House was in a great location. We were so pleased that it never took more than 10 minutes to all the activities we enjoyed.

We stayed here while seeing a show at the amphitheater. House was cozy and convenient for the concert!

The rental was a nice place that we would probably use again. Having to pay the "hospitality fee" did make me upset considering when we had a question they didn't know the answer or couldn't fix the problem. During this next month there is NO ACESS to the house between 7pm and 7am because of road work during the night. They didn't warn us of this even though they had to know because information was sent to the whole neighborhood. There was no alternate directions to get to the house and we had to wander for 30 minutes before we found a way to get close to the house so we could park on the street and walk to the house.

Excellent location and accommodation for our long weekend at Bend for a roller hockey tournament at the Pavilion. Easy access to downtown, the river, Old Mill District and downtown. Super quiet neighborhood and extra cozy beds for a restful stay. Added bonus was the ping pong table in the garage - we had so much fun playing as a family.

This was a wonderful place to stay with our family. A quick walk to shopping and dining on the river. Quiet street for kids to play. Ping pong table in garage, comfortable beds, and quick check out procedures. No long list of to-dos before you leave. A+ property for any vacation.

This place has everything you need including a ping-pong table, and is an easy walk to the Old Mill District. Great for large and small groups!

This is a beautiful house, clean and welcoming, and close to the places we wanted to be.
The front porch light is disabled, and this made coming home at night a little iffy.

We had a great stay at the house. With only a 15 minute walk to the old mill district, the river, and the amphitheater it was a perfect basecamp. The house was super clean and well stocked.
We enjoyed having the table tennis table in the garage for a little side diversion.
Great house!

Stay was great. Location was amazing. Only downside was that the queen mattresses are spring mattresses, which weren't comfortable and made it hard to sleep for someone with back issues or trouble sleeping. The king mattress was very comfortable. Recommend night lights in the bathrooms.

Great home base for adventures in Bend. House was clean, yard was a great spot to hang, and the ping pong table in the garage was a lot of fun. Tucked back in a pretty quiet area. We walked from the house to a few breweries no problem.

We loved this house! It was in a great location, there was great space inside and outside, and just what we needed for a quick weekend trip! The only reason that I didn’t give this review 5 stars is because of the property management company. The cleaning rules that were emailed to me ahead of time were the most strict cleaning rules I’ve ever seen on the Vrbo platform. Additionally, we were warned not to show up at the house prior to check-in (because there may have been cleaners around still?), so when we arrived at 4pm to check in, we were very disappointed that the door code was not set for us yet. We had to call the property management company to help us get in (and they responded immediately), but we were disappointed by that part of the experience.

Great location within walking distance of Old Mill, clean, comfortable, smaller bathrooms but worked for our group!

Old Mill base camp was the perfect location for our yearly golf trip. The house was spotless and well equipped. We didn’t want for anything. A true home away from home. The value was exceptional. Quiet neighborhood, sitting on the deck after golf was a wonderful spot to have a glass of wine and review the day. Thanks so much for making it the process so easy. Can’t wait to come back next year

Great location. Floors were a little dirty, didn't pass the white sock test, but could of been a by product of smoke in the area. We encountered a mosquito problem in the house and the secondary toilet kept running.

Biking in Bend
Great week with friends and an easy process to stay at this wonderful house. We brought some yard games and we’re able to enjoy them in each side yard. We also did some cooking and had the essentials to get us through our stay. The grill and bonfire area were used and enjoyed equally. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a relaxing home base for all of the adventure that awaits in Bend.
