The Wyndham Grand Desert Resort (Wyndham Timeshare Resort) is located just one and a half blocks from the Las Vegas Strip and is located just down the street from the Planet Hollywood Resort. This stunning property is located within walking distance from some of the world’s finest dining, shopping, live entertainment, nightlife, and gaming. Amenities at the resort include, a fitness center, game room, business center, on-site deli, hot tub, and three pools with one being an adult only pool.

The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has 2 double size beds along with a second full size bathroom. Each of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The condo has a nice size living room with a queen size sofa sleeper.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The remaining guests will be added at check in with the resort front desk. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The person responsible for checking into the condo with the resort front desk is required to be 21 or over with valid ID. The resort front desk requires a refundable $250.00 credit card hold at check in.

Check in was easy and 2 hrs early. We really enjoyed this resort, with 3 heated pools including one at tower 1, and hot tubs. Lots of fun activities like free margaritas and wine happy hours. The the room had everything to cook with that we needed, and the beds were really comfortable. There was free parking and a free shuttle to drives us back and forth to the strip every half an hour, and we could walk to the strip and the Sphere easily too. Owner answered all our questions fast and called a few days before our trip just to make sure we had the info we needed for an easy check in. It was a perfect stay.Thank you

We had a great time at this resort. It was not crowded and because I was married on a girl's trip they gave us our wristbands with no sales pitches. The pools are lovely and the cafe on site had good food. Quiet and off the strip we would stay here again!

We were there for a soccer tournament so, didn't have a lot of time at the room but, it had a well stocked kitchen, it was clean, the pillows and bed were comfortable. The view was awesome. We watched the Sphere for a long time. We didn't get to use any of the outside amenities.

I would not recommend this place. I had to be assigned and relocated 3 times before I finally experienced some peace and quiet. Long story short, there were construction and mechanical issues -- the kind that creates noise that penetrates the walls, pieces ears, and vibrates walls. I contacted the host about halfway through my stay to report the issues and I hope he, the hotel, the owner and VRBO will agree to work out something by way of a credit because if I was notified by the listing of the construction, I would have not booked there. Had I been notified by the host/owner/hotel before the cancellation deadline, I would have canceled. I was stuck at the Wyndham Grand Desert and all their disruptive construction and mechanical issues and disturbances and broken appliances with no other options.

We came to Las Vegas for a niece's wedding, and we stayed in this condo for 4 nights. EVERYTHING was perfect! This condo has everything you can ask for, and we especially appreciated the full kitchen, so that we could cook some meals, to help alleviate some of the high meal prices in Las Vegas. The pools were fun, and the location was very close to the strip! Also, I can't say enough about the super friendly staff at the Wyndham Resort. Everyone was so kind and so helpful! Special shout-outs to Lola, Abigail and Frieda for their super professionalism and hospitality! THANK YOU to everyone for making this such a memorable weekend!

This place was much more spacious than I realized and was a great place to spend my time in Vegas with my friends! It had all the amenities necessary for me to have a great trip and is in a very nice location. The property has a pool and mini gym which was nice when I wanted to get a little workout in and enjoy the sun. Overall, had a great time and was a very relaxing place to stay! Definitely would recommend and stay again for my next trip to Vegas.

The two bedroom two bath and kitchen suited our needs perfectly. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Pools are nice but crowded so get there early. Not exactly walking distance to the strip especially if it’s hot but there is a shuttle to Paris.. We would stay here again.

Did the Draft here for 3 nights. You can just walk to everything if you want a little workout, or you can wait for the shuttle, or you can get an Uber for $10 to get to Planet Hollywood. Pools were nice. Room was clean and roomy. Will stay again.

Michael was easy to work with (we even had a few phone conversations during COVID to get the details ironed out). Great location--could walk to strip or take shuttle to LINQ. Great layout and amenities. Fully stocked kitchen (including dish soap, sponge, one morning's worth of coffee). Washer and dryer in the bedroom and 2 loads of detergent provided. Parking was plentiful. They tried to rope my husband into a 'timeshare talk' during check-in. I warned my husband of this but they used phrases such as 'guests of the owners' that confused my husband and kept him standing in there for 20 minutes. The suite was a bit dated (tile, cabinets) but it was clean and the soft furnishings (couch, lamps, drapes) were modern and high quality. However, the primary suite did NOT function for us. Basically there is NO door or wall between the bedroom and bathroom. WHAT?! From the bedroom you can see everything that goes on in the bathroom (save the WC). Full glass shower. Zero privacy. Turn on the light in the bathroom in the middle of the night = the entire bedroom flooded with light and sound. To make matters worse we traveled with our teen kids and brought toiletries to share (TSA makes this the easiest option) i.e. 1 bottle of shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste so when one of us was showering the entire master suite was off limits (meaning we were always late getting ready). The hall bathroom was handicap accessible and the pocket door didn't close perfectly which meant no one wanted to shower in there either.

Shuttle to Paris hotel, was very close to Thomas and Mac center. Pools and hot tubs were amazing, large room. We cooked breakfast every morning and had a large dining room table to play cards at. great price point for all the amenities!

This stay exceeded our expectations. We had a spacious room, with everything you needed to take care of a family holiday situation. The kitchen was great to have and the 2 baths are a nice feature too. Matt and Michael were great to deal with prior to the trip and they always answered in very short order. I would 100% stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. Everything feels and looks brand new. This had a hotel feel, with the size of a condo. If I had any complaints, it would be the WiFi. WiFi connections were slow and limited to 4 devices unless you pay extra. I am still comfortable giving this place 5 stars. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

We stayed at The Westgate the week after staying at Wyndham Grand Desert and we’re not happy at all! 1179 has it all!!! LR, Kitchen complete with all tools, a Microwave and to top it off a Jacuzzi in the MB. Thank you Matt, it’s a perfect rental!
