Stay at beachfrontparadise
Excellent location near wonderful beach. House accommodated us comfortably for 5 weeks, plus our children and grandchildren for portions of the 6th week. pool was a big bonus, especially for the grandchildren. Michael and Jessica were very responsive owners, and helpful with pool maintenance scheduling with the pool company.

Our stay was excellent and Jessica and Michael were a pleasure to deal with! The main house is lovely and has everything you need. The backyard is truly an oasis and is very private. The boat And private beach access are the icing on top! Would highly recommend this vacation property!

Beautiful place, lovely stay!
I had a fantastic stay here! Michael and Jessica were incredible hosts and were extremely reliable and accessible throughout our stay. They are SUPER friendly and were very helpful along the way. If we ever had any questions or wanted any sort of recommendation, they were always there to turn to! The home is beautiful and had EVERYTHING we could've imagined and more. The rooms were very comfortable and our family felt right at home. In fact, when it came time to go, they didn't want to leave! If you're looking for a place to stay in the Florida Keys, look no further! You've found the perfect place right here!

Great Family Memories!
We stayed at the Waterfront Paradise property for my dad's retirement and my mom's 60th Birthday celebration. Papa and his grandson got to stay in the apartment downstairs and stay up late watching shows and making midnight snacks, while the upstairs was perfect for the rest of our family. The house had everything we needed, location was perfect, we brought our boat and having it right there at the dock was great to take it out anytime we wanted. Fishing was great! We had manatees and fish just off the dock that we all enjoyed watching. My only suggestion would be to have a larger outdoor eating option maybe on the deck as it's so beautiful outside there! Tropical paradise, we loved it! Thanks so much Michael and Jessica for the wonderful memories!

Would like to thank Michael and Jessica for letting my family stay in there beautiful home. The is fantastic it had everything we needed for a stay. We had a great time and Michael and Jessica are great host. From the Boat Dock to the Tiki Hut to the house itself I give it 5 stars. Our stay was wonderful and we will back.

Paradise ....
We stayed at Waterfront Paradise for two weeks in late June 2015 and the house was more than we expected. We have been to the Keys for the past dozen years and kind of out grew the place we had been staying. I was in touch with Jessica weekly starting in January trying to fit my two sons and their family’s schedules into ours. Jessica was more than understanding and helpful making all of our schedules meet. The beach was great and very close; a couple days we were able to anchor off the beach and relax after a morning of fishing. The area was very crowded on the weekend but during the week, sometimes we were the only ones there. Crazy Bills was a daily stop for us, they have everything we forgot. If you need any hardware supplies Caloosa Cove Hardware store isn’t far down the road. The back yard and dock is where we spent most of our time at the house. Getting out of the canal was easy and a very short boat ride to the channel two bridge. Wonderful place and hope we get back there soon.

Excellent way to spend a week !!
This home was more than we expected. We have been to the Keys many times and stayed many places from hotels to other homes. This was by far the nicest place we've stayed. The home was in excellent condition and well cared for. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning for coffee and on the dock in the Tiki Hut in the evening with a glass if wine. You feel like your in the Caribbean. One evening we had a Manatee hanging out at the dock, really cool. It is also a great place for docking your boat or rental. Its easy access to the ocean for diving, snorkeling or fishing which we did all of. If you want a great escape for a week or longer this is the place. The owners are easy to contact and easy to work with. We will definitely go back here on our next trip to the Keys.

Great place!
We stayed here for a week in late January 2015. The house is perfect for three couples on vacation. The dock area is very nice and we were able to rent a boat and dock right in front of the house! We enjoyed sitting on the top deck looking down on the dock and water while having refreshments. There were plenty of restaurants and places to see within a short drive. Definitely want to look at booking this again next winter when it is cold up here in Michigan!

Love it.
We fell in love with this wonderful home. It has everything you need to feel at home, the beds were very comfortable and the landscaping made it feel secluded. The owners of the home are wonderful and we look forward to many more visits there.

