About this apartment rental
Las Palomas is following Federal and local guidelines and recommendations relating to cleaning and disinfection procedures to ensure the safety and health of our guests. This includes lobbies, restaurants, common areas and individual units. Social distancing and protective equipment for the resort employee who interact with customers will be required, as well as cleaning and disinfecting protocols and cleaning the high traffic areas and surfaces of the public areas. The frequency of cleaning rental units during a guest stay may be altered based upon guest requirements.
Our condo is a premium unit, given size, proximity to beach, extra sleeping options with bunkroom, Phase 2 location and amenities. It also has 'STUNNING VIEW FROM A HUGE BALCONY DOWN THE LONG SANDY BEACH' of the Sea of Cortez?
OUR CONDO BOASTS THE LARGEST GREAT ROOM AND IS ONE OF THE MOST COMFORTABLE FLOOR PLANS AT LAS PALOMAS RESORT. It is a total of 2,000 sq'. (400 of it is the patio!) Both bedrooms provide King beds for your comfort! This condo has very easy access to the beach and to both Phase I and Phase II pool areas.
Four flat screen smart TV's with HD channels including HBO, Cinemax and ShowTime, plus ESPN, Fox Sports, PHX local channels (Fox, ABC, CBS and NBC), plus high speed internet. You can log into your movie services (ex. Netflix) if available in Mexico.
Sleeps six comfortably, with two King sized beds, two bunk beds and a couch that folds down to a single sleeping area. This condo has two master suites, each with king size beds; wall mounted smart flat screen TVs, and two luxurious travertine marble bathrooms. The bonus bunkroom even has its own flatscreen TV, plus air/heat, great fan, reading lights, and peg board to hang clothes. It is a small room without a window, but a great sleeping room. The kitchen has updated SS appliances.
One of the very closest condos to the beach. Fantastic views from the huge great room and MBR¸ and the view from the kitchen is all water. There is a laundry room in the unit with washer/dryer, detergent and a utility sink. Another special feature is the hammock on the balcony to swing your day away.
GOLFERS - For the golfer, The Las Palomas Golf Resort boasts an 18-hole championship Links golf course, golf range and practice area, right next to the resort on sandy beach. You can walk or drive over in minutes.

There is a safe to lock your valuables.
We also provide a “locked guest closet” for you, which contains many items that will make your stay fun and feel more like home, and this closet can also be used as a second option to lock up all of your valuables. While you are out playing in the sand and sun and the maids are in the condo cleaning you can l have complete peace of mind. You, and only you, will be in control of the key to this closet at all times.
With our unit you WILL receive PERSONAL ATTENTION and all the services which makes Las Palomas a AAA, 4 diamond award resort Including: Daily light maid service, pool towels, front desk assistance and check in, electronic door keys where you can use your phone, Hi speed wireless internet, ability to set up a charge account at check-in for restaurant & bar services (no need to carry cash), and maintenance assistance. You can rest assured the quality of our unit qualifies and surpasses Las Palomas' first rate standards! AND yes we are in the rental pool.
