Excellent location and accommodations. Kitchen well equipped Hit tub spotless
Some windows without screens others without shades were our only concern

Beautiful space! Beautiful view! Accommodated our group well. Great location. It would have been helpful if all bedrooms and living room had screens . The refrigerator does not shut tightly. Dishware and pots/pans need replaced. We appreciated the pump soaps, toilet paper and paper towels that were supplied. We would stay here again.

This is our second time staying at this great property. We had a wonderful time. Communication with the property manager was fast and easy. The house was just as expected.

Was easy to ski out to a green slope from the property. We did not try the ski in but there is that option as well. The views from this property are amazing and the garage was a definite bonus since we had so much snow while we were there. Hot tub was also awesome. Kitchen was well stocked and also some condiments and spices available. Only recommendation would be to consider updating dryer and washer- both worked but are pretty worn.

This locations was great for the multi-generational visit that we had

Excellent property. Ski in and out through the woods is not an issue for any intermediate skier. Property views are stunning and the property itself is better in person than in pictures. There was a small issue with the circuit breaker tripping when the heated floor in the upstairs bathroom was being used, but it was such a small issue we didn't bother to mention it. I am sure that the owner will see this and correct the problem as they were excellent and flexible with us. Don't hesitate to book this property.

This property is awesome and the owners don’t do it justice with their listing. Very clean with all the amenities that you could possibly need. The unit is ski in ski out which we didn’t use but it gave us incredible views. The scenery around the property is stunning. We enjoyed our stay very much and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Great cabin for a group of friends. Ski out is easy, ski in a bit more challenging for snowboarders, especially in powder.
Hot tub is awesome

We had a great stay here! The beds were comfy and the layout was great for our group. The pictures online don't do justice to the great views and the amount of natural light you get. It's a townhouse, but it feels very much like a house off on its own. We didn't use the ski out run since the run it deposited you into was closed, but the shuttle was just across the street and a very easy drop off to Peak 9. The hot tub was easy access from the deck and perfect for 4, though you could probably fit 6. I've never stayed at a vrbo that stocked the kitchen and bathrooms so well - there was coffee, all kinds of condiments in the cabinets, and even pancake mix. The bathrooms all had shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Plenty of blankets and pillows as well. Would 100% stay here again.

Pics online didnt do this condo justice. Panoramic views, great location.

Very convenient townhome near the heart of Breckenridge. The Ski in / Ski out is very convenient and just in the backyard of the property. Would definitely go again as my group felt very comfortable staying at this place with enough room for everyone.

The house is beautiful inside and the views are AMAZING! Such a quiet, peaceful, perfect stay!

We had a great week in Breck and the house was one of the reasons. I truly believe the views from the house are some of the best in the area. House had everything we needed and more including a fox that came by every evening and a moose!

Condo was great. The view was amazing!!

We stayed here with another family so there were two infants and two 4 year olds. The place was very kid friendly and the room set up worked really well for us. We liked being able to step out the front door and go on an easy hiking trail with the kids. Far enough from town to be peaceful, but close enough drive to get into town. We would happily stay here again!

Best part of our stay was the views! Home was comfy and had all that we needed for our group. We enjoyed skiing out and playing in the snow just outside the condo. Short drive to town and to the base of the mountain. Would definitely return.

We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge at this property. It had everything we needed and was well appointed. Our children loved the hot tub. The ski out was very convenient although we did not try the ski in. We enjoyed being so close to town and other activities. Highly recommend sledding at Carter Park - it was nice to have sleds in the garage to use. I did have to follow up with the property manager to get the check in information, but we had everything we needed by the time we landed in Denver. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great place, amazing views! Host was extreme responsive. We had a terrific stay!

