Boca Grande (formally called Gasparilla Island) is located on the southwest coast of Florida, north of Naples and south of Sarasota. It’s part of the "barrier chain" of islands that includes Sanibel and Captiva.

OUR PREFERENCES & RESTRICTIONS:
Please note the following for booking:
- Minimum Stays: 1 week minimum from Nov 1–Apr 30, and 4 days from May 1–Oct 31.
- Occupancy: Maximum of 2 guests, but for stays of 1 week or more, we’ll allow a 3rd guest for a night or two.
- Ideal for Couples: The unit is perfect for couples seeking more space (1350 sq ft).
- No Children Under 12: The condo is not suitable for young children due to its light-colored decor and furnishings.
- No Smoking, No Pets, No Large Groups: Please respect our no-smoking and no-pets policy. The property is not suitable for group gatherings.

UNDERSTANDING VRBO RATES:
Your VRBO estimate will include four components:
1. Rental Rate: The base cost of the unit.
2. Taxes: 7% state and 5% county tax.
3. Service Fee: The VRBO booking fee.
4. Host Fee: The Resort Fee charged by the Boca Grande Club for access to facilities like pools, tennis courts, and beach services. The current rate is $75 per couple, per day.

We just spent a delightful week here for our anniversary. The condo was beautiful, completely renovated and very tastefully furnished and appointed. Mack was a wonderful host. His reccomendations for area activities and restaraunts were spot on. The beach was increadable

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely condo. Beautifully decorated and every amenity provided. Breathtaking views of the ocean from the screened porch and a very short walk to a beautiful beach. The owner was so helpful with providing recommendations on dining, shopping and island sites. Communication with him was easy and pleasant. We are already thinking of planning our next trip at this lovely unit.

We thought the pictures were amazing, but the rental was even more beautiful in person. Great communication from the owners. We loved every part of our anniversary trip in this little part of paradise. Will definitely come back again. One of our best vacations ever and definitely probably our most favorite rental we have ever stayed in.

My wife and I have been to numerous beach locations over the years, but this location and property is among the best-if not THE best! The condo was right on the beach, so access to and from the beach was easy. The condo itself was immaculate. Details were not ignored, right down to the well equipped kitchen. Even the knives were sharp! We enjoyed sitting on the lanai, and the furniture there was luxurious. The whole stay was at least as good as advertised, even better. Would recommend highly!

This is one of the nicest condos I've rented. It feels brand new. The kitchen has everything you need for full meal prep, including things most owners overlook like a supply of Saran Wrap and baggies. The lanai has comfortable furniture where we spent many hours gazing at the ocean and listening to the waves. Mack was very easy to work with and provided a lot of information to make us feel at home. The development was lovely and quiet, though we were there in early October before most residents returned for the winter. The pool has a very nice ocean view and great lunch menu. We loved the quaintness of the island and town. Highly recommend renting a golf cart and exploring. Overall a fantastic week. Thanks Mack!
