Larkspur Trail is the perfect family getaway to Bend; featuring 2300 square feet, 3 bedrooms and two and a half baths situated in a convenient location, close to trails, shopping, breweries, dining and more.

On the main floor, the open-concept living room is furnished with a plush sofa, love seat, and armchair. Head to the game room for hours of family fun at the billiards table. This inviting space has high ceilings and plenty of comfortable seating, plus a 55” TV with Cable and a DVD player. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with high end appliances and everything you need to entertain and prepare a gourmet meal for your family or friends. Stainless Steel Appliances, a new gas range, a large side-by side refrigerator with a wine cooler are just a few of the amenities that wil bring out the chef in you. There is a separate dining area with a large table perfect for sharing a family meal.

Downstairs, a second living room is perfect for movie screenings on a 40” TV with Cable, a DVD player, and surround sound. Kick back and relax in the reclining sofa, while keeping cozy by the gas fireplace. This is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a movie after a day of skiing at Bachelor or biking at Phil's Trail or Horse Butte. For your convenience, there is also a half bath on this lower level.

Upstairs, you will find plenty of comfortable space for everyone to get a restful night's sleep and wake up ready to enjoy the outdoor paradise of Bend. This home sleeps 8 people comfortably, in three bedrooms - each with a flat screen TV. The Master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, a king-size bed, a walk in closet and a Bose stereo for your listening pleasure. The second bedroom has a large queen bed. The third bedroom includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed and an additional full-sized bed. There is guest bathroom conveniently located in the upstairs hallway.

The outdoor spaces in this home offer an outstanding way to make the most of your Bend vacation and our over 300 days of sunshine! The large backyard is fenced for added privacy. You will find plenty of seating on the patio, including a six person outdoor dining table for your alfresco dining enjoyment. Roast marshmallows and stay warm on a chilly evening with the outdoor fire pit while taking in the starry sky on a clear, Bend night.

This home includes a complimentary washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Complimentary wifi and satellite TV are another perk. Although this home is not equipped with air conditioning ; the cooler mountain evenings prevent the need for A/C. Ceiling fans have been installed to keep you cool.

Please note, if you choose to book with this home, you will be receiving a separate rental agreement that will need to be electronically signed before your stay.

A group of friends stayed at this house to support a friend playing in the US Open Final Qualifier for golf at Pronghorn. Although he didn’t receive one of the 2 spots to the US Open, we thoroughly had a good time at the house rental. It was a quiet neighborhood and the house was clean and had ample room for everyone to relax. Two thumbs up.

The home worked well for our stay. The furniture was comphy and the kitchen was stocked well with supplies. The pool table was a lot of fun and the backyard was great. The management team was quick to respond with support. The alarm was a problem and the bathroom floors were dirty, left over hair and debris. No shampoo or soap was left for us. The master bedroom didnt not have any window covers the first night. The management team was quick to bring them over the next day but they were broken. Overall it was a nice stay and i would definetly rent again.

We rented this home because my daughter and her husband were having their first child and they needed to be close to St Charles. This home was very inviting, great rooms for being together and/or needing some private time. My husband and son in law fell in love with the “man cave” playing pool into the night, and I couldn’t even hear them! Kitchen was well stocked with great cooking equipment. We had told the hosts why we were coming and they left a cute little gift bag for baby and mom. I would definitely stay here again! 5 ⭐️

What a great home! Quiet neighborhood for walking and close to trails. Beds so comfortable. Great kitchen with awesome new gas range, oven, capacious refrig/freezer for holidays, blender for smoothies, whisper quiet dishwasher. Fun spaces for gathering or quiet conversations. The guys loved the pool table. Many thermostats so each room could be customized to preference for warmth. I would stay again but would check for the very much higher rate during holiday season. I had to cut my time short to afford it.

Perfect location for us away from town, but close enough and easy to get to both Crater Lake National Park and Smith Rock State Park. We even rented some movies from Blockbuster! House was very clean and exactly as advertised. Reservations, entry and check out were easy. Thanks!

This lovely home was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway with 4 teens and 2 adults. Plenty of sleeping room and bathrooms for all, plus the awesome pool table, outdoor patio area and basement movie space. We wish we had another day or two to enjoy it! We will definitely stay here again!

This was such a great find for a last minute trip to Bend, the house is perfect for a large family, plenty of room to relax and enjoy time together. The pool table/game room was a hit. Very comfortable furniture and beds, kitchen had most items needed for preparing meals. Only drawbacks was the garbage was not picked up last week so the can was already pretty full, there was only 7 plates for our group of 8. and only 4 bath towels in the house. We would rent this home again.

Nice trails (Larkspur) adjacent to neighborhood. Two nice breweries close by-Spider City and Bevel. It was Thanksgiving and we enjoyed our stay. Guys played alot of pool. (cues could use a replacement of the cue itself) but we made do.

This is our second time renting this property. We love the location as it is very close to our family that is local. It would be helpful if there were more instructions for the TV upon arrival. Someone did come out and reset the TV but we weren’t home to ask questions. As our stay progressed we were able to mostly use the TV sets. We were unable to get the volume button on the remote to work in the game room. We were very comfortable. Thank you.

The house was very nice and clean when we entered. Only concern I had was there was some things damaged or not working and I felt responsible for making sure these were called in to the office so I was not charged for something that was done before our arrival. The management personal were very helpful and took care of what they could. We took care of the home as we would our own and would recommend a stay in the future. Thank you

Everything was really nice, but as others have mentioned.. very warm. There were fans but the bedrooms ( all upstairs) were too hot at night, even with fans. We all ended up sleeping on the couches as it was cooler downstairs
