The house was perfect for our family of 11. Everyone had their own space.
It is a ways from the beach but a free golf cart shuttle is available with just a phone call. The driver is a college student and tips are greatly appreciated.
The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and utensils for eating and cooking.
The pool was an enjoyed by all.
I would definitely recommend this house and would consider staying renting it in the future.
10.0 / 10.0
Positive:
*MANY beds. This was great fot us as we had 10 adults staying and mostly everyone had their own bed and few shared bathrooms.
* Lots of room. There are several rooms with private balconies, there is a decent sized balcony on main floor, plenty of room around the pool, and some area to congregate near dinning table.
*Area is beautiful. Very well shaded, lots of trees, clean neighborhood with friendly people. Beach is a bit of a walk but it's worth it. There are also golf carts that will drive you there if you don't want to walk.
Negative:
*Lots of stairs, with no elevator access. Elderly people may have trouble with this as to even get to the main floor there are significant stairs. There is an elevator but it's not available for use (wich is made clear, so there was no expectation that it would be).
*The wifi code and router name given were incorrect. We were able to figure out which router was actually ours by seeing what the TVs were connected to and the password is on the router itself, but what we were emailed did not match this.
*We saw 3 roaches. Though I see that as a common complaint on many listings in the area.
*EXTRA*. Not a negative or anything to do with this specific property, but a general reminder. RESPECT THE OCEAN. My uncle wasn't cautious enough and ended up getting swept out by the current at Mitchelville beach. Luckily he floated to a sandbar and survived, but the police were involved and it was scary. RESPECT THE OEAN.

Let me start by saying the house is in a great party of Hilton Head! The beach was a quick golf cart away and it’s a beach that’s not packed. Aiden, and his mom, drove us on the cart. They were amazing people and really friendly!
There’s a little gas station, ran by Moses, who’s an amazing man! He’s had the place for over 40 years and we loved talking with him every chance we got.
Now, on to the house. Let me start by saying it’s a nice place. Everyone in our party had their own room, as well as bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet, by ordinance. No noise after 10PM due to the sea turtles nesting. So it was definitely peaceful.
My problems were this. For what we paid for a week, over $8K, we weren’t blown away. There was a chair and tables on our little balcony off the master bedroom. The wood table was delaminating from all of the moisture. It looked like someone took an indoor table and made it an outdoor table, like I did in college. The house next door had a more appropriate rot iron table on the balcony.
The next thing was the garage. You can park your cars in it but the doors don’t have working openers. You would have to open it and close it by hand.
There’s stuff in the garage to take to the beach. The stuff looked like it had seen better days.
The pool area was dirty. A leaf blower at the house wood be nice so that we could’ve cleaned out the pool/porch area.
Overall, not bad. But, for what we paid, it should’ve been a lot nicer.

The house was roomy and comfortable. Location was great for getting around in Hilton Head. I would definitely rent this one again if given the chance.

The house and area are beautiful but not handicap friendly.
We paid and were reimbursed for the elevator which was not working. We had 2 accidents (one to ER) at the pool, hard to see steps and no rail to enter. 3 toilets were not working but fixed quickly. The Mgr. was on the defensive about elevator and pool. We enjoyed our week but won't pay this much to go back again.

Disappointing stay
Overall the house was appropriate for our size group, location and distance to beach was great. The shuttle was an added bonus as well as the digital access for house and overflow parking. Elevator was great, however noted on the refrigerator was the fact that the elevator fee was waived for disabilities. It was not honored for our disabled veteran and we still had to pay for usage. However, the house had some issues. It needs a deep cleaning, carpet in family room smells when you sit on the floor, sofa is old and very used, mold in the shower on third floor as well as ceiling in bedroom on third floor. The backyard gate lock did not work and it opens to the street with easy access to pool and garage. We did not feel safe. To top it off, a frog met us when we checked in on the dining room table. A huge roach met us in the kitchen when we woke up Sunday morning. Called the owner and requested an exterminator and after second call, they came on Tuesday and exterminator killed another big one. We saw smaller ones throughout our stay.
We would not stay at this house again with the same conditions existing. We checked our luggage to make sure we did not take any unwelcome visitors home with us.

