Welcome to our beautiful luxury Beach Villa in Ko Olina on the island of Oahu! The complex of the Beach Villas is an Oceanfront property. Our villa is spacious with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Baths in over 1500 square feet of living space. Our villa has beautiful unobstructed ocean views from the lanai. It has been completed repainted and is like new. New mattresses and linens, 4 new Smart TVs, new light fixtures have been installed as well and more modern amenities have been added. Beautiful 8' tall sliding glass doors slide into the walls creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living. The doors open up the living space to an expansive lanai adding an additional 234 square feet of outdoor living space with luxury seating. The custom designed Roy Yamaguchi signature kitchen offers Sub Zero refrigerator and wine cooler, Wolf appliances and a Bosch washer/dryer just which add to the conveniences of a condominium vacation instead of a hotel room. Interiors include travertine floors, granite countertops and African mahogany doors, windows and trim work. The furnishings, Wi-Fi high speed internet, large flat screen smart TV's in every room and other amenities provide a lifestyle and vacation beyond compare. There are also 2 reserved underground parking spaces included with our unit (at no extra charge) in case you are traveling with another family or grandparents. There is a charge for parking for oversized vehicles that will not fit into either of my 2 parking spaces.
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are two luxury buildings gracing the white sands and turquoise waters of the Honu Lagoon 2, creating a sanctuary that is unrivaled in the islands. The Beach Villas offer every modern resort amenity including a beautiful lagoon pool with a sandy zero entry area for kids and 3 whirlpools. The exterior surroundings are furnished with exquisite outdoor seating and lounge furniture, including comfortable in-pool lounge chairs. There's something here to please everyone including new umbrellas and beach lounge chairs on the beach for rent as well as SUP boards for rent. If you want simple beach chairs, I supply 4 of those free of charge along with 8 towels, cooler, etc...
The Ko Olina Resort and Marina is located on the sunny western coast of Oahu, approximately 27 miles west of Waikiki beach and 25 minutes from the airport. The resort features 4 pristine lagoons ideal for swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing. The best Luau is a short walk away at Paradise Cove. For boaters, the marina offers sightseeing excursions to see humpback whales and spinner dolphins play offshore during the day or sunset cruises during the evening. For those who enjoy golf, the Beach Villas are across the street from an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Ted Robinson, and home to the LPGA 'Fields' Open'. Roy's Restaurant is also located across the street at the golf course within an easy stroll.
We have an amazing gym on property with sauna, steam room and on-board televisions on machines. A 1 1/2 mile beachfront walking/running path connects all 4 lagoons and the marina. Additional restaurants are located along the way at the Four Seasons, Disney Aulani and The Marriott Vacation Club. These restaurants include Longboards Bar and Grill and Longhi's at the Marriott Vacation Club and AMA Ama and others at Disney Aulani Resort and Mina's Fish House and Noe at the Four Seasons. There is a commercial area within walking distance as well that has my favorite, Monkeypod, Island Vintage Coffee, Starbucks, Ice Cream Parlor, Eggs & Things for breakfast, Mexican restaurant, great shops and a great little market for lunch and pick up items called Island Country Market. Disney Aulani and The Four Seasons have beautiful full service spas and you don't have to stay there to schedule a service. Restaurants and activities within a few miles of the Beach Villas include Wet N Wild (Water Park - a favorite of my children), Movie Theaters, Aloha Salads, Cheesecake Factory, and California Pizza Kitchen, Safeway grocery, Costco, Super Target, and Foodland. There are several professional Wolf grills located throughout the Beach Villa's pool area for your own cooking pleasure. You can walk to Starbucks or use either our regular coffee maker or Keurig in the room. There is also a teapot for the tea drinkers.
The Master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, soaking tub and separate shower. The secondary master is furnished with a queen canopy bed, its own large bathroom with exquisite features and deep soaking tub/shower. The third bedroom has a full bed with a twin bunk overhead and a twin trundle bed. The third bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, as well as a DVD player for the kids. The dining room table seats 8 comfortably plus there is a bar with 5 barstools.
We have searched for the perfect vacation property for years, and we finally found it at the Beach Villas in Ko Olina. It is completely first class and luxurious. The beaches are uncrowded giving the feel of having your own private beach. You can rent paddle boards at our resort as well. Currently there are bike rentals throughout Ko Olina...the kind you scan, ride and park again. The sunsets are spectacular from the resort. We have live music at our own beach bar several times a week. Bring or rent snorkeling gear for an up close view of the sea turtles and tropical fish that frequent the lagoons. I do have many beach toys as well as snorkeling equipment in the large storage bin on the lanai. Please check inventory before you purchase or rent. Whales are a common site from the beach and the restaurant/bar during December through March. We are confident that you will love it as much as we do!

