Green Palm Cottage, #976905, is located on the property of our personal residence.
If you want a private getaway, this is the spot! Close to everything , but with the sense of being secluded on our lush, green, eye-catching piece of property. The cottage is set back 120 ft from the road, nestled at the end of our brick pavers driveway with parking under our pergola. Royal Palm trees, Coconuts & other tropical plantings enhance our lush landscaping.

Kitchenette with 18cuft fridge, all dishes, utensils, washer/dryer. No stove, but induction cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, water kettle, electric skillet;

Skip the extra luggage fees as we provide everything you need in the apartment! Beach towels, beach sheet, beach equipment, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, etc.

IMPORTANT: NO LIGHTED CANDLES OR ANYTHING ALLOWED IN COTTAGE!!

The property was very nice and clean. It was just as we thought it would be from vieweing the photos in the listing. The location was very convenient located and was close to the places we needed to go to. Having a covered parking space was great!

This cozy little cottage was perfect for a weekend getaway for my husband and me. Incredibly easy access to prime seating for viewing the Edison Festival of Lights Grand Parade - no traffic or parking headaches to deal with. We were able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and the Edison & Ford Winter Estates. Cleo was a gracious hostess. The cottage was clean, comfortable and private. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Cleo and Bucky’s cosy studio cottage is in easy walking distance of the buzzing downtown for dinner and a block from Publix if you’re self- catering. We also walked to the EdisonFord Estate for a unique historical viewpoint. The cottage has everything you’d need and the secluded back yard was perfect for a shady breakfast.

The cottage was charming and clean. It had everything we needed for our week's stay while in town. The property is beautifully landscaped and everything is well taken care of. 5 stars for every category, except we gave 4 stars for location as there was traffic noise at times.

Cleo was a wonderful host. Accommodations were clean, comfortable (felt just like home), and well-equipped with everything I needed. The property is beautiful. Location was perfect for someone looking to be close to downtown Ft Myers and the Edison/Ford Winter Estate, and the grocery being only one block away was endlessly convenient. Good central location - reasonable driving distance to all other activities and beaches in the Ft. Myers area.

I was very pleased with how clean and comfortable this adorable little house was! The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I had very few interactions with the owner. The house is close to both downtown and the city of Fort Myers. In a cute neighborhood, walking distance from Publix. Perfect little cottage; ;)

Everything about the Green Villa Cottage was exactly as advertised. Cleo is a wonderful host. She personally welcomed us and had plenty of information about things to do and places to eat. The cottage was bigger than the pictures make it look, with a nice screened-in back porch and plenty of fans to help keep the cottage cool. We had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. I will definitely stay here the next time we are in Fort Myers to visit family.

Cleo Morgan and her husband Bucky have a wonderful cottage to share with vacationers to Ft. Myers. I told them the day we were leaving that driving into their property entrance was like arriving at a resort. The overall neighborhood may not be as appealing, but the Green Palm Cottage is beautifully landscaped and kept immaculate. Restaurants with great food are abundant. You are a short drive (20 -30 minutes) from Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Beach, Very easy access. Shops with creative gifts and restaurants with delicious food in the River District (1st Street) was one of our favorite activities. Both within walking distance of the cottage. If you don't have to have an ocean view, then you can't miss Green Palm Villa.

Very nice little place. I didnt knowvit had only a window box air conditioner ahead of my stay. It cooled okay by was noisy for me as I'm used to central air with no blower sound. But it was still a very good place to stay.

The property itself is just lovely. We had a covered place for our car so it wasn't hot from the sun. The Ft Myers beach was a straight shot down McGregor. We walked downtown two of the nights for dinner. The hosts were AMAZING!! The next time we are in Ft Myers area we will stay here again for sure!!!

Green Palm Cottage is located just off McGregor in the Altamont neighborhood. It is within easy walking distance to the Ford Edison museum and estates. There is a Publix supermarket a few blocks away, and great breakfast place next to the market. The owner lives next door and is very available and helpful. Landscaping is beautiful, with many artistic touches. Entire property is super clean and well-maintained. A great place to stay, easy access to everything, by car or on foot.

My husband and I came up for the weekend to attend an art exhibit I was part of at the Sidney and Berne Davis Art Center . We loved everything about this cottage .. the decor,comfort and location were all spot on! It's in easy walking distance to the waterfront, the downtown district and Publix, but felt tucked away and cozy We were charmed and will come back !

From the adorable apartment to the accommodating owners, Cleo and Bucky, staying at the Green Palm Cottage was a perfect refuge for our evacuation from Hurricane Dorian. Every amenity was thought of and the generous hospitality of our hosts made for a wonderful retreat for us. We would love to visit here again!

We had a fantastic time at Green Palm Cottage. Cleo and Bucky are very generous, welcoming hosts. The cottage had everything that we needed and we especially enjoyed the private outdoor area with barbeque and table/chairs. The lush vegetation on the property reminded us of Hawaii. Convenient location with amenities within walking distance. Would love to return!
