Pleasant, warm, clean and helpful staff
People with mobility problems should note that access to some rooms involves a narrow twisting staircase and several changes in level.
Seems that the refurb was done about 4 years ago and some items are in need of repair: window catches, continually running WC flush, curtain headers.

The room was clean and comfortable and had a very good view of the harbour. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We had one lunch at the restaurant which was very nice, we also had a full English breakfast one morning which was of a reasonable standard.
We had an evening meal on the Sunday evening three of us had roast beef and unfortunately the meat was inedible as it was so tuff we were unable to cut it. Give the staff their due they were very apologetic and removed the three meal from the bill. Also we had porridge for breakfast one morning and it was so gloopy you could have used it to build a house.

Room was beautiful. Very clean. Lovely location.
The dinner in the restaurant. Poor choices. Portions too big. Disgusting burger. Need more choices and more imagination.

Definitely a must place to stay!! There is nothing not to like here - the Rooms, Pub, Restaurant, Food and Staff are exceptional. Definitely exceeded my expectations and I felt it was very much value for money. Anyone would feel welcome here: whether your travelling with family, in a group of friends or on your own. Would definitely stay again when I visit this part of Norfolk.
Nothing!

Often stay here - staff are always friendly - rooms are really nicely done out and very clean. Right in the centre of Blakeney - walking distance to anywhere in Blakeney. Really nice breakfast.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent.
Room was comfortable.
Great location in middle of Blakeney with free car park.
Slightly oddly the room wasn’t serviced for the second day. But I only stayed two nights so it was fine.
My bathroom had a bath tub with shower attachment which was fine but I prefer proper stand up shower.

bunkbed for kids. fantastic location 30 seconds walk to Blakeney house hotel!!
The room was dirty, a stain on a towel, dog hairs over the floor and dirty glasses in the room and restaurant. didn’t stay for breakfast as thought the room was dirty and didn’t feel comfortable.
Has potential to be Fantastic but needs a really good clean …… SIMPLE!

All went well, great little inn in a great location. Have stayed there before, will stay again.
8.0 / 10.0
The staff were welcoming, efficient and timely.
Food was tasty and a variety of choice, presented with no delay and well cooked or prepared.
There was little noise with comfortable bedroom that was well equipped.
If you have mobility, you will need to be careful on the stairs and steps, not a problem for us who are both well over 70.
Car parking is good.
The best is the positive approach from the staff.
There was only one snag as a bath towel was marked and was not replaced when requested. For a one night stay that was not a problem
