is no off street parking, we were always able to park right in front of the house.
The owners were easy to contact and were very helpful and accommodating.

Perfect for a weekend with friends. Close to everything, but on a peaceful street with easy access to a beautiful town. Absolutely would book again.

Charming and a great location!

The property was clean, met the needs for our family of 4 for a 3 night stay. It was in a location that provided easy access to restaurants and downtown as well as the interstate. Too bad the weather was so chilly or we would have been able to enjoy the backyard.

House was large enough for us and very comfortable!

Wonderful place to stay in Lexington, close to everything you need. The house was clean and inviting. We enjoyed time on the front porch and the back was lovely.

We were in town for a convention and the location was perfect. The renovation looked great! Very clean and welcoming! No complaints about the beds either! Would totally stay here again!

WOW!!! I consider myself quite lucky to have stumbled across this amazing place! My friend and I needed somewhere to stay that was within walking distance to Rupp and boy did we find it! The apartment is absolutely darling. The renovation is fantastic, the decor is beautiful, the space is wonderful, the beds are comfy and everything that we could possibly need was readily available. In addition, the outside is GORGEOUS - it feels like you are in a park which was an added bonus as we had a sunny evening to enjoy some adult beverages outside on the patio. Oh, and the parking was super easy - on street, but in abundance. Exceeded our expectations in every way!!

They did an excellent job with this older home, it is really nice! The gardens are still beautiful even though we are at the end of the growing season in KY. The only issue I encountered was that everything was designed for tall people? (I am under 5' tall) lol I had a difficult time getting a coffee cup off the 2nd shelf and the steps outside were kinda steep but we managed and it was a nice place, nice neighborhood, and very close to Rupp Arena which was why we were there. Teri was a great host.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a vintage house. Updated, nicely decorated, and well stocked. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen, quality appliances (including ice maker), and large, lovely, fenced outdoor space. Easy check-in, excellent communication with host. Easy walking distance to just about everything downtown. Ample parking on the street, right out front. This is a great apartment, with a beautiful backyard, and excellent value for the money. I look forward to visiting again.

House was fantastic and close to everything! Everything we needed and wanted, for a great weekend!

Wow the oasis in the backyard!
Every thoughtful detail covered. Cozy, clean, stylish. Perfect for our family of 4 as we passed through to Nashville! The courtyard in back is a sanctuary.

Downtown Lexington Gem!
This totally remodeled home in the downtown area is amazing! From the porch swing in the front to the gardens in the back, this has it all. Nice living space, including a living room and separate dining area, along with two good sized bedrooms and a bath with tub/shower combo give you ample space. The beds are super comfortable, so that’s an added plus. Everyone in the neighborhood keeps their outdoor lights on at night, so if you like it totally dark, bring a mask. There were three different guests in the upstairs unit while I was there, and though I could hear them walking around a bit, it was certainly not excessively loud and did not bother me. Parking is on the street, but during my extended stay, the farthest I had to park was three houses down. There are great places to eat and visit within walking distance, so try that! I would definitely book this again and recommend it as THE place to stay in Lexington.