Had a wonderful experience staying at this condo. We were a group of 9 (four couples and a single friend) that were getting together for a long overdue reunion and wanted a place with a good location and ski-in/ski-out. This ticked all the boxes and then some.
First of all, not sure the pictures do the place justice. Every room was even nicer than expected; the living area & kitchen were perfect for socializing; each of the bedrooms were just about perfect; and the abundance of bathrooms was a huge plus. The bunk-bed/trundle room was a bit tight for three adults, but still totally doable.
Second, the location is absolutely amazing. Gorgeous views of the slope from the large windows, and the shuttle down the hill was insanely convenient (and such a quick ride). We were easily able to walk to town from the drop-off point, which we did several times during our stay. We even saw foxes on 3+ occasions right outside our window.
Finally, the ski-in/ski-out was great for our group of (mostly) intermediate and above skiers. Even a few of us that were near-beginners were able to ski down the black run (Cimarron, I believe) and navigate the narrow trail back to the house. The green markings on the trees are a bit dated and could use a refresher, but we were able to follow the red ones all the way home - though the pamphlet says to follow green. We did have one skier who was not comfortable getting back, but she was able to locate where we skied out and simply walked up the hill. She said it was still quite convenient.
Our only (minor) issue stemmed from the power going out to our top floor shared full-bathroom. We had to reset the breakers twice, and we at first could not find the breaker box. Reached out to the property manager (during business hours on a weekday) and could not get a response. Luckily we found it and we were able to resolve. However, we had a similar (again, minor) communication issue when checking in. I had to reach out twice to the property manager - both within the 24 hour window where we expected to have already received the info - to get check-in info before getting a response. Again, not a big deal in the grand scheme but it was just one area that wasn’t absolutely 5-stars.
All in all, we couldn’t beat this stay. Great place for a large group, and we’d absolutely stay here again. We’re already looking forward to getting together again next year!

The townhouse is very clean & comfortable for 4 couples. We enjoyed the ski in/ski out and the hot tub. Breckenridge did not disappoint! Thank you for the hospitality.

First let me say that the photos don’t do this place justice- every room is even nicer than it looks in the listing photos! We had a group of 8 (4 adults and kids 10-13 years old) and had more than enough space to stretch out after a day on the slopes. The couch is especially comfy, the kitchen is well equipped, and the hot tub was an awesome way to stargaze! Unfortunately, the green run that makes this home “ski in/ski out” was closed, but the more adventurous skiers were able to take a black run to get home. I would absolutely rent this home again next time I am in Breckenridge!

I’ll start with the only problem of the stay was the check in process. I was told I’d be contacted, but never was. I was able to text the property manager and get the proper info. The condo was exactly as advertised. Beautiful views of the mountains, nicely stocked and a fairly easy trail walk to town. A great property!

This property worked well for us, a family of 5 with 3 teens, all good skiers. It would have been a bit more difficult if we had been very inexperienced on skis. The property itself is great with amazing views! The bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas all provided exactly what we needed. My only real disappointment was the lack of kitchen towels but we made due with the single one provided. We also bought and donated a humidifier to the property. The air up there is DRY and the humidifier really helped our one who was struggling. They aren't that expensive and are a nice thing to have by each bed. Just a thought. We left you one so you are on your way! :). We really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to others with experienced skiers.

great property. amazing views.. the ski in ski out was quite daunting and needs to be explained more..

this was a family trip, so the 4 bedrooms was necessary. The property location was great, and the views are beautiful.
Ski out is very easy. the ski in was a little more challenging, but you could always take the shuttle back to the house.
Everything that you would need was included, from the hot tub, to a porta crib. We would definately go there again.

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. The views of the mountain are spectacular!! We skiied every day. Ski in/out is a bit of a challange, requires some poling or walking, but is very doable. General comments are:
The positive:
Appreciate plentiful amounts and high quality paper products
Plentiful and high quality towels/linens
Love heated floors in bathrooms
Great hot tub
Very well equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven
The not-so-positive:
Kitchen trash can entirely too small
Upstairs guest bedroom bed frame a major shin-wacker
More hangers needed in every closet (perhaps 3 per closet)
Could use placemats - quantity of 6 for dining table
Kitchen faucet - poor shutoff
More temporary food storage (“Tupperware”)

