Breezy Beach is a Tropical open air bungalow directly on the beautiful blue waters of Carribean. Wake up to the breath-taking sunrises and walk through the palm trees, and past our "palm cove hammock" (see PIC) of your front yard directly onto the sandy beach . Breezy Beach is located in a very peaceful area of Grapetree Bay on the quiet East-End of St. Croix. A beach lovers' dream come true! Enjoy the sun on the sandy shore , snorkel in the reef protected beach , refresh yourself in your private fresh water pool or lounge gracefully in the cooling shade of the veranda.
The Breezy Beach villa was architect designed for flow thru OPEN AIR (natural/ocean breeze) screened ventilation to take advantage of the near constant sea breezes coming directly from the ocean (100 feet away). This coupled with multiple ceiling fans through out all rooms of the villa (additionally both bedrooms have multiple screened loovered large windows on 3 walls AND medium size /variable speed oscillating pedestal fans for those who desire additional breezes). All these combine to provide a very pleasant and comfortable open/natural air tropical living experience year around without the need for ac.
Ideal for for families or 2 couples, the two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house each with its own adjacent private bath.
The constant ocean breezes provide a pleasant and relaxing open air indoor/outdoor living exerience in all parts of the house. The brillantly clear star lit evenings seen from the poolside hammock are absolutely amazing. Carribean relaxation at its best.

Near perfect weather, averages are mid-70's --to low 80's (Nov-April) and low to high 80's (May-October) and ALWAYS BREEZY from the trade winds (right on the ocean), so pleasant and predictable.
Fine dining (casual) and Casino just 5-10 minutes away. Island shops of all varieties, shoppers paradise,sea-sports,entertainment,museums, pubs and lounges 15-20 minutes away in Christiansted. In addition to the sandy beach in your front yard don't miss the world renoun Nature Conservancy Protected Beaches, at Jacks and Issacs Bays a short walk from Breezy Beach Bungalow. Pristean, private,absolutely beautiful and zero development on these two Carribean Beaches.
Experience the Jungle-like canopy of the St. Croix Rain Forest on the West End Mountains, a 45 minute drive to Fredricksted. While in Fredricksted pleasure your pallet in some of the finest Cafe's on the island, watch for the famous 'green-flash' sunsets while relaxing to Island music/jazz etc at one of the several beach restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay this past week. Family of four stayed for 10 days. The hammock was great, the beach right out the back door. Other than a few fisherman on the weekends, we had the entire beach to ourselves pretty much the entire week.
We loved the east side of the island, the house was in good condition and the host, Pamela, extremely responsive. The beach house is a pure beach house with open windows (with screens on them), the internet works and the electricity was good most of the time. Went out for a day island wide, no problem. No AC, beach breeze. It was hot on days, but we went during the peak summer, we didn't care. It was exactly what we were looking for and there is always a place to cool off with the breeze.
Our entire family had a wonderful time, felt safe and found the islanders to be very welcoming and friendly. Food is extremely expensive in general, but the restaurants produce great meals and there are lots of places to try out.
Overall, highly recommended trip. If you scuba, snorkel, boat, hike, and are pretty active, it's one of the best. We really enjoyed the ocean biolumen kayak tour as well, thought it delivered especially if you have kids.

If I had a beach house, it would be just like this one - perfect accommodations, right on the beach, lovely pool, proximity to dining - there's really nothing it's lacking. The house manager is kind and helpful and quick to respond. The owner is very easy to work with. My family enjoyed a few days out scuba diving and boating, but really, everyone was happy to stay at the house exploring the hiking trails, reading, walking the beach, playing cards on the porch or swinging in the hammocks. Relaxation at its finest. We hope to be back soon.

As soon as we walked in the front door myself and my family were taken back by the beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The vast majority of our time on property was enjoying the open-air veranda, sunbathing by the pool and enjoying the sandy beach with snorkeling and swimming in the ocean. The constant breeze made sleeping at night great with the sounds of the ocean waves lulling you to sleep. Pamela the property manager met us at the airport and had us follow her to the house, which was very helpful being a first timer to the island. Pamela was very attentive and helpful; I really can't say enough as to how she made my family's vacation enjoyable and a memory forever. We will definitely be coming back for another stay.

It was my family’s first time in USVI and it was truly a paradise. The location was secluded and quiet and being beachfront and having a pool was a bonus. The house had everything we needed for our stay. We ventured out most days to explore the island but spent evenings kicking back here. Grapetree Resort is within walking distance and has great dining options. Pam was super helpful and responsive! My family is already asking when we can go back!

The breezy beach house is in a private location with a beautiful view of Grapetree Bay. It is well named as the breeze is constant and relaxing. The coconut trees between the beach and house provide lots of shade and hammock time. Plenty of space in the common living room and veranda.