Our family had a wonderful vacation. The resort was beautiful and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. We loved watching the sunset. The villa was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the dryer did not dry the clothes. The clothes were as wet coming out as when you put them in the dryer. We had to hang the clothes and towels around the unit to dry.

We stayed at the KoOlina Resort previously and I wanted to return with my grown children and grandchildren. It was the perfect condo for everyone to enjoy Oahu. The condo was clean, well stocked and comfortable. It is close to shopping, great restaurants, and Honolulu. It wasn't too far from Waimea and the North Shore either. We hope to return next year, hopefully we will be able to stay in the same condo!

Lovely Condo, best in area. Everything you need, close to amenities, caters to both adults (quiet pool) and kids (lots of adjoining pools). Beach lagoon was safe for both adults and kids. Condo well-stocked with everything you need. Highly recommend!

We vacationed here with our two sons and daughter-in-law. This was the perfect location for 5 adults with the two master suits and a third bedroom and bath. It has all of the necessary items for the vacation stay (including cooking and beach accessories). The owners met us and gave us a complete tour of the unit and grounds. The staff at the front desk were friendly, competent and accommodating. The grounds were immaculately maintained. It was nothing but smiles the entire time as we made lifetime memories. We would gladly stay here again!

My family and I had a fantastic vacation! The condo was amazing. We loved sitting on the lanai for our morning coffee or to enjoy the sunset over the ocean. Great space for families, everything you need in the kitchen. Pool was wonderful and the lagoon was so peaceful. We took a walk to see the other lagoons and they were beautiful too, but much more crowded. We will definitely stay here again!!

Our vacation to Oahu exceeded our expectations. We loved the Beach Villas at Ko Olina. The property is like paradise. The pools, gardens and lagoon are perfect. The beautiful and clean condo was equipped with everything we needed for our family of 6. The location was the quiet getaway we were looking for, yet close enough to many attractions and restaurants. The owner provided great suggestion for shopping, eating and entertainment. This was a dream vacation!

From booking to checking in to enjoying our stay, everything was fantastic. Our host, Michelle, was super great and answered all our questions. And the onsite person who checked us in, Ron, was the nicest, most informative, and very thorough person. The amenities in the condo were great - the location superb, and onsite staff very helpful. We needed a bigger parking space to accommodate our minivan rental, and they were able to relocate us to a space that worked for the vehicle. We absolutely love Rob with Royal Hawaiian Beach Services (the beach chair/umbrella rental). He made us feel like VIPs and went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. If we come back to Oahu, we will definitely stay in the same spot. Mahalo!

Our stay was overall appreciated. We enjoyed the view, the access to the beach and facilities, and the 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, modern kitchen, living room, lanai, and dining areas. The property manager was very kind and patient despite our travel challenges with the airline and hustle. Michelle our POC was very responsive. Tight parking space with unfriendly guidelines for families with special needs, but we worked it out with more communication with the building staff. Everyone tried to make our stay as comfortable. We will be returning to this beautiful property.

Our multi generational family of 7 celebrated our 60th wedding anniversary at the Ko ‘Olani Beach Villas this past week and had a great time.
The condo was comfortable and met our needs. The grounds and pools are wonderful, as was the view from the lanai. Weather was superb! All in all, a memorable family vacation.

The room and the grounds were spectacular. Enjoyed feeding the koi and had a nice time on the beach and at pool. Air conditioning in the room was not great or the dryer. It took a long time to dry anything.

Our ladies group found the property to be roomy and convenient to many of the islands’ many attractions. It was clean and ready for our visit when we arrived. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and directly on the beach. I would highly recommend the property.

Gorgeous property. Condo and grounds exceeded our expectations. More than enough room for our party of 7 with 2 rental cars! Great communication with owner. The minor inconveniences with the clothes dryer and over were discovered prior to booking. No surprises. Would stay again and will recommend to others.

This place was beyond what we expected, it was one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed!! We loved having the full kitchen and grills to cook some of our meals. We were steps away from pools, the beach, fitness center and restaurants. Michelle, had so many things for us to use on the beach, including snorkel gear. She was so accommodating, the place was beautiful and clean, which made our vacation one of the best family trips we’ve had!! We would definitely stay here again!