Very nice condo. Clean and well kept. Could use an update. It is an end unit which gives you an excellent views of Breckenridge Resort, from front and side windows, and patio and private hot tub with same beautiful views. Convenient drive or Uber to town. Owners and condo manager were very responsive to any questions I had.
Only negative I would say is that the ski in/out is difficult. Ski out is easier but deposits you to very flat area that required a lot of poling to get to base of quicksilver lift. The ski in was difficult because it is a long narrow path through woods that you then exit into a large field of at least two hundred yards. The last portion of the wooded trail is uphill a bit and the first day we had fresh powder across the field and no existing ski tracks to use to traverse to condo. The slope was not steep enough to gather any speed so it was a difficult traverse. The directions also need to be better. Ski in instructions said to follow "green arrows" on trees to find way back to condo. Following the path eventually the green arrows disappeared. You have to follow a sign, with arrow, that says "WC" (in blue) and then there are a series of red, blue and green dots on different trees. Following the WC sign and different color dots will get you back to condo however that was not in the instructions. For your first time through the trail you will definitely be too slow as you figure it out and that will result in a lot of uphill poling towards the end. Alternatively you can ski down a green run to the spot where you skied out and hike a bit back up to condo. if you are not acclimated, not in great shape, or just exhausted from a full day of skiing it will be tough although short walk. We are advanced skiers and after our first attempt and we became familiar we were able to ski the trail in much faster and it made the ski in a lot more tolerable. There is a shuttle from Quicksilver to the condo entrance as well. Used it once and it was good.
Overall a great place, wish the ski in/out was a little more convenient and less work but we all agreed that we would consider staying there again. I definitely recommend the condo to others.

Perfectly situated on mountainside - great hiking trails at your doorstep. Hike down to town or up to mountains. Comfortable living space.

Unit accommodated our party of 6 adults without a problem. It met our base needs but definitely needs an update. Several windows don't close properly and don't have screens and with no air conditioning you need to open the windows but you also need to close them at night due to bugs (someone else mentioned bats which I'm glad we never saw). One kitchen window was completely broken so we had to really work to get it almost closed. The back door refused to open from the inside so if you wanted to use it you had to go outside (homeowner later said you had to lift handle up but we had tried that and it didn't work). Some of the bedding had dubious stains so had to be washed before using and the kitchen chair pads were very stained. Property Manager was promised to send someone over but never did. Best to bring your own toiletries because there's not much available at the home.

Great location on the hill above Breckenridge, right next to the forest. The photos don't do justice to the living room - the photo makes it look a little dark but in fact there are big windows, lots of natural light, and really nice views. We saw moose in the backyard. A trail in the backyard connects in about 50 metres to the Burro trail so you can hike (or mountain bike) straight from the house. The hot tub was fun, but weather was a little warm for it. Good communication with hosts. The condo shares a wall with the next door condo but there was no noise at all. Well stocked kitchen. Great all around. Only (tiny) complaint is that the stairgate didn't fit the stairs.

This place satisfies all needs of our large group. Super simple check-in, excellent location, and very spacious. The lack of screens on all the windows was a problem. It was hot and we couldn’t have the windows open because of bugs and bats. Also many of the window cranks were broken. Overall great place and we had a great time in Breck.

Great place to stay for our family. Saw moose, bear, deer. Great views, nice outdoor space, easy access to trails. Had a wonderful time.

We had a simply wonderful week, great location, adjacent trail/ stream for hiking down to town. Inside furnishings comfortable and clean, kitchen fully stocked with cooking supplies. We enjoyed the hot tub after daily excursions. Thank you for the clear and smooth communication MaryKay, hope to see you again sometime!

No complaints, good location close to town and trails.

Property was very nice, the pictures don’t do it justice. Ski in/out wasn’t tough at all if you can ski decent. Tougher to get in if you’re on a snowboard.

Unit worked out great for our annual guys ski trip

Enjoyed our stay, nice townhouse.

Good time at this location. Had a couple questions and response time was good. My sister and I walked to main street one morning. It was a pretty easy walk. The ski in was not open so that was trouble for the men. Hot tub was great. Fireplace was perfect. Had a visit from a fox that added excitement. Can't wait to go back.