This home provided everything required for a most memorable vacation. The views are stunning. The location is convenient to all activities/sights on the island. The home is very well-equipped from beach accessories to kitchen appliances. The owner is so responsive and ensures your stay is perfect. An overall 10 in our opinion!

Just what we needed
This villa was secluded JUST like we wanted. Walk onto your own beach or drive 4min to Grapetree restaurant. Towns close by with many yummy restaurants. Things we found in the home that we weren’t expecting-small cooler, laundry soap and snorkel equipment! Our end of June stay offered great weather.

Perfect beach getaway
This property is beautiful and located on a quiet road very secluded and private. We loved the pool, the large deck, great views of the water and never ending sound of the waves hitting the beach! Would recommend this beach house to anyone wanting a private beach getaway with all the amenities and complete privacy.

Grape Tree Bay
Breezy Beach was indeed breezy! The high ceilings and exposed wood beams make this place architecturally pleasing. The Breezy Beach book really helped with all the quirks around the house.
Wi-FI worked when power was on. The cistern restart thing was an additional thing but happened just a few times. We lost power a few times.
Everything works but the fridge could be updated as well as the dishwasher. Towels were adequate for the beach and home.
The pool is lovely and was serviced during our time there. The house manager was generally responsive about information and the house.
The access to the beach, the hammocks, walks to "pelican" rock and seeing the turtle tracks made this vacation magical. We will hopefully return again.

Perfect Location
The best thing this place has to offer is the amazing view! This property is located at a perfect spot! Beach just steps away, amazing lanai, & awesome pool! Pamela is a wonderful person who met us at the airport & guided us to the house, allowing us to stop for groceries. She even gave us some bags to use so we wouldn't have to pay for them. Very sweet lady. The house itself, however, really needs to be cleaned & repaired. All of the dishes needed to be washed before using them, so many cobwebs, a wad of hair wrapped up on a hairdryer in a drawer in the bathroom, cabinets have grease stuck on them & probably years worth of bugs stuck in the window screens. Light fixtures need replacing & exterior doors are seriously falling apart as well as the living room furniture. The listing reports the house does not have A/C but keeps fairly cool with windows open. This stands to be true BUT there is no screens for the sliding doors that open up the living room. So in order to get air into the house, you have to get eaten up by a million mosquitoes since there are no screens to keep them out. That being said, the price is lower than a lot of other places so maybe this is why. We were not happy about these things but we decided to make the best of it & we did. We had such a peaceful, relaxing, & wonderful time.

If your looking for a great place to relax with the most beautiful and ideallic surroundings then this is the place for you! The house was furnished with everything you may need. Laying in bed listening to the waves every night, and the sea breezes blowing through the house was an amazing experience. Fairly remote so definitely need your own transport.

stunning setting
My husband and I, along with another couple, spent 10 days at Breezy Beach. The layout of the home is perfect and private as the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the home. The living area is expansive, with a wall sliding glass doors that open up to a stunning view of the large covered porch, pool and the ocean. All needed ammenities were there: towels, wifi, snorkle equipment, and full kitchen.
The home is a bit dated and there is no air conditioning but the ceiling fans provide an adequate breeze in the evening. There may have been more beech area in the past but perhaps after storms, there is just a small beach area in front of the house. Also, you cannot swim in front of the house as the surf is rough and there are some big rocks. Further down the beach is an area that you can enter the water a little easier. We were hoping for snorkling in front of house, as someone had indicated in one of the reviews, but this was impossible secondary to the surf.
All and all, Breezy beach was lovely, and we enjoyed our stay there.

If your looking for a great place to relax with the most beautiful and ideallic surroundings then this is the place for you! The house was furnished with everything you may need. Laying in bed listening to the waves every night, and the sea breezes blowing through the house was an amazing experience. Fairly remote so definitely need your own transport.

Perfect relaxation
After a bit of a glitch regarding our arrival date, our stay at Breezy Beaches was all we had hoped for. Pam , the property manager, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We were met at the airport with smiles and a warm welcome. She helped us when we arrived at the house to find it not quite ready for our stay. She took the time to show us the turtle nests and ensured we were settling in. The owner, Lee ,contacted us the following day and made sure we had what we needed. His apology for the house not ready for our arrival was very sincere and went above and beyond to make up for it.
The area is beautiful and our favorite activity was to hike to the amazing ,undisturbed natural beaches just a short distance away. Following closely for favorite activity would be the hammock time- even more beautiful than the pictures.
We will definitely make a return trip !

