This property will not disappoint! The view is amazing. The home is clean and comes with all the amenities you could possibly need. The host is always available to answer questions. It is hands down the most beautiful place to stay while visiting PEI. A++++++. We will be back!

There are simply not enough superlatives to accurately describe our stay in Souris! The setting, overlooking the Atlantic, was stunning. So enjoyed listening to the waves crashing to the shore on the very large deck. The 3-4 minute walk to the clean and sparkling beach was easy-even for a 2 year old!
And the home! Everything appeared to be relatively new and exceptionally well cared for. You could tell the owners took particular care in making sure everything you could possibly want was provided - even chairs for the beach! And Dr. Seuss books which our grandbabies read over and over and over.
All questions were answered, typically within the hour. Great communication with owners-certainly met and exceeded all our expectations. Wonderful setting for family gathering and the creation of lifelong memories. Thank you so much!!!!

A beautiful, well-cared for vacation home in an ideal setting overlooking the bay.
Everything we needed in terms of the kitchen, entertainment and suggestions of places to visit were available.
A memorable week we will not forget.

Amazing! This is probably our last time that our Dad can make it to PEI, with stage 4 cancer in the bones. My three sisters, my Dad, and one brother all made the trip. Our own cottage has many stairs, requiring us to rent and have one level living. Tracey’s cottage allowed us, 4 girls and our Dad, to comfortably stay all together. The dining area allowed us all to gather for meals with our brother who stayed in our cottage. Everything was well thought out, complete kitchen, spacious living areas, two bathrooms, a wrap around deck with amazing views of an unspoiled white sanded beach. Very quiet, peaceful, serene, and comfortable! It was perfect for our needs and a memorable and special gathering which we may never be able to experience again! Our deepest thanks for all your place offered our family.
All best,
The Sage Family

Simply Paradise
Our family had an amazing stay at Tracey’s cottage. The home is absolutely gorgeous, every detail thought of… it really did not feel like staying at a rental cottage but with friends at their home. Every day we ventured out to explore we always came back looking forward relaxing at home. We loved the location, we loved the setup of the cottage, beds were so comfortable and we had everything we needed.
We will miss sleeping with the window open and hearing the waves . Next time we go back to PEI we will for sure be looking to book with Tracey again.

Beautiful PEi with gorgeous views
A beautiful, immaculate private home with spectacular views of ocean, beach and red rocks. Host was very welcoming and communicative - we would definitely stay here again. The home was equipped with anything you need on vacation - bring your food and you are set. Thank you!! The weather was spectacular and we had an incredible experience in PEI. Exceptional!
The only comment for others to know - the beach is not accessible from the property. We accessed it from Red Rock Park.

Spectacular vista of Cove Beach
This cottage is perfectly located with a fantastic view of the coast and beach. It is very clean and comfortable with all the amenities for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed walking the long stretch of secluded beach in front of the property. The location is very quiet and peaceful and spotting the resident red fox one afternoon was a highlight.
It was a great home base to explore the Eastern part of the Island - Basin Head & Greenwich parks. Souris is less than 15 minute drive for groceries and we also enjoyed 21 Breakwater restaurant and the Lobster shack there. Red Neil’s food truck is 15 minutes away in North Lake and we enjoyed 3 wonderful meals from them. Our trips out to East Point Lighthouse and Point Prim lighthouse & restaurant was quite worthwhile . Interactions with owner Tracey and house keeper Virginia were always prompt and friendly .

Heaven on Earth
If you like waking up seeing and hearing the ocean, this is your place! Stunning location, pristine house which is fully equipped, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable beds. The owner was lovely, easy to work with and accommodating. PEI is a little slice of heaven. Really what made it so extra special was after touring the island to come back to this house and enjoy relaxing on the beautiful deck with the gorgeous view of the ocean. The private beach was pretty sweet as well. Do yourself a favor and remember location matters!! Enjoy

Pictures are exactly what you get
Beautiful comfy home with breathtaking views. A nice little enclave of oceanfront homes.,Whom also rent out to guests. Make sure to grab supplies in Charlottetown but town is a 7 min drive and you can get most things there. Totally enjoyed

Red Point Beach House
We have stayed in this area of PEI (Red Point) multiple times and this has been the best experience that we have had. The home was secluded at the beach front property with evergreen trees on one side, a privacy fence on the other, and a wonderful view through windows and glass doors looking down the beach line for a couple of miles. There was even a wide wrap-around wooden porch, too. We placed a high-back chair in front of the glass sliding doors for my elderly aunt to enjoy the view. Access to the beach was easy and we could walk for an hour each way down the beach to the Black Pond bird sanctuary inlet. The home had 3 separate bedrooms (king, queen, and 2x twin beds) with a full en suite bathroom with shower in one bedroom and a separate bathroom in the hallway. The floor plan was well laid out and very spacious - 15+ foot dining room with plenty of room at the dining room table, and a 30+ foot living room, all in an open concept format bungalow one floor. From the moment we first walked in we had the 'wow' factor of both the home, location, and view of the ocean and beach. Everything we needed for our stay was there including internet access, TV, cooking utensils, laundry facilities, etc. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to stay at such a wonderful home and location.