Family vacay 9 Corrine Ln
The house itself is lovely and a nice place for our annual HHI trip! When everyone arrived we had 17 total people (5 kids) and each family had their own bedroom/bath except the Jack and Jill on 3rd floor who shared! The house overall could stand a deep cleaning including living room furniture. Think everyone had a comfortable mattress, and the beds in the various bedrooms were great for families with kids! Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans…..all the things! Overall we would stay here again for sure! The pool was warm, so everyone loved it and the beach isn’t a horrible distance away!! We’ve been vacationing on HHI for about 20 years and it’s become such an incredible family tradition! We brought our 4 girls as children and now they’re bringing their families and we’re thrilled they still want to hang out with us❤️❤️

Relaxing beach vacation
Our group of three families (12 people) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was pretty, comfortable and the location was perfect for us. We truly enjoyed being right next door to the park. Our group enjoyed using the tennis courts most days and played basketball there too. The beach was easily accessible by bike or walking. We loaded the car to drop the cooler (thirsty group ;) and some other items off and We rented bikes and they were handy to have to get back and forth to the beach or to ride on the paths. The beach was beautiful and so clean! It was windy one day so we spent the afternoon by the pool. We had a maintenance issue (a breaker flipped) that was promptly addressed. We would definitely stay here again

Awesome house for a group
We had a great experience! The house was perfect for our group - everyone had their own space in their spacious bedrooms with great hangout areas for everyone. The small heated pool was perfect for the kids. The spring break weather wasn’t warm enough for much ocean swimming but the kids spent hours every day in the very warm pool (we paid to have it heated). The house is so close to shopping, restaurants, parks, soccer fields, basketball courts, putt-putt, and the beach. The beds were very comfortable and each room has a lovely overhead fan.

Great stay
We enjoyed our stay, the facility is beautiful in a great neighborhood, however I would suggest that the property manager should do a thorough inspection of light bulbs throughout the entire home, bulbs are blown out in several rooms, additional faucet in kitchen and bath

Family vacation
This was our first time in Hilton Head, and it didn’t disappoint. We usually vacation on Martha’s Vineyard every summer but we’re unable to get a rental, so we have always wanted to go to Hilton Head so it worked out. The house is beautiful, just as the pictures show, spacious enough for everyone to have their own space, 9 adults and 3 children. Location is perfect , walking distance to the beach or park. The golf cart service to the beach was definitely a good thing. The outdoor patio and pool area was great after a day a the beach. Coco’s on the beach is a definite must. . While we planned on eating in/ grilling most nights I would suggest making reservations prior to arrival as the times we did go out it was difficult to get reservations. We rented jet skis in Harbortown which was fun. All in all it was a very good vacation. We will definitely be going back

Annual Family Reunion
We pick a destination for our family to meet each summer that is somewhat in the middle for us to gather for a week and this was a great location for us
The shuttle service was the best!
My only wish was that the off street parking was a little bigger,as we all 3 Families had large vehicles.(overflow lot worked fine)
I would love to return in the future
overall 5 stars!

Family Vacation
We were delayed getting into the house due to cleaning not completed. House was very nice and as described. We were a little surprised at how small the pool is. The location was good with great trolley service to the beach. Overall, we would recommend this as a family vacation.

Great location
The house was good, clean, comfortable beds…….pull out couch was not tolerable for anyone, pool was clean and it was great that it was under cover for the little kids. Short walk to the beach and the shuttle is great if you have a lot to carry. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful, spacious house, beautifully furnished. It comfortably accommodated our family of 9 with plenty of room to spare. The house was cleaned and well-provisioned with towels and linens. The pictures accurately portray the home, though it shows some real wear and tear (e.g., ceiling stains, worn fixtures, furniture and appliances, etc.). Ready for a deep clean and some TLC, but we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Was surprised by the choice required between a $3,000 deposit or a $75 purchase of an insurance policy for our stay. Convenient to Singleton Beach, but we were there after Labor Day and the shuttle was no longer running. There was no parking at Singleton beach and access was down the long street without sidewalks and through a community with no trespassing signs everywhere. Easier to access Burkes Beach (the next beach over) by a 10-15 minute walk though the Chaplin Community Park. Directions took some figuring out.

