About this apartment rental
Nice independent apartment in a recently renovated tourist rental that is less than 5 minutes walk from the historic center and the main grocery stores, bars, tobacconists and restaurants. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower, balcony and terrace. Equipped with air conditioning and heat pump, flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, refrigerator, washing machine, complete kitchen set, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothesline, bed linen and towels. Suitable for a couple, singles or families with children. Wide possibility of parking both along the main road that runs alongside the house, and at the guarded parking lot about 200 meters from the house. Our guests will be welcome and will be able to count on the availability of the cordial Maria, who will welcome and assist them during check-in and check-out, as well as being available for any further needs. The particular position of the accommodation allows you to reach in about 15 minutes by car the wonderful beaches of Eloro, Calamosche, Marianelli and the Faunistic Oasis of Vendicari, or the equipped beaches of Noto Marina and nearby San Lorenzo. Noto is only 20 km from Syracuse and is close to wonderful places such as Marzamemi (small seaside village), Modica (famous for its chocolate), Ragusa and Palazzolo. The latter three, together with Noto, declared World Heritage by UNESCO. For trekking lovers we recommend a trip to Cava Carosello or Cava Grande di Avola. If you want to do a few more kilometers, thanks to the proximity of the highway, you can reach Etna, one of the few active volcanoes in Europe. For theater lovers we recommend a visit to Syracuse in May, where Greek-ancient comedies and tragedies are represented in the spectacular setting of the Greek Theater. On the third Sunday of May, one of the most significant events of the Baroque spring takes place in Noto, "the Infiorata", now famous all over the world.