We picked this spot due to its location to the MAX line train, easy enough to take the train from the airport and then take the train into the city. Plus the neighborhood was cute and quiet! We had an issue when we first checked in, but the hosts were very quick to respond to us and resolved the issue immediately, so that was great.
The tiny home suited our needs and wasn't cramped at all for me and my partner, but we're both under 5'5" so it may be different for taller folk! The loft bed was fun.

We had three generations in our group from age 9 on up to 70+. Ko'Olina is a perfect locale and generally meets the needs of all. Centrally located-almost everything you need in walking distance. Beautiful beaches and pristine property. Being so close to the neighboring resorts is a huge plus with many accessible amenities and great restaurants. The coves are perfect for the littles - calm, blue waters and soft sand. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The condo is well stocked and accommodated all six of us easily. The owner provides a lot of extras we found nice to have -beach towels, toys and chairs, fans, extra pillow, games, plenty of dishes. Michelle was great to work with and the insight she provided is awesome. Overall, we couldn't have asked for much more. If I had to find a negative it would be that the property has very strict rules - not a problem except it limits kids having much fun in the pool. While the condo has a large dining table, the remaining indoor seating is limited and it is probably time to update at least the cushions. That said, beds are comfy, creature comforts are handy and sunsets are amazing. Don't second guess, book your stay here with confidence!

This vacation was bittersweet because we brought mom home. She passed away a year ago. She always wanted so her kids to vacation back home all together. We did it for her. The condo was absolutely perfect. Plenty of space for my family. Had everything we needed. My husband and I also renewed our vows. We did our first look at the property. The pics are wonderful. My kids enjoyed the beach and it was very safe. I would do it all again.

The condo we rented for our family vacation was absolutely beautiful! It was located in a property right next to the beach that had direct beach access as well as its own pools on site (3). This is a wonderful place for families as there is a kids pool and a koi pond that has fish feedings every day but if you don’t have kids, there is also a relaxation pool with no kids and a bar on site. Other kid friendly things about this property in particular include: bunk beds in one room, a pack and play, a small high chair seat, kid friendly bowls, cups and plates, a full kitchen, and a chest outdoors full of water toys and beach chairs. This condo is very spacious and allowed my childless brother to sleep on one side of the condo while we slept on the other side. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need- pots and pans, plates, cups, a rice cooker, a toaster oven, range and oven. There are also BBQs downstairs that you can use to grill out. This property was well furnished as well with nice sheets and plenty of bedding, towels etc. it had 3 bedrooms as well as a washer dryer and dishwasher which we all used. We were here just over a week and it was perfect. Michelle the host met us on site but there is also a check in desk area. She was easy to communicate with and sent helpful tips in an email as well. The location is also nice. We walked next door to Disney Aulani, Monkeypod Kitchen, etc. Overall a wonderful experience and I definitely recommend!

We LOVED our stay at Ko'Olina Beach Villas. The resort is meticulously maintained, the beach is gorgeous (clear water, clean sand, calm water), and the pools are beautiful and fun. The entire area of Ko'Olina is beautiful. We used the shopping/restaurant area across the street quite a few times - very convenient!
Unfortunately, we had quite a few issues with this particular unit though. The AC did not work our first few days of the trip. Initially the property manager came to look at it and he just said we had the thermostat set wrong. We knew that wasn't the case but didn't want to argue. After another day of not being able to cool the unit, we tried getting someone else to come look at it. We were told maintenance was coming earlier in the day so my husband waited to show them what was happening... only to waste over 2 hrs of potential beach time to have them tell us they wouldn't be able to make it. They finally showed up later that evening and we ended up having to cancel our evening plans due to the timing of it all. When the maintenance guy took apart the AC unit, it was clear that it had not been serviced in a LONG time. It was absolutely disgusting. I was worried the entire time we were there that we were still breathing in all that crud from the 2nd AC unit in the condo that I'm sure looks similar on the inside. Also, just so potential renters know - the owners also list a washer/dryer in their listing, but that isn't 100% accurate. Shortly before our trip we got an email from the owner stating that she is waiting for a new washer/dryer to be installed so there is a temporary set in the unit. Heads up that the temporary set only washes 2 towels at a time (for a family of 7 this was a nightmare), that you can't run the dryer at the same time as the washer or both units shut down, and the dryer doesn't dry anything. Since the listing stated there was a washer/dryer in the unit, I packed expecting to do laundry mid-week - big mistake! Also, the oven does not preheat well at all - it took 90 minutes to heat the oven to 375 to cook chicken nuggets for our kids. The owner did mention that this was an issue in all of the beach villas though due to how the resort is vented. Just heads up in case you were planning to do a bunch of cooking on vacation to save money.
With all of that said, we would stay at Ko'Olina Beach Villas again, but most likely will try to find a different unit that has been better maintained.

