About this house rental

This 3,700 square foot home sits on 2.78 acres with plenty of space for parking, boats, or RVs.

The home has a guest/ bunk house with a half bath that can accommodate 4 guests.
The main part of the home has a large eat-in kitchen with a large dining table for 10 and a huge wood burning fireplace.

This home features a large master bedroom with a king bed and a spacious master bath. There are also two additional bedrooms-- one with a king sized bed and a daybed and one with a queen sized bed. All bedrooms have been appointed with quality bedding for the perfect night s sleep.

The main living area features a reading nook, a roll-away bar, and plenty of seating for your gathering- complete with another wood burning fireplace for those chilly nights. There is also a wood-fired pizza kitchen adjacent to the living area that is available for your use.

This property features plenty of space for outdoor entertaining and includes an outdoor stage and dance floor, a large patio in the back featuring a two story wooden deck. There are fire pits in the front and back of the property as well as a large has or charcoal grill with a smoker/ oven.

The master bedroom, kitchen, dining and back decks feature lake views. There is not a dock or water access on the property, but the property sits next to Possum Hollow, which provides access to a boat ramp for no charge. There are also boat ramps available at Bass Hollow or Fox Hollow, but those properties provide access for a fee.

The property is located in the country so along with the deer, we sometimes get insects including mosquitoes. The property is routinely treated for pests, but wasp and mosquito spray is located under the sink should you need it.

If you are interested in this property for an event such as a wedding, family reunion, or a group getaway, the front patio can easily accommodate 75 people and the rear patio area can accommodate about 100 people. We do charge a venue fee of $500 for weddings.

The property is wheelchair accessible.

50% of the cost of your stay is due at booking with the remaining 50% being due 14 days prior to your arrival date. We do require a Security Deposit in the amount of $300, but Damage Protection coverage in lieu of a deposit is available to you at check out.

My family, my sisters family, and my brothers family all fit comfortably in this house. You CAN walk to the water if you want, but its literally right around the corner from a campground where you can acces the lake. The host was great, and the beds are comfy!

Each year, my two brothers and our families, along with our dad, get together for Thanksgiving. This place was perfect! Plenty of space inside and out, plenty of comfortable beds, large kitchen, and a great setting. Highly recommended!

We have stayed at this property for several years. It fits our family so well. Beds are great! Not too far from the water. Pretty well stocked with cooking pots, pans and utensils. We surely enjoyed the fire in the fire pit with new chairs.

The house was very beautiful. We especially loved the pizza oven and the fire pit with wood prepped. It was very close to the dock so we could load in our boat. Not many troubles with anything in the house besides a couple of cosmetic things. The kitchen was very well prepared for our families. The only suggestion I could have is the blender and coffee maker need to be replaced. Otherwise a beautiful home that my fiancee and I have discussed having our wedding here.

We were a large family group in town for a wedding down the road and this was a fantastic property for our stay. We loved cooking in the kitchen, everything in the home was very clean and well organized. Completely fell in love with the fireplace, spaciousness and beds. We had so much space, plenty of beds and an all around wonderful weekend. Would love to return and spend more time to enjoy the beautiful property, deck and pizza oven.

Overall we were very satisfied with the property. It was very accommodating for the 10 of us. The property lived up to our expectations. The property manager was ver responsive and helpful with any items we needed from the property. We will definitely consider staying there again for our next getaway.

House was in perfect location, not right on the water, but the lake was walking distance. Kitchen was very well stocked with the necessary cooking utensils. The families came together for supper time, and the outdoor spaces aloud plenty of room for the kids to play, and room for the adults to visit. Would definitely use this house again.

Perfect place for a family get-together! The bedrooms spacious with 3 up to date bathrooms (with large gatherings that's important)! The center island in the kitchen was ideal for buffet style serving. Outside was ideal for the kids to play while the adults enjoyed visiting. The hammocks were a popular by all!! The host were very accommodating. Highly recommend this place!!!

My husband was in a fishing tournament both Saturday and Sunday, so we decided to make a family getaway out of it! The property was perfect! It was spacious so each family could have their own area, but a large common room so we could all come together and visit. It’s within walking distance of the lake. There was plenty of room for three trucks with boats to park! We really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!

Horrible !! The owner was made aware , we were unable to find other lodging as there was a bass tournament at the lake ! We drove over 4 hours one way to find a property they was unkept and ran down with filth everywhere, I have pictures and video footage proof and the owner doesn’t want to make it right !! Electrical issues with exposed wires etc …. And so much more

We utilized the property for overflow members of our family as we have a house very near by for the reunion headquarters. The family members who stayed at the house was very pleasantly surprised! It gave the elderly a place to rest throughout the day, they played games at night, and slept very well. It was a ton better than having to drive to a hotel in graham every evening. Beds were comfy! We’ve already reserved for next year!

This place exceeded our expectations!!! We had our Christmas here on New Year's since we live spread out. This home easily accommodated us all. The views were amazing of the lake. The bunkhouse was awesome also! There is a pizza oven as well! The host is extremely responsive and also acted as a great guide. It snowed while we were there!!! The firework show was one of the best by far!!! The beds are extremely comfortable also!!! Be sure to check out the restaurant next door Possum Hollow Camp, they will not disappoint!!! Our family made memories that will last a lifetime!!! If you need a great getaway with a lot of room and an excellent host, this is it!!!

Spacious home with an added bonus of the bunk house. Not right on the lake but easy access to the lake. Owners responded immediately when I had an inquiry. The weather was really nice so we enjoyed the deck. Kitchen was so well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and dishes which was great since we cooked Thanksgiving dinner here. There were a total of eight of us and we had plenty of room to spread out. We would stay here again.

We were in the area for a wedding , Family stayed here. We enjoyed the house and surroundings very much , just wished we had longer to stay to spend time around the house. We will definitely stay again if we have the occasion to stay in this area with all the family. We have plenty of room and beds , in fact we didnt use 3 of the twin beds.

We booked this house for a family lake trip and couldn’t be happier with it! We had a group of 11 and there was more than enough room to accommodate sleeping, sitting areas, and room to spread out! We took our boat and rented a slip at possum hollow, easily walking distance but also easy to drive to for the day! The house was stocked with everything we needed to accommodate our trip aside from groceries! We will certainly rent this home again!

Beautiful sites and views. Very nice setup. Had serval games we could enjoy with the kids. Plenty of room for adult time along with not having to worry about the kids or pets. Bad yard is fenced so they could play freely. Hammocks hanging to relax outside. Fire pits for your use along with grill and pizza oven. Walking distance to the water! Free boat launch ( you can even rent a slot for your boat the the store/ restaurant/ bait shop and gift shop) Absolutely loved it. Communication with owners was great and helpful!! Definitely will be returning!!