Wonderful and relaxing!
The house was just great! We can't say enough about it. The owners were very nice and helpful. Nice community, (and nice for running in the early mornings.) House was beautifully decorated, clean and very spacious for our two families. Upstairs bedrooms and living space were big and comfortable. Downstairs one bedroom a/c had some difficulty getting going, but it is very nice and big also. The kids enjoyed biking and the little beach so much. The dock was very nice, spacious for our 34'boat, everything well maintained and convenient.
Back yard with lush tropical landscaping that we really enjoyed! The tiki was great, will be better with the hammocks! It was very hot during our stay, so we brought the fans outside which made it nicer. Really great features for boaters: great canal access within minutes of bay and ocean, power, water, outdoor shower, ice machine and bait/catch fridge. Alligator reef is just 20 minutes away and stunning. The fish cleaning station was really nice, but better to toss stuff in trash I think since fish remnants can settle around mangroves.
We were able to anchor off the little beach and chill after long mornings out in the reef, which was just wonderful. I would avoid it on Saturday and Sunday since everyone else goes those days. But Monday through Friday it's just heaven.
Great location for day trips to key west, turtle hospital, or an afternoon tarpon feeding at Robbie's. Only downside is distance from nearest grocery store was a little bit far for me, but nothing that a little advanced planning can't fix. And for everything forgotten there's crazy bills around the corner.
Really recommend this beautiful home.

Perfect
My wife, daughter and I stayed at Waterfront Paradise last month, and we just loved it! This was our 3rd time to the Keys in the last four years. And as far as the location goes, it was the best. What a wonderful home! Clean, neat, beautifully landscaped and decorated. There were so many things we liked about its design and layout that I actually took video to remember for the future. And when I say neat, I mean it. My wife is a stickler for neat.
Our hosts were extremely accommodating and very personable. They were filled with great information and we actually texted back and forth all week.
Besides the home, the short walk to the beach was convenient, and the beach itself, beautiful!! I'm an amateur photographer, and EVERY evening presented us with the most beautiful sunset.
I can almost guarantee that for our next trip to the Keys, we'll be calling again!! Waterfront Paradise, that's exactly what it was for us!!

Complete relaxation!
The house was perfect and Jessica and Michael were great to work with! The house has great tropical landscaping that provides privacy and a tiki hut with a hammock and chairs to sit in by the dock and relax in the evenings. Everything is so laid back here we hope to make this an annual trip. Also thank you Jessica for showing us the tiki toss game...lol we didn't realize what it was for a couple of days! :)

A True Paradise!
This house lived up to and exceeded our expectations, the description and photos are accurate. We found Michael very easy to deal with he was quick to respond to our questions both before we arrived and during our stay. His directions to the house were easy to follow and we found the property with no problem. The house is on a very quiet road and although close to US1 there was no traffic noise and everybody was very friendly. The house was very clean and well maintained and had everything that we needed. There were plenty of towels for the bathroom and the beach as well as spare linen for the beds. The outside space was lovely and we made good use of the verandah and Tiki hut by the canal. The trees and palms make it very private, but remember to put on insect repellent. We were travelling as three couples and felt that there was plenty of space. The fisherman in our party were happy with a third freezer to store bait in and room for their rods. The beach was a real bonus - we were often the only people on it and it has loungers, chairs, picnic benches and BBQ's. We ate supper there one night and watched the sun go down - the perfect end to the day! We had a couple of Kayaks delivered to the house from the Kayak rental place at Robbie's marina and had fun paddling around the canals and to the beach. We also went on a fishing charter with Captain Kenny (Caribsea, based on the next canal) which was excellent we are not experts on fishing in the keys but we certainly caught plenty of fish and the boat was comfortable. We bought lobster and stone crab from Mr Lobster at the end of the road and Crazy Billy's had the things that we forgot to buy at the Supermarket in Tavernier. The position of the house meant that Key West was within 1.5 hours drive and all the attractions of Islamorada are close by. We would certainly rent this property again and would have no hesitation recommending it to others.

Most relaxing house in the Keys
We just got home a week ago and can't stop thinking about this beautiful house and area we stayed in! From the beginning the owner was very cordial, and easy to work with. The house has everything you will need besides food and charcoal if your going to cook and grill your own food. The beds were all very comfortable, large table that sat all 5 of us with room for more. Cable tv, radio for music, all the cooking utensils you'll ever need, separate single room downstairs with a full kitchen and bathroom, plenty of comfortable seating inside and out, quite neighbors, private beach just down the road, beautiful newly remodeled bathroom, great AC, dishwasher, ceiling fan and plenty of hot water for multiple showers.
The best thing about this house is its location. It's centrally located in the Keys mid-way and on a canal. The canal provided the highlight of our trip. Manatees swimming in the canal right off the deck behind the house!! They are amazing. The private beach is right down the road from the house and has the most amazing sunsets! The drive north to Key Largo or south Key West is really simple being in the middle. The neighborhood was very quiet all night long and a beautiful light shines from the bottom of the canal all night. You'd be crazy to stay in a hotel instead of having your own house. I swear I looked at every rental in this price range between Key Largo and Marathon and it was everything I expected and more!

