Stayed at this property due to its location and as a gathering place for family and friends attending a Celebration of Life. It is well laid out for a large group and plenty of beds and bathrooms. The pool, hot tub, sauna, games room, tv theatre room, kitchen, dining, living rooms were all enjoyed. Communication with the host was fast and efficient and clear. So overall a great stay. Just a few small things could be touched up (tips on pool cues, running toilet in master bedroom and maybe a deep clean or replacement of the carpet on the upper floor), but overall a fantastic place to stay and in our situation decompress from a stressful time. Would definitely stay again. That view though! Stunning.

The size of the house is perfect for a large family and has plenty of options for activities. Unfortunately, the pool was out of service during our stay but we still enjoyed the game room, hot tub, and sauna.

Comfortable. Wonderful kitchen with every imaginable convenience. Great area for walks. Very nice deck, comfortable chairs. Barbecue worked well. Large open area conducive to family dining and playing .Overall comfortable beds and lots of washrooms.

Lovely property with responsive management. We had a little glitch at the beginning, but the managers put a plan in place, and we barely noticed. Instead, the adults focused on the view and the kids had a fabulous time in the pool. The whole house is amazingly well stocked with everything from kitchen equipment to pool noodles. I look forward to staying there again.

This property is a perfect family getaway oasis, even when or especially when the weather is not ideal. The views and the amenities, indoor and out, are amazing. The communication, checkin process and access to all amenities were seamless; all expectations were met and more.

The house was perfect for our stay. We were a group of 8 women who were having a reunion. The house was spacious, clean, well stocked and really comfortable. The views were stunning. I especially appreciated how easy the communication was with the home owner, he was great. Highly recommend 🙂

Rented the house for a vacation with family we don’t often see. The house had everything. Lots to do for all the kids and plenty of fun for the adults. Was in a great location, good views, large property with useable space. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect home for our family coming together to celebrate my husband’s 75th birthday. The bedrooms were all perfect for 4 couples and the young cousins loved sharing the bunk bed room. This house was open and airy, stocked with games and toys and all the necessary kitchen equipment. Pool and hot tub were clean and allowed for hours of fun for everyone. Towels and bedding were all hotel standard plus. Would highly recommend this home on a totally private property overlooking the city and lake!!

The property is located close within a 10 minute drive from all local amenities including shopping, eateries, grocery, and retail - which is very convenient. The property is perched on a slope so most of the property is not entirely usable but the tennis court, basketball hoops, swimming pool, and rear decks were available. The basketball hoops were mostly unusable as they were damaged and the August heat made it exceptionally difficult to enjoy. Although the rear deck was equipped with a bbq station and hot tub, it was difficult to enjoy due to an obscene amount of wasps. In fact, 4 people including 2 young kids were stung within the first 2 days. It was a shame as the area was nicely set up but was used sparsely because of the relentless swarming of wasps. The property manager was quick to place a number of traps; however, the effort was futile - suspect there may be a hornets nest somewhere underneath the deck; otherwise, there shouldn't be so many of them. The '5th' bedroom located beside the garage with a queen bed is NOT a bedroom - does not contain a closet and has an exterior door access. It appears to be an addition with no heating nor A/C with large panoramic windows with improper blackout curtains. Every morning light shines through from sunrise (not exactly a vacation when waking at 5-6 am every morning). It's barn door does not close properly and does not provide any privacy (cannot be locked and has a large gap) as it is directly adjacent to the living room. Maybe a better use as a den. The property provided good indoor amenities; however, the outdoor amenities could not be enjoyed as much as we liked as advertised. As such, we are very reluctant to book again during summer.

This property had plenty of space for our large group. There was even enough space in the TV room for 6 kids to have a "sleepover" in their sleeping bags! The games room and pool were a hit! We cooked all our meals during our stay. We brought with us extra small appliances/cookware thinking there wouldn't be enough supplied for our large group but there was no need. There were plenty of kitchen supplies available. I can't say enough how wonderful the property manager, Tony, was with addressing any questions or problems we had during our stay. Would definitely consider this property again when visiting the Okanagan.

My family had the opportunity to spend a full week at Rosehill Estates. We loved the location and fantastic view. The house was very well equipped and provided everything needed for 8 adults and 5 young children (7, 4, 3, 2, and1). The pool and hot tub were a huge hit and provided hours of entertainment. Tony, the property manager, was awesome and available for any questions we had. We would strongly recommend this Okanagan vacation getaway.

Amazing vacation home!

Amazing vacation home!

Rosehill was an amazing place for our extended family vacation for a week. The three kids (ages 9, 10, 11) were occupied with the indoor pool, games room, tennis court and lots of places to hang out. Same with the adults! Lots of great family time - and the location was convenient to the lake, biking and hiking trails and downtown Kelowna was a short drive away. Even the dogs had a wonderful time. Tony the property manager was so friendly and service oriented - you just had to ask and he was there immediately. Ryan gave us a big warm welcome when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend Rosehill to our friends and family who want a great Okanagan vacation.

Had a lovely ladies trip and made some wonderful memories at Rosehill Estate!! The property was gorgeous and the amenities were very well taken care of! The property manager ensured we were comfortable during our stay and that everything was clean and in working order. I would highly recommend Rosehill for anyone looking for a great group vacation with everyone under the same roof!

We spent a long weekend at Rosehill Estates for our daughter’s wedding. It was perfect. There was so much room for everyone and so much to do. The young and old, me, loved the pool. Our granddaughters loved the hot tub, their bunk bed room and everything else. We had such a great time being together, yet there was room to spread out. The views were spectacular. This is a must stay!

Morning sunrise is beautiful, kids and the dogs run freely inside the fenced yard. Swimming pool, hot tub , tennis court, everything is just right there. Sum it all up its excellent for family reunion or 2 families just want a vacation and relax. One last think and very important is Tony the property manager is there to help with anything you ask and prompt get it done.

This house is truly spectacular. The perfect spot for a large family or group. Breathtaking views, close to mountain hikes, cross country trails and ski slopes. Though you don’t really have to go anywhere as the home has so many entertainment options. The pool, hot tub, sauna, extensive games room and media area provided ample opportunities for fun. The facility is equipped with everything you require including comfy beds. The property manager, Tony, was more than generous with his time and assistance. Loved staying here in the winter, can’t wait to experience Kelowna in the summer!