Major Disappointment
The house is below average, I was very disappointed . When first arriving I was met at the door with a very old odor and a large cockroach on it's back struggling to turn over. There was no evidence that cleaning supplies were used at all. The rugs that were in all the rooms were disgusting (shoes and socks had to be worn the entire time). I'm not sure why the rugs are necessary. If the rugs are going to be there they should at least look clean. The dishes weren't clean to cook in. Only two of the bedrooms had remote controls, when I reached out to management about it (William), all I got was " Well we don't have replacement remotes". His attitude was oh well, not apologetic at all, I found this to be very unprofessional. When I'm renting a house, I would like to use all aspects of it. I feel that the lack of remote controls should have been disclosed. Also, the pool was gross, we did not use it, this was one of the main reasons we chose the house. Last but not least, I sent William (property manager) a message because one of my guest left something at the home, I have yet to receive a response. The only thing good about this house is that it is close to the beach, and there was a washer/dryer. I cannot recommend this property, and highly suggest that they hire a new cleaning crew and a exterminator. Giving this property 3 stars is being generous.

The property was exactly as presented online. The beach was walking distance from the property. There were plenty of rooms with comfortable beds for us to relax in. The balconies made for great conversations. I would definitely visit again.

House was ok. Only 10 min walk to the beach. Or call for the golf cart. That was nice. Wish checkout was later than 10am felt like it should be at least noon. Would of liked to have gone to the beach and pool one more time since we paid for the whole day anyway. Pool was definitely kid friendly.

The property was exactly how it was stated. It was beautiful. The furniture in the family room was a little worn and the cleanliness was not the best. However, overall it was a beautiful place to stay in a great location. Will definitely escape here again!

Great quiet location for good price
Singleton beach is a hidden treasure. Not crowded and affordable prices. Near a great and rarely used park with tennis, basketball, soccer fields. House was large and well stocked. Property manager was responsive. Pool area was only non 5 star part of the house. Pool itself was clean and nice but pool bathroom and basement area showed some wear and tear that needs attention.

Great place to stay
The rental property was just as shown in the pictures - very beautiful and spacious. Most bedrooms were clean and tidy and if we had a concern about cleaning or maintenance, the property manager was easily accessible and took care of our concerns. The pool and pool area did have sand in it when we arrived, but overall we very much enjoyed this property! The beach shuttle was very convenient and the beach was beautiful and not over crowded.

Great House
There were 7 of us celebrating our longtime friendship over the weekend. The house is spacious and comfortable, and mostly clean. It could use a little TLC -- light bulb replacement, some lamps didn't work at all, and the dining room table could be a little larger (seating for 8?) and it would be nice if there was more seating in the living area. It is very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Praise Retreat
We all had a wonderful weekend. The accommodations were exactly as stated. It was a total of 7 ladies on this retreat. We had a problem with the elevator sticking, but Tony came a fixed it immediately. The reason for the 4 stars on the cleanliness is not for the inside, it’s the outside, I think the outside need a deep cleaning/pressure washing. We also used the elevator and the elevator should be did have some minor issues at the beginning, but was fixed; however I think because the elevator is not used often, if it should be tested by management periodically.
Overall this is a lovely place and I will recommend this place to anyone seeking these accommodations.

Great House for a large family!!!
We loved this house so much for our family vacation. We had 14 people in the house and had plenty of room to move around and not be on top on each other. Our kids loved the pool and the patio area was so great for cooking out and spending time together.
The shuttle to the beach was perfect and they always arrived within a few minutes to pick us up. It was nice to have especially when you are lugging lots of stuff down to the beach. The brother and sister shuttle drivers had lots of information about the are and were very helpful.
We really enjoyed the kitchen and the stove was a godsend with as many people as we had to feed. There was every type of pan or spatula you could imagine.
The only issue was it was not oceanview which as it stated on the house description. That was a bummer but overall the house was perfect.
