Summary:
This beautiful home on Peak 7 is the perfect place for a family getaway. This is a quiet residential area close to town and the ski area. The living room and dining room have wonderful views of the 10-mile range. The wrap around porch is very peaceful and a great place to view the many Aspen trees, moose, bear, fox and other wildlife in the area. This home is a great retreat for our family and we enjoy sharing it with others. We wish you great family memories in our mountain home.

The space is a lovely family stay with a responsive property management. Wonderful common area with a gas stove in the kitchen. Open concept for maximum family interaction. Fantastic view of the mountains and secluded location on top of a peak. The gas fireplace is a nice cozy touch. Solid WiFi. There is a steam room in the shower of the master bedroom. 3 proper bedrooms and an office with a futon in the loft/office area. One double room, one queen bedroom, one king in the master suite. All rooms have their own bathroom except the loft which will need to share a bathroom. There is a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked except for a water heater for tea, but you can boil water. Something to be aware of is that it is at the top of a mountain with a steep incline and having a 4 wheel drive during a snowy season it is necessary to get up the hill safely. The main hill up and down does not have a guard rail to the drop off and could be worrisome if the road is iced over. In addition, it should be noted that the house is at 9,875ft which is about 550 above the town of Breckenridge. If you are coming from sea level, it is a difficult adjustment and may take some time to acclimate. The town of Breckenridge is lovely, albeit expensive little place to walk around, eat, and shop. It is about 3 miles away and this house sits far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle of the downtown area.

We were looking for a quiet get-away and this house fit the bill perfectly. It's a lovely home that feels very welcoming. Well maintained. I would definitely come back.

The house was wonderful and just what our family needed. The kitchen was spacious and had all the cooking equipment I need to make meals for my family. The rooms were comfortable and inviting and felt like home. We would gladly stay here again. It was a great escape from the heat of the Texas summer and a peaceful area for mindful escape. We were able to see a moose and her baby and an elk. Just an enjoyable to time for my family and I.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Well kept and appointed (including a fully stocked and sizeable kitchen). Property manager was incredibly responsive. Had no issues with anything not functioning/requiring repair. Only complaint is that the only closet space in the master bedroom was locked/used as owners storage. There was an armoir but for a month's stay it made clothes storage tight. Would stay again if the opportunity arises.

This is a very well kept property. The drive up to the house is visually stunning so you get that a few times per day. Nice open area, but very quiet after dark. Short drive to town, but well worth it. Asked the owners to look at some more cooking pans/pots and maybe a new king mattress for master bedroom. It was a great house.

This house is absolutely perfect! It was very clean, well stocked, has an amazing view and comfortable beds. It’s just a few minutes from downtown Breckenridge. You will definitely need a 4WD during the winter months as the driveway is pretty steep. We especially enjoyed sitting in the steam shower after a long day of skiing!

7 of us. Everyone had a place to be together and to be alone when needed. Each of us LOVED the steam shower, especially after a cold day skiing. Shout out to PMI Breck. They were GREAT to work with.

Enjoyed an extended weekend w some friends at this lovely mountain house. Only disadvantage is there is no shuttle to the mountain. Would stay here again

We LOVED it here! Super Clean Quiet neighborhood Close to town Lots of space Beautiful views (mountain view from the porch is awesome) Their Steam shower is fantastic! **You NEED a 4x4/AWD in the winter. (steep driveways make it a must) ***Blue Moose is a must for breakfast (best hot chocolate ever) We will definitely rent again!!!

This was a wonderful house that was clean, neat, well stocked, and easy to find. The views were spectacular and we enjoyed evenings with an electric fire. We had no problems at all. We had 5 adults, but there was room for 8 comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed to make several meals in and it was even near a recycling center. It was easy to get to skiing as well as downtown Breckenridge. We would definitely come back again.

We absolutely loved staying at this property! The view of the mountains was amazing. Each day we would watch the snow clouds roll over the mountain and come toward us. The kitchen had all the necessary items and the baths had plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable. The home had everything we needed to have a wonderful trip. We would definitely stay at this property again.

This was our second Christmas at this property and we were just thrilled to be back . The attention to detail in this home is outstanding.. Beds are comfy , the layout to gather with family is perfect ,beautiful mountain decor., two story stone gas log fireplace and gorgeous views from every room ! Prime location .. only a few minutes to downtown Breck ! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home again with us , Merry Christmas , Debi Burden I could go on and on .. do yourself a favor and choose this fantastic home for your next trip ! The house was very comfortable for our Family of 3 with large rooms for everyone to spread out. The view from the deck is amazing. The neighborhood is quite. The house was meticulously clean and very well stocked. Everything needed for a great stay. The location on Peak 7 is a great location to get to Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon or Silverthorne. Would definetly stay again!

The house is fantastic. It's spacious yet cozy with the log beams and stone fireplace. The property is full of trees which provide privacy...enough privacy for a moose to graze on the shrubs. What an amazing sight! The deck is huge and wraps 2 sides of the house. Cons? No gas grill or table on the deck. Pretty minor in the big picture.

We had a very nice visit. We only locked ourselves out once, and got help promptly via a call to property manager. Everything was in great working order except the dryer. VERY loud, squeaky.

Stayed a week with grandparents and a small child (3). The beautiful views and wonderful assortment of puzzles and games made that living room a home away from home for us. Beautiful open kitchen and dining area look out to gorgeous mountain views. For the 3 adults in our party that took a shower in the master shower, all three swore that it was the greatest shower they had ever experienced! It had dual shower heads with lots of steam. This house had everything we needed and was just a short drive into town for the breckenridge gondola lower lot if anybody wanted to hit the slopes. Thanks again for everything!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and it was just as great this time as it was last summer. The house is beautiful and comfortable for our family of five. Plenty of room to stretch out, play games, cook, and eat. The location is perfect for all activities and close to town/ grocery store. Can’t wait to go back.

What a great place to call home for our Spring Break stay in Breck! The cabin was super clean and very comfortable. Loved the views out the giant windows in the main living area, which perfectly framed the mountains in the distance. Definitely recommend staying here!