Winter Escape in Paradise
Our group just returned to South Dakota after a week at Waterfront Paradise in Islamorada - it was very difficult to leave. Michael was a wonderful host; providing recommendations in lining up charters, help with directions, and checking in to make sure we arrived without any issues and making sure everything was as expected. The home was well located in the middle of the islands with easy navigation to everything offered in the Keys'. The home and gardens were clean, immaculately kept, and comfortable. We were surprised that we needed to provide basics such as toilet paper, but that was a small issue in the overall positive experience. This was the perfect home for us in the Keys and one we plan to return to again in the near future.

Paradise Found
Wow! The pictures don't do this place justice. The home is fabulous, clean, and well appointed. We had everything we needed to enjoy meals at the house and even just hang out, if we chose to, with the cable tv and wifi. There were plenty of towels and the bathroom is great. I even took pictures of it so we could remodel our shower in the same fashion!
Islamorada is such a great location. Tons to do in the area including snorkeling, diving, sailing, jet ski, fishing and sunset events. Not to mention the unique animal interaction attractions at Theater of the Sea.
The dining in the area is top notch. I highly recommend Lazy Days, the Green Turtle Inn, Tower of Pizza and for breakfast Bob's Bunz.
Want something a little different? Key West is only 90 minutes away and there is no end of food and shopping and water sports there as well.
Mike made our stay amazing. He checked on us to be sure we arrived safely and gave us great ideas for where to go to eat and snorkel and such.
I don't doubt that we will be back! As a HomeAway employee I've vacationed in many places but this is among my favorites.

40th birthday enjoied......
The house was great, bathrooms and kitchen were super clean and updated. The best feature is the landscaping. Lots of Palm trees, a large Gumbo Limbo that hides the balcony and a tiki hut that got used nightly. The large concrete dock is in great condition with electric close, a hose available, and a large lighted fish cleaning station. The channel 2 bridge is a 10 minute or less boat ride. There is a FREE boat ramp less then 3 miles away, cheap NON ethanol at the end of the street, Crazy Bill's, which also has great breakfast sandwiches for $3.50. And finally a large updated washer and dryer.

Very nice and private
My wife and 3 children have stayed at this beautiful waterfront property three times over the past five years and each time there is a new upgrade done to the house. As a contractor I know they have spent good money on quality work. The new bathrooms are the latest improvements and they are awesome! The water pressure is just right! Aside from the comfortable surroundings it has a lush landscaped backyard next to the dock. The hammock under the tiki hut adds a nice touch. Whoever wants to just relax after a day on the water can do it comfortably inside or outside. There is plenty of room and things are conveniently located, like the hose next the fish cleaning station and the outside shower with hot water! We will return again as long as it is available. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. It is our piece of paradise.

Superb !
The property and the amenities are beyond belief. Everything is of the highest quality, felt instantly at home, it is like walking into someone else's luxury home, but it is yours for a week. Would highly recommend and do again.

Paradise Found!!!
We stayed here for a week and found the property to be phenominal! The house was amazingly well kept, very clean. With less then a mile from the beach, a private one at that the views were spectacular!!!

We had a great trip and this house meet all of our expectation. We were able to have our boats anchored right at the house. The back yard felt private and relaxing. All of the amenities were like new and in great working order which make the trip worry free. I would consider visiting this house in the future for another great vacation.

From the owner's quick responses, to the comfortability of the property, to the amazing private beach... this place was better than advertised.
It is a breath of fresh air to rent from an owner that answers your questions promptly, lays out expectations and amenities accurately, and is a great help getting you connected with the local community.
The property is laid out and furnished exactly as advertised and was an easy drive to local restaurants, bars, fishing excursions, and other attractions. The hammocks on the private dock were perfect for early morning or late night relaxing, and the "fish station" was incredibly convenient after we chartered a fishing trip.
The private beach looks like it could be on a postcard, with crystal clear water nearly 50 yards offshore. It was the perfect spot to spend a day and then toss a lawn chair in the water at the end of the day and watch the sunset.
We will definitely come back and recommend anyone staying in the area to contact this owner before attempting any other arrangements.

