I have stayed at Resort World 4 times and find it is good value.

Breakfast was good service was poor.

First day they missed making up my room.

Wouldn’t pay Conrad fees based on cleanliness and comfort of bed.

The resort itself, great restaurants and suite had a very spacious living area with wonderful view

The room was never cleaned in 4 day stay, we even made a special appointment for cleaning but it didn’t happen. Was able to get towels from maid in hallway but trash never emptied, coffee spills from previous guests not cleaned. Toilet dirty and never cleaned in 4 days. Mattress was the most uncomfortable one we ever tried to sleep on. This was not up to Hilton standards in any way.

Gewollt, aber nicht gekonnt… Das upgegradete Zimmer war sehr schön, Service und Sauberkeit im Außenbereich sind niemals

Die Architektur, neuen Zimmer, deren Zuschnitt und der Stripview. Uns wurde ein kostengünstiges Zimmer-Upgrade angeboten - wir hatten in der 53. Etage einen tollen Blick und eine schöne Ausstattung.

Müll im Poolbereich; fehlende Umsicht des Personals. Im Außenbereich werden Getränke in Plastikbechern und Dosen angeboten. Diese werden dann nach (teilweiser) Leerung vom Wind zwischen die Liegen und in den Pool geweht. Darum kümmert sich kaum jemand, obwohl ausreichend Personal vor Ort ist. Beim Zimmerupgrade wurde 2x Bettwäsche für unsere 4-köpfige Familie vergessen. Abends nach Rückkehr vom Strip war niemand über das Hoteltelefon erreichbar, direkt an der Rezeption wurde uns Abhilfe über Housekeeping zugesichert, nachdem eine weitere Stunde ohne Lieferung der Bettwäsche vergangen war, haben zwei Familienmitglieder in Kleidung und zugedeckt mit einem Handtuch geschlafen. Besorgung des fehlenden Bettzeugs erst am nächsten Tag durch eigene Initiative. Die bereitgelegte Bettwäsche wurde vom im Zimmer tätigen Service nicht einmal bettfertig gemacht, auch das haben wir als Gäste selbst erledigt. 5 Sterne? Keinesfalls gerechtfertigt!

Other than the unexpected 1200 accidental fee. I really enjoyed my stay.

The property was simply beautiful. I would most definitely stay there again and would recommend to others

They charge an accidental fee of $600 per room. I had two rooms. I wasn’t informed of those fees until I was checking in. I feel like for that much you should be notified when booking your room. However, when I left the 1200 dollar was back on my credit card before I left the airport.

I’m won’t be coming back, I’m not going

After paying $400 a night plus $50 a day for the worthless resort fee! I was shocked to be charged $18 per day for parking!!!!

Classic hotel luxury in Las Vegas

Rooms were large and well decorated. Bathroom very luxurious. The hotel and adjoining casino and shopping areas are very tasteful.

Odd layout for pool access and the pool area felt a bit neglected and not planned very well for so many people.

Fun but overall price was not worth it .

Very convenient where it was located. It’s clean and nice but our room stuck bad when we entered. I called front desk and asked for another room and they said they didn’t have any. So they offered to send housekeeping up to put some spray in the room to make it smell better but they never showed up. We also upgraded to a suite and the air conditioning didn’t work good . It was hot in the room. For the price we paid I thought it was bad. We stated there last year and it was awesome. This year was not good . I will probably stay somewhere else next time.

Loved our stay and would return.

I loved the location, away from the craziness of center strip, with no street hassle. Walkable to Wynn/Encore, Palazzo/Venetian, Sphere and Fontainebleau; a few good local eateries nearby - three good taco places right across the strip, Peppermill restaurant and lounge and Bagelmania were fantastic. Walked once from the south end of Bellagio (fountains) to the Resorts World in 40mins. Deuce bus stop nearby and handy for Downtown. The room was very fresh and like new - no scuff marks anywhere, furniture, bathroom were in excellent condition. The room was very spacious, very comfortable and had a nice view towards Circus Circus, Fontainebleau and Downtown LV from 20F. The room was cleaned daily. Check-in and check-out were super efficient. We arrived early, around 11am, and could go straight to the room. I was slightly apprehensive before our stay but am so happy that I went with RW/Conrad. I'd definitely stay there again.

Lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room, but this is typical of many strip hotels. The pool area, although nicely designed, was very busy and cramped, umbrellas come only with paid beds, otherwise no shade except from the building. The pool is quite narrow and shallow. No benefits are offered when you sign up for a player's card in the casino and the staff at the rewards desk were unfriendly. A short walk away, the Fontainebleau casino was much better in these respects. Dining in the hotel eateries was very expensive.

Just average. But clean room

Clean room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Housekeeping personnel were friendly and helpful. Plenty of food options on the casino floor however menus are limited. Nice clean casino. Well-presented and looked-after ground floor. Parking is free, sign up for a rewards card at the Casino.

The hotel doesn't have kettles. Reception service wasn't friendly, nor did they take accountability for a housekeeping request. Pool areas close at 6pm. The amenities and size of the room listed on this website were fundamentally incorrect. Neither Resort world and Booking com gave two hoots - both say to contact the other.

Great location, great staff, nice rooms but nothing truly amazing.

Convenience of multiple restaurants and multiple pools. The fitness center is one of the best I’ve seen at a hotel

No coffee maker in our room. They closed the pool halfway through the day due to wind when the worst of the wind had already passed.

Big Disappointment

The check in experience were so bad and the staf is not welcoming ( his name is Chris ) No one cleaned my room the first night and I called the room service and I asked for it, she said she will send me someone. Later on when I came back to the room after 10 hours still not cleaned and I called them and asked to be called by the super visor again and he didnt call. Last bad experience I asked the receptionist to extend my booking for one day and he gave me the rate. I asked him to lock it till I ask my friend and get back to him and he confirms the price lock and when we came back in hours to confirm they said the rate is changed !!! My first and last time in Conrad

one of the newest resort and it might be the best one

The room was huge and elegant, it has a view of the strip but it was a bit far. It is at the end of the strip so it's pretty quiet, which we liked a lot. we were upgraded to Crockford as well, amazing. The TV was huge, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. they did put in the charge for a mini bar item we touched but not over 30 seconds and they did refunded us after confirming that.

If I remember it correctly, the gym closed a bit early It seems the commercial floors of the resort is still developing, looking forward to it.

Zimmer Service war nicht sehr aufmerksam, Duschgel und Seife waren von Anfang a leer und wurden nicht aufgefüllt. Das gesamte Resort ist noch sehr neu und viele Geschäfte sind noch nicht eröffnet, es ist allgemein recht wenig los dort. Die Lage ist etwas ab vom Schuss. Ich würde beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Vegas eher ins Wynn gehen.

Amazing hotel I can’t wait to return and enjoy some more of the Resorts world LV experience

Property was amazing super clean and staff was friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the many different varieties of food and activities on site

Although staff was friendly it did take almost 17 minutes to receive a simple drink from lobby bar. As a former waiter I understood the situation and didn’t mind but I did notice the other patrons we’re getting upset,the bartender kept his cool and remained polite and friendly , still tipped 22% had my whiskey on the rocks and went to enjoy the rest of my day
