Was very run down. Less accommodating then described. Missing lots of house hold items for a long stay. MOLD IN HALLWAY. front and back door barely useable. Railing on stairs and patio very loose. The beds was worse then hotel beds. Yard needs maintenance. House sleeps 12 but ONLY have seating for 4 on patio. Email stated to use dishwasher but there wasnt one available. Wouldnt recommended long period stays.

This place is a good place to rent it is about 10 minutes away from the island. It is near Heb and Walmart. Great location for staying close by the beach.

So spacious! Rained during our visit but plenty of room to play board games, cards and such! Still managed to land a few fish off the deck!

Great property for a week of staff training. Plenty room to work. And the pool was a good way to relax.

The home has several things that need to be fixed. Backyard is not closed in so anyone can access back area. One table and four chairs out by pool. The space needs more lawn chairs and picnic table to utilize the massive deck. The grill was left with food in it from previous guests. If brining a family would bring own pots and pans as there are not many to use. By the 4th day the pool needed to be shocked or cleaned as it started turning green.

- faucet from kitchen hard to turn
- some cooking pans didn't work
- dirty dirty curtains
- in the showers and sink, water was slowly going down due to it having so much hair
- soap dispenser was mix with mostly water
- couch smelled like it hasn't been cleaned
- some of the doors was hard to open and closed
- house needed a lot of detail cleaning
- it’s unfortunate that it’s a wonderful house in a great location but with a lot of maintenance and cleaning to do

The house was very close to the beach and spacious enough to accommodate my entire family. The weekend was great, we were all very comfortable and the kids had a blast with the back patio pool.

Great house for a family vacay. Kids enjoyed fishing off the back porch. Love the location. Just minutes from everything.

Lots of potential.
The pool was nice. The deck needs a little work. The house is in need of much work. Two bed frames broke as soon as they were sat on. Roaches were spotted in the kitchen. The back door would open even when locked. Curtains are badly needed in the living room. Lights around and in pool did not work. This house could be a fabulous vacation rental due to its location and the amount of beds. Just needs some TLC.

Port Isabel Beach House
We loved the location. We enjoyed our time there, but the home needs some TLC. We were left a few dishwasher tabs, but no dishwasher, lol. So, with 10 of us, there were alot of dishes to wash with not even a dish drainer. No dish cloths either. We have stayed in other Vacasa homes and Air B&B's which had more equipped kitchens. My son, who is a chef, brought a lot of his own stuff, thank heavens. The linens were nice, clean, plenty of beds. Pool looked beautiful, enjoyed back patio. Safe stairs, appreciated that with children. Lots of closet space. There a a couple of door knows that fell off, kitchen cabinets have odor, just some love & care and this house could be amazing.

Great rent!
Back door doesn’t close right. Coffee maker was broken, plus side there was a washer and dryer!!!!! Plenty of space for family, the pool was great, location was awesome . Beautiful sunrises. Best one so far.

Lots of problems
Had lots of problems, wasn't very clean, lots of long white dog hairs, the power in the kitchen and pantry kept cutting off - would get reset and cut-off 10 minutes later, the boards around the pool were loose or coming up, have a list of 15 things wrong besides the cost of the rental was overpriced!

Loved it!
We very much enjoy our stay at the beach house #1533. It's a very beautiful house and at great location, we had everything near us. The rooms were very spacious including the bedding which were wonderful we felt at home. Not to mention the pool were we spend most of the time with the kids, we enjoy it a lot. They came every morning to clean the pool and I really loved. We absolutely loved our stay!! It was everything we needed for a relaxing vacation we undoubtedly be renting from you again, we're already planning another visit for next year. Thank you!

Girls’ weekend
Overall the property was great for our needs. The area had a bad storm the day before we arrived so there was a lot of debris in the pool. I called management and they sent someone over right away to clean pool. There were a few small issues that I feel they need to take care of. . . The door out to pool area sticks badly. It is very hard to open and close. The outlets in the kitchen kept tripping so we had to go out to fuse box and reset numerous times. Also, I made it clear in our reservation that we would have six adults. They advertise that it sleeps 11, which it does, but there were only four coffee cups. Even with only six adults we needed six coffee cups! Still, a great area, close to the island, we enjoyed our visit.

Best Vacation House
We visit this house almost every summer except summer of 2020 due to pandemic. But every time, its an amazing time full of great memories with family. This house is spacious and the location could not be better. Wish washer would have worked like in past visita but other than that, great amazing house. Will continue to visit as it’s our family tradition. Thank you to Mr. Robert for following up to make sure everything was ok with our stay. True customer service. Thank you so much.

Spacious dog friendly home
We loved that our dog could look out the windows and watch the birds. There was plenty of space to walk her safely. We liked the three bedrooms and two baths upstairs. And we liked we could walk to town (about 20 mins).

Everything was great, house was at great location, close to everything. The pool was great! I would definitely recommend this house, everything was very clean , and most importantly we felt safe.

Great house!
We had an awesome time! The home was great! The only complaints I had were roaches came out on our final night, the washer was broken and flooded the hall, ice maker didn't work, outdoor lighting needed to be replaced as not all lights worked, and the pool ladder was broken. I still rated 5 stars cause my family had a wonderful time. If the issues get corrected, will definitely stay again!

A big disappointment.
Where do I start? When we first arrived we noticed many disappointing features: missing kitchen cabinet door, missing drawer in fridge, ALL of the inside-the-door shelves in the fridge were missing, etc. When we went to turn on the ice maker (you know, on a 100+ degree day in July) it started pouring water all over the kitchen floor, which we had to use one of our allotted bath towels to clean up. And that was just the kitchen! No, wait, later when we went to eat we found numerous dirty dishes in the cabinets, (like green grime on one of the bowls and a DISGUSTING spatula) outer cabinet doors that were filthy with grime, as was the trash can cabinet. Literally disgusting.
Going upstairs it was obvious that the stairs weren’t swept well, if at all. Sand, little plastic clothing tags, dog hair (we didn’t bring any pets) all over the stairs.
Next, we ventured into the bedrooms, the master bedroom main light on the fan doesn’t work. At all. It flickers on and immediately off again anytime the switch is flipped. So we had to use a small lamp the whole stay. The towel rack in the Master bathroom was loose and fell a couple times while being used. My daughters bunk bed wasn’t made (just the comforter pulled back to make it look made) and the doorknob to the third bedroom literally just fell off on the outside of the door when we went to close it for the first time.
Going outside to the pool (which was refreshing and clean, surprisingly) the ladder was loose and nearly falling off to the point we had to tell the kids not to use it anymore. And coming back into the house we had to slam the door shut every time to get it to latch. To be honest, there were other little disappointments but we just wanted to enjoy our vacation so we stopped keeping track of the issues. Overall, the house was a big disappointment for the kind of money we paid. I would expect this at a cheap run down hotel. Not a pricey condo.
To top it all off, I called vacasa customer service to report the first half of these issues within a couple hours of check in. I was told someone from the local office would be contacting me “as soon as she submitted this ticket”.... but of course we never got a call. We won’t be booking with Vacasa again and will be sure to let others know about our awful experience as well.