We couldn’t be more happy with our stay! Pictures don’t do it justice! 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect for us. It was myself and husband, our two adult kids, and their bf/gf. Kitchen had everything you need to cook/bake/etc. I bought paperplates too so I didn’t have to always wash. Plenty of space for clothes and items. Each bathroom has a blow dryer and bedrooms have fans if need be. AC unit is not suppose to be below 73 degrees and it didn’t need be. Oven and stove top take awhile to heat up so plan accordingly. There is a toaster oven, two types of coffee pots, blender, microwave. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and snorkel gear as well. Small washer and dryer. Condo is on 3rd floor and is super close to elevator which is super close to pool. Property has two pools. One closer to the condo is quiet and more for adults. Other one is family friendly. Hot tubs and fitness center on site. Close to lagoon and walking trail. Site has a beach bar and even though drinks are $18+, they are very good! Three resorts sit next to property and each one has places to eat. Marina is walking distance and we took a sunset cruise. Across the way is a shopping center with coffee spots, ABC store, and restaurants. We ate at Monkeypod and it was delicious. When you reserve, owner will send you a list of fun things to do. Enjoy!

You can’t get better than this place. It has a resort feel with the 2 pools, the beautiful grounds, koi pond, beach bar, and beach access with the beautiful lagoon. But like a resort, it doesn’t have the constant crowds of people and noise. Its quiet and just the right amount of people.
The condo itself is perfect and had everything we needed. 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 great bathrooms, and the place stayed very cool at the 73 degrees. We never got hot or uncomfortable (and they have fans as well). We brought our family of four and we had so much room which is what makes it a vacation-I’m not spending a week in one room hotel with my two kids :). The beds are comfortable, the pillows and linens are lovely, the bath towels are soft and the place was very clean. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. we saved so much money by making a lot of our own meals and had so much space to do so (and the BBQs by the pool were really nice and clean). The place had lots of beach towels and water/beach toys. The TVs were all smart so that made it easy for my kids to have some downtown and watch some of their shows. The balcony was lovely and spacious. I noticed some of the other units had very cheap lawn chairs or just a dining table. This place had really nice lounge/high quality furniture to relax on and look at the ocean. The owner, Michelle, was super wonderful and very responsive. This place can’t be beat. Exactly as advertised
You can’t get better than this place. It has a resort feel with the 2 pools, the beautiful grounds, koi pond, beach bar, and beach access with the beautiful lagoon. But like a resort, it doesn’t have the constant crowds of people and noise. Its quiet and just the right amount of people.
The condo itself is perfect and had everything we needed. 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 great bathrooms, and the place stayed very cool at the 73 degrees. We never got hot or uncomfortable (and they have fans as well). We brought our family of four and we had so much room which is what makes it a vacation-I’m not spending a week in one room hotel with my two kids :). The beds are comfortable, the pillows and linens are lovely, the bath towels are soft and the place was very clean. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. we saved so much money by making a lot of our own meals and had so much space to do so (and the BBQs by the pool were really nice and clean). The place had lots of beach towels and water/beach toys. The TVs were all smart so that made it easy for my kids to have some downtown and watch some of their shows. The balcony was lovely and spacious. I noticed some of the other units had very cheap lawn chairs or just a dining table. This place had really nice lounge/high quality furniture to relax on and look at the ocean. The owner, Michelle, was super wonderful and very responsive. Not that we needed much, but if you had a question, she was so quick to help and was super friendly.
We will absolutely be back here as there is no way not to have a wonderful vacation at this place.

Michelle was very quick to respond to any questions I had. I stayed here with my friend. It was very relaxing because we each had our own space. The condo was close to parking, the elevator and a short walk to throw the trash out. My favorite thing to do was sit on the lanai in the morning and evening and read. It was the most peaceful I've felt in a long time and just what I needed after dealing with all the limitations and restrictions of the last couple of years.

We just loved this property. The lagoon and beach were the prettiest we have ever been to. It was not crowded. We are a family of 10 and everyone had a great time and raved about the property.
