It was a perfect vacation place near the ocean, near was a restaurant Blue Waters and the food was perfect

un posto meraviglioso

La posizione era perfetta a pochi passi dal mare, il letto molto comodo e la camera pulita.

purtroppo abbiamo dormito malissimo, i cani hanno abbaiato tutta la notte davanti alla nostra camera e hanno tenuto tutti svegli. Sfortunatamente è un problema molto comune in India ed è da tenere in considerazione

Entspannter schöner Ort

Sehr nahe am Strand und etwas außerhalb von Varkala aber fussläufig erreichbar. Ruhiger Platz und schönes Zimmer. Die Yoga Stunde morgens war super!

Lugar con encanto y que merece la pena para muchos días

Me encantó nuestra habitación que tenía unas vistas increíbles.La ubicación súper cerca de la playa en una zona tranquila pero a pocos minutos andando a la playa de Varkala. El paseo merece l pena. El desayuno era muy rico, variado y con gran cantidad. El personal muy atento hizo que nuestra estancia fuese muy cómoda en todo momento , te hacían sentir como en casa. Hay clases de yoga por la mañana la cual nos encantó asistir🩵. Y nos divertíamos mucho con dos perritos que viven allí y son muy cariñosos.

Lo único que no me gustó es no habernos podido quedar más días allí 😃

Disappointing

Nothing in particular.

Pictures were deceptive and thought it would be just front of beach. Facilities were poor. Breakfast was not at par. So could not take other 2 days breakfast.

Great option in Odayam!

This hotel offers super clean rooms with great hot water and a prime location near the beach. In fact, we had an ocean view from our spacious and comfortable balcony. Faizal and his family were fantastic hosts and we also enjoyed the yoga on offer in the mornings.

The beds were not very comfortable, but this is pretty common in India. In addition, if you are sensitive to noise, you might bring earplugs because of the barking dogs and nearby mosque.

Five start treatment and a lovely space

The hotel is in a perfect location, 100 meters from the beach. There's a small beach but the sea is nearby (at least in the monsoon time).As a yoga practitioner, the space they have is awesome. I met the teacher but I never got to do classes with him. He was super nice!! Loved the space! The room is not huge but big enough to move around and has the furniture and appliances you need. The bathroom is large. The best of the lot is Faizal, the person who runs the property. He did the possible and impossible to get us sorted in all ways. From the pick up arrangement at the train station, providing food, arranging trips around... EVERYTHING!!! He is awesome!! We had a fabulous stay and enjoyed every bit of it.

It was a super stay in all senses. We went in low season and it was incredibly quiet, which we loved.

Peaceful and serene stay at the first place yoga resort!

Beautiful property, calm location with greenery all around. Friendly, kind and warm people. Fresh and wholesome food! Great for people looking to relax, learn some yoga and enjoy the beautiful sunset at Odayam Beach! Thanks to Pär, Faisal, Siva sir, Usha and Mini chechi and ofcourse Zack and Enzu for making our stay worthwhile! We will be back soon again!

I will be returning.

The location was perfect considering the beach was merely five minutes away. Its proximity to resort-restaurants made my stay during the pandemic stress-free. There's greenery all around, and I felt absolutely safe even though I was the sole individual staying at the property. I loved trekking daily from Odayam to Varkala North Cliff.

I would have loved if the AC facility was included in the initial offering. I ended up paying separately for it. I am saying this because the climate of Odayam is mostly humid and while you can do with a fan on good days, you need the AC to keep the room chill.
