Overview of The Property
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two double beds (sleeps 4) and a 55 Inch smart television. On the same floor, there is a daybed (sleeps 1) and a set of custom built, adult size bunk beds with twin XL mattresses (sleeps 2). Additionally, there is a full size bath on this floor. This entire level has porcelain, wood-style tile throughout. This level has direct access to the pool area, including a covered lanai with a 55 inch smart television, ample outdoor seating, and a large gas grill.
The second floor is the main living level of the house and features a wrap around covered porch that can be accessed from every room on this level, with rocking chairs throughout overlooking a lovely lagoon. On this level, you will find a large family room with coffered ceilings, a fireplace, plenty of seating, pocket doors for privacy, and a 55 inch smart television. The dining area and kitchen have an open layout with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, dining for 18 , an extra lounge/seating area, and a 55 inch smart television. There is also a half bath, laundry room, and pantry on this level. This entire level has a mix of hardwood and stone floors throughout.
The three remaining bedrooms can all be found on the third floor. All of these bedrooms have direct access to a wrap around covered porch with outdoor seating identical to the one found on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king bed (sleeps 2), a fireplace, a 55 inch smart television, and a private bath with both a shower and garden tub. The second bedroom has two double beds (sleeps 4), a 55 inch smart television, and a private full bath with a stand up shower. Overview of The Singleton Beach Community
Although the home designs may be reminiscent of traditional Charlestonian architecture, the Singleton Beach Community is actually one of the youngest seaside communities on Hilton Head Island. Located mid-island between Palmetto Dunes and the Marriott Surfwatch Resort, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. Whether you choose to make the scenic walk to Collier Beach (approximately 700 yards) or take the beach shuttle*, old and young alike are sure to be pleased by our beautiful white sand beaches and relatively small crowds year-round. When it’s time to take a break from the sun, be sure to drop by “Coco's on the Beach” to grab a refreshing frozen drink or a quick bite to eat- all without leaving Collier Beach! Aside from the beach, Chaplin Oceanside Park is located a mere 100 yards away and houses a multitude of tennis courts, basketball courts, bike trails, baseball diamonds, and soccer fields, as well as a playground, dog park, and restrooms. Finally, when the day starts to draw to a close, why not top off the night by enjoying some of the finest waterfront shopping, dining, and entertainment** on the island at Shelter Cove Towne Center, just a short bike ride or drive down the road (1.5 miles).

**The town hosts a number of events and festivals throughout the year, including a firework display every Tuesday night during the summer that is best viewed from the Shelter Cove Community Park directly behind Shelter Cove Towne Center.

The house was absolutely amazing and was everything the future bride wanted. I was the MOH with 10 other girls. There was plenty of beds, baths, and room to mingle and gather in the house. The house was everything that was listed, but the host did not communicate as effectively as I hoped!

We were very impressed with both the house and the neighborhood. We were a group of 7 women and appreciated the spacious gathering areas as well as all rooms having a bathroom! Relaxing on the wrap around porches after a day of biking, hanging out on the beach or shopping rounded out our day. We would definitely stay here again.

Second year at this house. Love the location and the beach access it provides. Convenient beach buggy to get back and forth to the beach. House showed a little more stress since last year. For example, dishwasher door did not seal unless closed in a certain way. Inside of dishwasher did not accommodate a large load as many guides were broken or missing. Master bedroom bed supports were not functioning well and sagging in the middle. All correctable things and didn’t ruin our stay. Will return next year to this house or another just to have access to Singleton beach.

The property looks even better in real life than in the pictures. The location is great for walking to the beach. When it rains, the little pool downstairs is perfect to dip. Plenty of equipment to prepare large family meals in the kitchen. The kids loved all the smart TVs for the days when it stormed. And the beach shuttle was great.

This house was perfect. My husband and I celebrated our 13 Anniversary with good food, family and friends. It had a lot of space for everyone to comfortably fit and and enjoy themselves. I’m from the area and it’s nice to come home and bring friends from out to town to mingle in my childhood friends. My only complaints is the parking, cleanliness of the pool and bathrooms and the elevator fee that had to be paid prior to using it. Some of my friends and family elected to stay downstairs once they were down, but other than that, we had a great time and created a lot of memories from the house, pool, beach and Cocos bar. Can’t wait to book in the same area again.

This house was as described. The neighborhood was friendly and quite during the evening hours. We felt safe in and around the property. The free transport to the beach worked great, Connor was an excellent cart host. Overall, great stay. Highly recommend.

Property is true to listing. Beautiful house. Very smooth check in/check out. It was great to have our large family all under one roof. The pool and grill were wonderful and the house was just a half mile walk to the beach.

Location was good. We heated the pool and the kids loved it. Would recommend bringing an extra blanket for sleeping. Beach is not as close as some of the reviews made it seem. Boardwalk was not accessible to this property. Overall, it was a good house for families and very spacious. We had to extend our stay to five nights this year to be able to visit the weekend we needed, which was an issue for some, but this is a great condo for 8 old friends on a long golf weekend. We’ve stayed here before and it has plenty of beds, overall space and is at a great location on the island.

Property is true to listing. Beautiful house. Very smooth check in/check out. It was great to have our large family all under one roof. The pool and grill were wonderful and the house was just a half mile walk to the beach.

It was nice having access to the private beach and park amenities. The walk to the beach isn’t bad. We made trips taking kids down in our vehicles due to having a large group but there are golf cart shuttles available. You wouldn’t want to walk and carry too much because it is about a 10 minute walk I would say. We parked extra cars in the local parking area and had no issues. The pond has a baby alligator in it, but it gave us no trouble and was cool to watch. I will say with a large group, we had 17 I think, hot water goes fast just FYI. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We are a family of nine and had plenty of room to spread out. The location of the house was further from the ocean than I expected. I would estimate one mile. The shuttle was excellent, however.
