We absolutely loved staying here in Oahu for our honeymoon! We were greeted with leis and a drink. The room was spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. They had champagne, chocolate-covered strawberries, and cookies in the room for us when we arrived. During our stay, we used the beach back they provided for us, too, and they even wrapped up our charging cords, so they weren’t hanging. The adults’ only infinity pool and beach were both amazing! We do wish this had a complimentary breakfast included, as well as a self-park option. The valet was very quick, but we do like being able to just get our car when we want. Plus, the overnight park charge was expensive. It was pricey to stay here, but we wanted to splurge on our honeymoon. This was definitely worth the splurge!

We have stayed here twice before. Each visit a couple of years apart except this last one which was five years later. The staff is amazing! They greet you in the hall with a smile and are very helpful for the most part. We did have a cranky young woman at the front desk when we asked to do a late check out. The restaurants are good, but Mina’s Fish Hose was a big disappointment because the menu was not accommodating to my allergies. It was very heavy into raw fish and the grilled fish was tough and was a small portion for the money. The ambiance there is wonderful, but the food was mediocre. It was our favorite restaurant the last visit. Noe was great! We ate there several times. The rooms are looking tired and the shower had mold in the corners, but otherwise the hotel is very nice. I would give it four stars. They need more dining options and more GF options in all restaurants.

No staff at the reception for checking out. It’s 9:30 am in the morning.

just make sure all the lighting works properly because we had to unscrew the bulbs everytime before bed. Other than that it was great!

We absolutely love this resort! The views are stunning, and the service is exceptional. The pool and beach service are top-notch. They provide beach chairs, towels, iced water, and sunscreen. For an additional cost, you can also get beverages, food, daybeds, and cabanas. I highly recommend the daybed; it's incredibly comfortable.
However, there are a few things that could be improved. The food at the resort is quite disappointing. I've tried every restaurant, and none of the dishes stood out—they were all bland and flavorless. Additionally, the resort is not exclusive to guests, which is frustrating. Anyone can make reservations at the restaurants, making it difficult for guests to secure dinner reservations.
We stayed in a king-size oceanfront room and used the sofa bed, but the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable with a hard mattress that felt like sleeping on the floor. The room was also not cleaned properly from the previous guests. We found trash under the nightstands and in the closet, and the shower doors and mirrors were dirty.
Overall, it's a beautiful place to visit, but I believe there are areas for improvement, especially considering the nightly rate they charge.

The Four Seasons in Ko Olina was absolutely beautiful. The resort itself was stunning and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything. The restaurants on site are VERY pricey, but thats to be expected. There were also a number of walkable restaurants outside of the resort that we're slightly less expensive, but still pretty $$. The food was absolutely excellent though, so it was worth it. If you are planning to lounge by the pool or on the beach the whole time, this place is heaven. If you are planning more activities on your trip, Ko Olina isnt the most convenient as most tours, etc on the island start from Waikiki which is 40-60 min away depending on the time of day, so it would make more sense to stay at the Honolulu location if that's your plan (as it was ours and we spent a lot of time in Ubers lol). Overall, incredible and unforgettable experience.

Not up to my expectations for a high end resort.
Did not come close to what we have experienced at other Four Seasons.
$1800 a night for an ocean view room, which had only 1 small desk chair to sit in the room. When it was raining, or at night, we had to sit on the bed to watch tv. Others have said that kids from Disney (next door) could be annoying at the beach, however this hotel was also full of screaming young kids and babies ( plus dogs). Extremely overpriced options and dining. Charging exorbitant prices does not mean the food or service is extraordinary. $22 for a mai tai that tasted so bad we would not drink it. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing, high-end resort, this is not it.
