Excellent food.
Easy parking on premises.
Lovely staff.
No chef on Mondays (was not aware until I tried to book a table), so breakfast only that day.
Bed was lumpy, so not good for bad backs.

The attentiveness of all staff was exceptional, the food was amazing and the surroundings were fab. every need was met however big or small. we were made so welcome it was like home from home
we liked it all
4.3
Lovely hotel, furnished and decorated beautifully . Well situated in the heart of the town. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, Tracey in particular was fantastic and a pleasure to meet .
4.3
Breakfast was first class quality ingredients tasting dinner menu very good
The only criticism is the drive at the entrance large humps and potholes
4.3
Shawn the manager was excellent, really attentive and showed amazing care for the business and guests. I was lucky enough to be there while they were partaking in a Norfolk food festival so 3 courses for £29 AMAZING value for such good food! If you stay here do eat supper, lovely room fab service incredible food. My bedroom as gorgeous, quite all facilities were tip top. For the location and considering the cost of other hotels in the area, this place is fantastic value for money and just excellent ☺️. They’ve even got a lovely little bar.
Minor build, I’d have more seating / lounge area for guests near the fire.

Our room was just a touch cramped.

Great location
Very good breakfast!

Very good breakfast and dinner.
Staff were very friendly and helpful with nothing to much trouble.
Very peaceful but close to all amenities in the village.
Nothing a great job.
4.3
Breakfast was excellent lots of options. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the sunshine. Staff were very attentive if needed.
Room a little tired and dusty. Noisy room over car park and music could be heard most of the time. Set meal, very pricey for the quantity, although quality was good.
4.3
The property is lovely and well decorated with a good selection of breakfasts. The room was spacious and had a coffee machine and a good selection of teas. Nice and quiet and plenty of outdoor seating
The only issue is we are both tall and the ceilings were sloping in part of our room and to the bathroom so had to be careful. The bathroom in our room was not en-suite and had low doorways to it but was ok when we got used to it and robes were provided
4.3
Staff excellent, lovely breakfast, comfortable atmosphere throughout.
Room layout - bit cramped towards the window

Great surroundings , clean throughout , friendly and helpful staff .
I can’t fault it .

Good location, friendly staff.
Restaurant was small, uninviting and dark. Only tasting menu on offer in the restaurant and this menu only had one choice per course which in our opinion is too restrictive.
Our room was ok but the bathroom was across the corridor. The owner, unprompted, raised this with us immediately when we checked in and said it wasn’t clear on the booking site. Although we weren’t happy with this the hotel was fully booked and it was too late to book anywhere else for the weekend.

Lovely hotel, staff and food
The bed had unsecured legs. As soon as you got on to the bed (gently) the legs came away. No secure fittings/bolts on legs to stop them moving.
4.3
Room was lovely, clean tidy and bed sheets were the best
4.3
Breakfast was excellent, as were the staff. Comfortable bed and excellent tea and coffee making facilities. No a/c (it’s a lovely old house!) but a fan was provided and window could safely be opened.
We had the last available room so no en suite - a private but separate bathroom, which was very good. However, getting up to use the loo during the night was a bit of a faff requiring keys and bathrobes. Hard to get back to sleep after that!
4.3
Beautiful location . Relaxing and enjoyable
These are Very minor points given the excellence of the overall experience but the Bedside tables could be larger and a power point nearer to the bedside tables would be beneficial..
4.3
Very relaxed atmosphere & lovely staff

The hotel itself was perfect for our needs. the staff were attentive and very friendly, making sure that we had everything we needed throughout. Lots of parking space and access to the gardens was very good. perfect place to sit and relax on a summer afternoon. We had the Sunday roast and that was amazing, beautifully cooked and presented meal (congratulations to the kitchen) Our room was clean and had everything we needed including a very cosy comfortable bed. We will definitely be back.
4.3
like the service, location and breakfast
that they only served 5 course menu for dinner
4.3
Unique quality place to stay. Food/ breakfast was amazing. Rooms have lots of character. Staff were exceptionally professional.
Liked everything. Would highly recommend as a place to stay in Blakeney.
4.3
bed and the bedding
seating area
shower room and towels
It was cold and no way of warming the room up.
Cleaning cloth left in the bathroom
Generally some dust and cobwebs with a smeared mirror.
4.3
Quiet, beautifully designed house with outside space. Staff were excellent, I hope the owners appreciate them.
Rooms were comfortable, coffee machine and a good shower. The food was lovely, a little but not too different and competitively priced.
I'd have to be picky there was precious little to improve.
The electrics in the rooms could be boxed in, I think they were done on the cheap.
The drinks were expensive.
4.3
Unbelievably wonderful breakfasts, very accommodating staff, great location and very good evening meals.
4.3
For an old property it was exceptionally well maintained and very clean.
The staff were very attentive and made our stay more than comfortable
Nothing
4.3
Breakfast was fair but needed to be booked
Didn’t like the face we could only have 5 course evening meal with no choice
4.3
Friendly and helpful staff, hotel had lovely character and was exceptionally clean. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was Amazing. Real thought has gone into this hotel, little things like a small torch attached to keys to help on unlit roads around village. A drink on arrival at the hotel.
Nothing to dislike
4.3
The food, the tasting menu in our case, was just wonderful, top class. The recommended accompanying wines were good, The hotel is quiet. The staff we met are lovely and accommodating. The hotel is clean.
I think, that the serving staff/owners should wear something better than jeans and casual tops. A white shirt/blouse would lift the whole ambience.
Our room was a bit on the chilly side despite the staff attending to the heating.