Delightful setting
Breezy Beach is a wonderful spot to just relax and enjoy the gorgeous setting - the beach, the palm trees, the pool, the shaded terraces. The fact that the beach is a favorite turtle nesting spot just added to the interest. The house is spacious and airy in a very quiet neighborhood. Pam McFadden, the property manager is very responsive - she met us at the airport and promptly resolved some minor issues we had.

I’d stay here again!
This house is a great place to spend a week on the island. There are restaurants close by and several different beaches. We found out the hard way that you should wear shoes out to the beach to avoid the sharp burrs in the grass, but we only made that mistake once.
Pam helped us get settled and was available if we needed her. The house had everything we needed (family of four). I’d stay there again, no question.

Perfect visit to St. Croix!
Breezy Beach was a perfect home for us during our visit to St. Croix. It was our fourth time visiting the island and this is by far our favorite spot we have stayed. My husband and I and our two kids (age 10 and 16) stayed there for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the house. The location was perfect, the beach was wonderful and we had so much fun in the ocean we didn't even get much of a chance to enjoy the beautiful pool at the house. We took walks every morning and evening and there was little to no vehicle traffic on any of the neighborhood roads. We met some of the neighborhood locals at the beach and it was fun to chat with them about their time on the island too :)
The doors and louvered windows opened up on all sides and we enjoyed the beautiful sea breezes and listening to the ocean waves. The beds were very comfortable everything was provided to make our stay very comfortable. Pam the manager was very thorough with all the instructions and amenities for the house and we appreciated her help getting settled in. We would definitely stay at the home again, as we were leaving the house, our kids said goodbye Breezy Beach! We were all a little sad to leave but we will be back again! Thanks for the perfect week!

Rustic Beachside
Breezy Beach gives you the perfect rustic beachside experience that let’s you really get a feel for the island vibe. There are neighbors but it feels secluded and it’s in a quiet neighborhood. The home itself is a bit sea worn and some upgrades in the kitchen and furniture would be beneficial but everything worked well and we had everything we needed. There is no A/C but with the constant sea breeze you can easily control the interior climate. We even had to use a blanket at night. The island itself is recovering well from the hurricanes so it was well worth the trip. Thanks.

Paradise found!!!!!
This was our 2nd trip back to the island and Breezy Beach. The house and location are absolutely perfect, the house is well kept, and the management staff is friendly and helpful ( thanks Pam). We have traveled all over the island and can not find a prettier view then from the back porch of Breezy Beach. On this trip we brought our daughter, son in-law and granddaughter (toddler) . Everyone had plenty of room. We snorkeled (down the beach to the right about 50 yards is the best place), went beach combing every day, and even at night. All in all this was the best family trip we have ever had. Owners Lee and Murrie are the best , they worked with us around schedules
and re-booking. We were originally scheduled last fall when the hurricanes hit the island. We will re-book Breezy Beach for our next trip.

Absolute peace and relaxation
We are grateful that you opened your home to us. Such a wonderful and relaxing place. We were greeted at the airport and were led to grocery store then to the main house so that we didn't have to search for anything. We have been on several vacations but this home was the most relaxing place we have ever stayed. We lost power one night due to one severe storm but everything was all set up for an emergency so the hour without power we still had lights because there were lanterns in each room ready for such a situation. I cannot think of one minute while we were there that we didn't feel like we were in heaven. We highly recommend this home for anyone's home away 🌴❤️

wonderful location and views

Ahh at last... Paradise!!
What can I say, our 2nd trip to St Croix and we absolutely loved "Breezy Beach"!! As a matter of fact, it is so beautiful that we almost wanted to keep it a secret so no one else would find out about it!! A great clean house right on the water with a great pool and views to kill for in a super location in the East end.. By all means, do yourself a favor and put this place high on your list, as you won't regret it... Ocean sounds
We’re in the process of finalizing plans to return for a third time, so I think that probably says it all. The pictures and description of this beach home are accurate and you won’t be disappointed.
The constant sounds of the ocean and beach breezes are positively mesmerizing. It felt like we just spent two weeks living outdoors, but with all of our “creature comforts” (kitchen, TV, internet). This private and roomy home is located right on the beach, just as described and shown in the pictures. Although there are numerous good restaurants within easy driving distance, we found ourselves eating in more and more simply because the view from the dining table on the veranda simply can’t be matched anywhere. Christiansted is about a 20-minute drive away; the grocery store 15 minutes; there are plenty of restaurants even closer.
The owners and rental manager are committed to ensuring you have a great stay and are very responsive if you have any questions or issues. There are two very large bedrooms at either end of the house, each with its own bathroom, ensuring plenty of privacy and space. There’s a third bathroom off the kitchen. In between is an open kitchen/dining/family room space that opens directly out onto the veranda via a wall of sliding glass doors. The pool is beautiful and well-maintained.
