About this house rental

This is a newly renovated and modernly updated 3 story house with 3 standard bedrooms + 4th br/rec room, 3ba + 4th outdoor shower and 7 outdoor seating areas, 2 equipped with tvs for your outdoor viewing. Carpet free and beach friendly flooring. It sleeps 16 comfortably with 8 stationary and 4 inflatable beds upon request. A maximum of 2 dogs under 25lbs OR 1 dog up to 50lbs are allowed as long as they are house trained and remain off the furniture. Three baby gates, a highchair, a pack-n-play crib, a cot/toddler bed and a large dog crate are also available upon request. There are high 20ft ceilings in great room, dining and common area. There are multiple furnished decks and patios for relaxation with views of the fireworks from Tybee Island Beach. There is a rec room included in the 4th bedroom with additional sleeping space for inflatable beds, 2 wall mounted 50" and 65"tv's, a door electronic basketball game, a small air hockey table, a small pool table, a ping pong table, corn hole, a wall Pac-Man/Galaga/Dig Dug and Galaxian combo arcade game, Ms Pac-Man, Street Fighter, a PS4 and an Xbox One gaming console with corresponding games. There are beach toys for small children, umbrellas with anchors, a buggy to carry things, beach towels and blankets. 4 bikes in various sizes and a toddler seat are also available for free use. Wall mounted tvs in the living room, each bedroom and 2 outside. There are 2 laundry rooms. One on the upper level across from the main ensuite and the other one on the lower level in the 3rd bathroom. A main bedroom
ensuite on it's own level with a King bed, private balcony, loft area with seating, office and gym equipment overlooking the living and dining room area, plus an exit to an outdoor deck with seating for 4. A 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, a 3rd bedroom with twin bunk beds, twin trundle and single twin bed are located on the main living level with the 2nd full bathroom. There is a twin/full bunk bed and ample floor space in the 4th br/rec room for a queen, 2 full and 3 twin inflatable beds. The backyard has 2 covered furnished patios, one for outdoor dining with a wall mounted tv and seating for 6 with a chaise lounge. The other is set up like an outdoor living room/lounge area with a wall mounted tv, seating for 9-10, an outdoor charcoal grill upon request and a wood burning fire pit with seating for 4. An outdoor shower is also available inside the fence near the rear stairwell to get the excess sand off of you from the beach before you enter the house. Enjoy the outdoors even on rainy days while relaxing under the carport with 3 tables and seating for 12. There is free off street parking for 4-6 cars on the property. 2 vehicles in the front and 4 vehicles on the driveway to the gray fence. The house is 5 blocks, an 8 minute walk from the beach, 3 blocks from the grocery store, bars and restaurants. This house is in the perfect location because it's far enough away for those who want peace and quiet but close enough to walk a few blocks and be in the middle of the action. Make this your vacation home away from home.

As the homeowner I have taken special measures to insure that the property is first disinfected and then cleaned after every booking.There are so many extra amenities that they're too many to list. This property even has contactless self-entry with the use of a keypad on the front door. We look forward to having you as our next guest.

We loved the location. It was very well stocked. Had everything we needed. Struggled with the front door and both downstairs bedroom doors.. had a baby.. and would wake every time we tried to go in!

Really loved the game room, plenty fun for my kids and I! Great selection of games! I thought the bathroom upgrades were great! One on each level! Large screen TVs everywhere! Plenty of sleeping just like it says! No complaints! Not far to the beach, straight shot!

House is well stocked with all that you could need. For our longer stay (one month) we needed to de clutter a bit so we could fit our groceries but their organization made it easy. Front porch took in most of the day’s sun. Very relaxing stay. Walkable to back bay and 12th street beach among other areas.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful home, very well stocked with towels/supplies/beach chairs/toys. We had a group of 5 adults and 6 children (age 10), and we had plenty of sleeping spaces for everyone. The rec room was large enough for all 6 kids to sleep (on beds and air mattresses) and hang out). Easy walk to the beach which we loved. Tamesha was very quick to respond to any questions, and overall really great to work with! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay here at Jenkins Cove… great backyard…game room in basement was a blast one night we had so many laughs down there… Kitchen was perfect with all you needed.. we grilled out one night on the huge grill out back… House was great.. close to IGA and the beach.. yet far enough away for it to be peace full to sit out on with the front porch or the great side porch upstairs.. Tamesha the host was great always responded quick with any questions we had .. This was a great trip and a perfect house with all the right stuff..!! Great memories were made there ..!! Thanks

This property was everything we needed. It was clean and very comfortable. Enough space for our 8( there was enough space for 16). The lower level game room was a big hit with everyone, especially the teens. It was close to everything. Can’t wait to go back.

This house was perfect for our Girl Scout trip to Savannah. It wasn’t too far from our activities in Savannah, and was super close to the beach and all our Tybee Island activities. There was plenty of space, everything you could need in a house, and so incredibly clean! We had limited space in our 15 passenger van, so it was incredibly helpful that the house was fully stocked, even down to everything you could need for a trip to the beach! The beds were comfortable, and my girls loved all the games downstairs! I would highly recommend this house to anyone!

We stayed with our family with 2 boys and another family with 3 kids There were plenty of rooms and plenty of beds and we probably could have fit another family if we wanted. The basement game room was a kid favorite and they would spend hours down there. The beach is walkable and stores as well but that is a bit of a hike. We rented golf carts for a day and that was really fun to explore. There is even a disc golf course on the island and some good playgrounds. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and cookware and there were some fun games for adults too. We rented a boat for the daybon the bull river and saw a lot of dolphins and even a few sharks! This was a great family getaway, could be a fun girls or guys weekend place as well!

We rented this house for a mini graduate school reunion. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for our set up and check-in/check-out was easier than most other online rentals any of us had used previously. Easy to walk absolutely everywhere and we liked that it wasn’t on the main strip, provided more privacy and less noise pollution. Game room downstairs was a bit hit! We all agreed the house had everything we were hoping for. Only thing we had to purchase was some TP at the end of our stay and condiments for our grilling out meals. Otherwise, this place has everything imaginable. Go for it!

We had a great experience at this rental. Everything from the amenities to getting in contact wIth Tamesha. She responded almost immediately after everytime I messaged her. Communication was great. The house was lovely, very tidy. The kids absolutely loved the gaming room. They stayed down there and we had a hard time getting them to come out!! There are tons of outdoor spaces to sit and relax. We loved it! Would highly recommend this rental property to anyone who is thinking about it!!!
