Great location, easy check in, and good communication with owner. Each room has a very nice bathroom suite. For the price point, the unit is in need of some updating . There were no dressers in the bedrooms for clothes and no TVs. The kitchen needs updating,, minimal outdoor furniture, and front room on second floor needs blackout curtains due to morning sunrise. The bottom floor had a pull out bed that could not be reassembled and therefore not used for recreation. The views were best from the bedroom level.

Bill’s property in Canmore was everything my family hoped for. Aug. long WE 2024 was our 9 person stay for our nieces wedding. Bill’s place was in a great location with walking distance to the bride and grooms suite, the other family, the grocery store, the rehearsal dinner venue and a short drive to wedding venue. The best was everyone had their own bathroom, kitchen was well stocked, except for a cocktail shaker but we made due. The hot tub was clean and warm on the chilly nights or in the morning. The large fridge held all our platters heading to gatherings and the wine fridge held all our goodies for hosting family cocktail hour to go with all the munchies. The beds were soft, 4 pillows and very soft sheets were in each room. The instructions and communication were well laid out and was seamless to check in or out. We had an issue with a neighbor going in our hot tub and we were able to get Bill on the phone immediately to clarify it was ours only. Bill was also immediately available anytime we emailed and checked in on us by email as well. Beautiful place, good location, attentive host - would stay again.

We opted to stay in Canmore for a family wedding taking place in Banff and this was the PERFECT space for our family as we were traveling with ages 10-73 years old. There were enough beds and bathrooms for everyone and everything was so spacious that privacy was never an issue. The townhouse was clean and had everything we needed. It is walking distance to Main Street and 5mn driving distance to the grocery store. The grill and hot tub were great perks after a long day sightseeing in Banff and the surrounding lakes. Owner was very responsive to our questions and we would recommend Bill's Place to anyone!

This home provided the perfect getaway for our first family vacation as a blended family. There was more than enough room for our group of 6. The teenagers, who brought their Xbox of course, immediately took over the basement, leaving ample room for the rest of us to spread out and have private space while the kitchen and living room were great spaces for family time. The views from all 4 deck/patio area are absolutely stunning. Communication with the host was prompt, courteous and helpful. While we didn’t have any issues to report I feel that if we had, they would have been addressed quickly. This home provided an amazing backdrop to some beautiful memories for our new family.

Our VRBO condo rental experience surpassed all expectations. The condo was immaculately clean and stunning, with breathtaking mountain views from every window. The host was incredibly responsive, addressing all our inquiries promptly. Its location was ideal, allowing easy walking access to town. Four Adults fit well in separate rooms each with attached bathrooms. There was enough room for lounging at the kitchen and family room for a larger group size. The house was clean, the kitchen had about everything we would want for cooking, and the appliances were nice.

Our group of 8 stayed in this beautiful condo just after the new year. Everything was perfect- from start to finish. The welcome email from the owner is comprehensive and very helpful. The property is well suited for large groups with four full baths. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is stocked. Great location facing the mountains on one side. Highly recommend and would definitely book again. Thank you, Bill, for the opportunity to stay in my favourite place in Alberta!

We had 8 adults from 4 households. This property was fantastic for our needs. The common spaces were spacious and well-appointed. There were many nice added touches that made the stay easier for us traveling from out of country. When we had an issue with the washing machine the owner worked hard to resolve it quickly for our use. We were very grateful!

This condo was conveniently located, and the communal spaces for the 4 couples to gather were excellent. We all especially appreciated the en suite bathrooms for each couple. There are a lot of stairs, and there is a lot of building of new condos going on around this spot. We ate breakfasts "in," utilizing the kitchen conveniences provided.

We rented multiple units in the Mercer complex for our wedding guests. This unit had the best views of all the units we rented. The views provided the perfect opportunity for my grandma to sit, relax, and take in Canmore's beauty. The complex is conveniently located and we walked into town for meals. Great Accomodation
Loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Even with ten people it did not feel crowded. Has easy access to downtown. Would rent again in a heartbeat. Only downside - lots of construction going on adjacent to property.

Perfect for a family with multiple couples!
We rented this property as a family. It was so nice that each couple had their own room and an ensuite! We had no common bathroom since one couple was staying in the basement on the pull out couch, but made do with taking the stairs up to our own ensuites. Everyone had comfortable sleeps. The views of the mountains from every window, but especially the top floor balcony were spectacular. We liked the big kitchen and dining area! Parking was a little frustrating. If you have more than two vehicles, one of which needs to be small-medium size to fit in the garage, you will need to find street parking just off the complex. We found it hit or miss for finding a spot that was closer than 500m. We would definitely recommend and stay again if the opportunity presented!

Perfect location, easy walk into town, well stocked kitchen and it was great for large group to gather around the table, the 4 bedrooms each with their own ensuite was a definite bonus, amazing view of the mountains from the deck. I would highly recommend for group of friends, larger family,or get away for 4 or 5 couples.

Fabulous property
We were in Canmore for a family weekend of mountain biking. Since our kids are young adults, it was great for everyone to have their own bathrooms and beautiful rooms. The kitchen was very well stocked and the rooms were spacious. We would definitely stay here again.
