It was available at the time we booked and quite spacious
Cleanliness could really be improved. Futons were not futons but rather blankets. Bed sheets would need to be changed after each guest

The room was nice and spacious and the beds were comfortable with good mattresses. The room is suitable for a family. The kitchen was free accessible and everything was there to prepare a good meal (which we did for 3 nights).
The bathroom was on the corridor and you had to pass through the bathroom of another room in order to reach your own bathroom. Further its was clean and complete.

I liked the traditional style house and bedroom, although relatively newly built. I wanted to experience this (coming from the UK). Owner friendly and helpful.
Everything was fine.

We didn't get informed which one we can use at the kitchen so it felt like we couldn't use anything. The bathroom was too cold so I coudn;t even take a shower and let my kids do that with their dad. And.. even I asked for an additional bed for my older son, there is any. One more thing.. the door of the rooms cannot not be locked.

We were given free upgrade to a family suite with separate entrance. Very nice owner. Little bit of walking to sights of interest, but we don't mind as it is good to get to see how locals live.

The "family room" was great, almost like a small apartment! We had a private bathroom, kitchen, and two rooms, wich was a lot of space and confort. The host was also very helpful and understanding. I could have stay a few more days with pleasure!

The host, Zelkova Cha is an amazing person. He was very kind and our daughter (2.5 years old) connected with him instantly, which she very seldom does with complete strangers.
It's a matter of taste, but I really loved the breakfast :)
The house is his own design, I personally found it awesome.
Location is great.
The location coming up on google maps is a bit off making the last 100 meters a guessing game, although the address given is spot on, which eventually helped to get there :)
For some reason I expected en suite bathroom, so I was surprised (expectations, expectations :)), but it was not an issue.

The owner was so friendly, the house and Korean room were cozy.
The drain in bathroom stuck and water didn’t run smoothly. You have the room to improve:)

Host extra hospitable as he went extra mile to make guest comfortable. Seeing that I was under the weather he went out and bought some medicine for me to help tide over. Additionally he even provided his personal number to be contacted throughout the night in case a hospital visit was warranted.
The accommodation is conveniently located near the Gyeongju Ju Old train station. Nearby there are convenience marts and restaurants. The accommodation is clean and feels pretty new. Host personally brought in our luggages to the room himself.
Bed was just thin futon on the ground, was kind of hard.