This a great rental! It is nice to have the separate downstairs efficiency so that your teenagers and/or another family can stay to provide for more privacy. We enjoyed sitting outside and soaking up the sun as well as a family UNO tournament led by my daughter! The beach was nice and enjoyable and a short walk from the house. The property was clean upon our arrival and has been well maintained. The owners were a pleasure to work with. We visit the Keys quite regularly and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at this place! Everything was as described or nicer! The owners are great and give excellent recommendations! My title comes from the fact, I just about wore out my fillet knife from cleaning so many fish! Reef fishing and spearing is not a bad boat ride at all and in about 18 miles we were on some great black fin tuna! My wife and children loved the beach, and the neighborhood was very friendly! Thanks for a great vacation!

My wife and family have stayed at this particular house in the keys a few times and have always enjoyed it immensely. We've never had any problems with anything and always found the owners to be responsive and available whenever needed. The house and property have everything you'd expect from an island paradise and perfectly located in the middle keys. I stongly recommend renting a boat which can be delivered right behind the house for a very resonable price considering how nice the boat was. You're really missing something if you don't see this place from the water. The backwater and Atlantic are right there and NO tricky navigation was required to find your way out and back. And without even coming close to running aground which is real easy to do in the keys. The house is wonderfully decorated and extremely comfortable inside and out. Loved the outside shower. . ! The owner has upgraded the interior recently with a spa like bathroom and new marble countertops. We will look for no other place to stay whenever we visit the keys in the future. I should have given this place a rotten review so it would be available for us next time we come. But I really can't think of one thing to complain about.. . . Come see for yourself.. . just don't block us when we want to come back.. :) I really woudln't want to stay anywhere else down there.

Our family spent 2 weeks in this lovely home and we had a fabulous time. We were 6 adults with 3 small children. We didn't want to stay in a hotel but rather have a home away from home. This place had everything we needed in terms of comfort and was very easy to use. It is in a great location with easy access to activities, restaurants and the grocery store, and has the advantage of being in a quiet neighborhood right on a canal where you can relax and take in the low-key, no stress environment that comes with the house. The garden is lush with plants and palm trees, the outdoor deck on the canal is great for having a drink or a meal, or just reading a book while swinging on the hamac. An important advantage of the house is that it has its own private beach, which is crucial since the island really has mainly private beaches. We spent our days there and found that being on the Gulf side was a great advantage. The water is crystal clear, calm and simply beautiful. Plus you're on the right side of the island to watch the sunset, which we did every day, and the colors are just amazing. The owner has put great attention in making sure renters are comfortable and feel at home. The house has everything you need, and we just had a wonderful time. The owner was also instrumental in recommending places that made our stay locally very fresh and low key. I highly recommend staying there if you are in this type pf mindset and are looking for this kind of simple quality where you can create great memories. We all look forward to staying there again in the future. Do not hesitate to choose this place, you will not be disappointed and will have an unforgettable time!

Beautiful, charming house in the Keys. House is big and spacious enough for family and friends. Sits on a quiet canal where you have your privacy yet the ocean is minutes away. You have access to a wonderful private beach. Property is pristine, grounds and garden are beautiful. House is convenient to dining, shops, boating, and anything you would want to do on vacation. Check it out!

This rental was quite a find. It is a beautiful home! It's very clean, the kitchen is beautiful and well-stocked, the a/c works great. It is so pretty outside too. Sitting outdoors under the tiki hut was always nice and never felt too hot. We rented a boat which was delivered to us and that was so much fun! You really get to experience the beauty of the Keys when you spend time on the water. We found several good restaurants not far from the house. Because this home has a separate downstairs apartment, it would be perfect for families traveling with older kids or a babysitter or grandparents. The home owner is a pleasure to deal with. It was a great experience!

We had a wonderful time. Everything was clean, new and kid friendly! We have a 2 yr old and we were worried about safety, but no problems.
The back of the house / on the water was so relaxing- we were able to rent a boat from this company that delivered the boat right to us-
There is a private beach that only the home-owners have access to. We were able to have bbq/picnic and the kids had a great time building sand castles! The water isn't too deep so it was great to drop the beach chairs in the shallow water and enjoy! We cannot wait to go back! The owners were very nice to rent from and even came down to show us around the property/ per our request! The seperate mini apt down stairs was perfect for grandma and gave her , her space. We will definatly return!!