Tracy is always welcoming . We have been back twice to her cottage and have always enjoyed our time. The cottage is always clean and tidy when we arrive. It is our home away from home. Will continue coming back to Breakers Beach House
Thanks again Tracey

Perfect place for our family vacation
We are a family that has vacationed many times in PEI and we all agree that this was our favourite vacation rental. A white sandy beach that goes on and on - you can walk until your legs fall off! A beautiful bluff where you can sit and read and look out over the Northumberland Straight with a nice constant refreshing breeze. The cottage itself is situated on a large private property, lined with mature spruce trees and nice open spaces. We setup a croquet course and had nightly croquet matches. The cottage is open and filled with natural sunlight with good sized bedrooms. Simply fantastic and we recommend it without any hesitations. We rented it for 2 weeks and could have stayed for the rest of the summer.

Dream Family Vacation
My family drove to PEI from Toronto and as soon as we arrived to the Breakers Beach House we knew it was worth the drive. This stunning property has some of the most beautiful views you'll find in PEI. The beach appears to be never-ending and even when we visited in the middle of summer we didn't see more then 10-15 other people on the entire beach.
The house has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen comes fully equipped and if you don't want to cook inside the BBQ works beautifully and sits on a massive wrap around deck. Just cooking and hearing the sound of the ocean is something that will always stay with me.
The three bedrooms are comfortable but the master is terrific. You can see the ocean from bed and since it's a king size there is more than enough room to stretch out. The large living room was also a nice surprise. There were five adults and we never felt crammed in, everyone had a spot to read or play a game if the rain came in. There was also plenty of television to watch but we tried to avoid it when possible.
Getting to the beach is simple, since you're perched up high on the cliff you have to go for a quick walk to a shared staircase. On the beach just below the house we had a campfire one evening. The water was crystal clear and shallow. You can leave the water shoes at home, the bottom is soft if you stick to the section of the beach below the house.
We loved our trip and Tracey was a great host and available if we needed anything. We would definitely come back if we find ourselves in PEI again. Just seeing that incredible sunset from the edge of the property would be worth it.

It looked exactly like the profile shown in the VRBO ad.
Sept. 2017
From the moment we walked in the door of this property we felt right at home. It was immaculate, spacious and everything was first class. Plenty of matching towels and beach towels, lovely dishes and cutlery and lots of cooking hardware. Short walk to the beautiful white sandy beach. Would highly recommend this property to friends and family.

Perfect
Our stay at this property was everything we hoped for. The home was comfortable, tastefully decorated, full of light, and had a wonderful view of the ocean. We sat on the porch every morning and watched birds soaring overhead. We do hope to return some day.

Idyllic Family Getaway
Our family of six spent a week at the Breakers Beach House last summer and would dearly love to return. We arrived late at night, and could barely believe our eyes when morning revealed the idyllic location of this well-appointed home! An expansive deck leads to a private lawn above sandstone bluffs overlooking the very private Cove Beach. Seals bobbed in the water, much to the delight of our youngest, who set up a folding chair in the little patch of piney woods fringing the lawn to keep watch. In the evenings, a family of foxes tumbled in the grass. The house boasts beautiful views of the sea, as well as headlands and farm fields in the distance. A sandy beach with kid-friendly water is accessible via a short walk down a private lane and a steep set of steps (not a problem for our family, but something to consider for folks with mobility issues). We often had the beach entirely to ourselves, and our children loved climbing on the sandstone formations. The house itself is beautiful, bright, and more like a family home than a typical beach rental in its thoughtful decoration and amenities. A glitch with the wi-fi was quickly remedied, thanks to the attentive local property manager. The owner is very friendly and quick to return calls. Souris Beach, a short drive away, is a great spot for hunting sea glass and spotting bald eagles. The town is small, but has grocery and liquor stores, and several good places to eat. Several in our party enjoyed an afternoon of biking along the Confederation Trail from the Elmira Railway Museum, about 20 minutes from the house. We made several trips to Charlottetown (about an hour’s drive each way) where the shopping and dining options are more numerous and varied, but we were always happy to return to our quiet retreat away from the crowds. We would highly recommend the Breakers Beach House for anyone seeking a relaxed getaway in this beautiful and largely rural area of PEI!

Excellent place to stay
Hi. This was an excellent summer home. My family and I had a great time. Excellent views and amazing location. The house had everything we needed: satellite TV, two clean bathrooms, wifi, and a terrific kitchen. We would gladly rent here again next summer.

Fantastic Family Getaway
Our family had a great week at this clean, well-maintained beachfront cottage with great views of the ocean. Our children enjoyed the shallow water with great swimming in water which was warmer than we expected. I enjoyed nice long beach runs in the morning. Good proximity to beautiful Basin Head beach. We would love to return here!
