This Home2 Suites is Clean, modern, located in safe area.

Home2 Suites SFO was Amazing! It is in a good, safe location near the airport. This Hotel was modern, super clean, spacious with nice Lobby area with lots of comfy sofas. Check-in was fast and the front desk staff were nice. We loved our 2 bed suite, it had lots of cabinet space, and double dressers for setting up personal belongings. The suite was perfect with kitchen area and freezer and fridge. We definitely felt at home. The bathroom was clean and the Shampoo, conditioner and lotions smelled good! I will definitely book again in any city we travel to. Hot Breakfast was good too with nice selection.

Perfect but wish EV chargers worked.

Room was very spacious and clean. Great location. Everything Id need during my stay are available for me to use.

The main reason I picked home2 suites was because of EV charger. Non EV are parked there and none of the chargers worked. I still had to find a different location to charge. Not enough selection for breakfast.

Bad environment bad vibe minimal breakfast

Breakfast was ok but didn’t have enough to serve everyone, people in the lobby drinking alcohol and bringing in alcohol to drink in the lobby , had my kids there with us and they did not feel safe .

The price was decent is pretty much it , was reasonable but I will never stay here again .

we needed a couple of nights to rest and pack ready for our return flight back to NZ

Séjour agréable mais personnel peu à l'écoute des clients

La taille des chambres. La cuisine et ses équipements. Le petit déjeuner.

Un des lits n'était pas prêt à notre arrivée. Le réceptionniste a fait semblant de ne pas comprendre lorsque je lui ai demandé de préparer le canapé lit pour nos enfants. Le parking dont le prix est excessif.

Employees always very pleasant and professional

The bed in our room had metal sticking out of the bed frame, on which I cut my leg on . I did report it at check out . Very dangerous. But everything else was great.

Buen hotel cercano al aeropuerto

El hotel está muy cercano al aeropuerto, por lo que es ideal para descansar entre un vuelo y otro. La habitación es enorme y cuenta con todas las comodidades para cocinar.

Excelente opción cerca del aeropuerto.

El hotel se encuentra muy cerca del aeropuerto. La habitación es muy cómoda, luminosa y espaciosa. Cuenta con cocina pequeña muy equipada con heladera grande, plancha, escritorio, muy buena iluminación. Se destaca la limpieza, la calidad de las toallas y sábanas así como la amabilidad del personal, que en su mayoría habla español. El desayuno es correcto.

El colchón podría renovarse, estaba bastante hundido. El aire frío calor era bastante ruidoso. Que el parking no estuviese incluido en la tarifa.

There were no free parking for the guests, this is the first time we have to pay $27 dls, I think we shouldn’t have to pay for parking, after all we are the guests

Good location & Friendly staff

Staff were very welcoming… Good gym and it was open early which was great. Breakfast options were good and good selection of takeaway coffee. Location was good - airport nearby so great when arriving late. Easy to find and parking no problem at all.

The room, location and was of parking.

(1) The female clerk woke us up late on one day and did not wake us back up with our second requested call on Wednesday morning; and (2) there should always be a non-pork entree for breakfast, as all Muslims (we are Muslim), Jews and some Christians do not eat pork.

Encountered bedbugs, did not feel comfortable during our stay.

Location was good. The layout of the room was nice as well.

I have never encountered bedbugs until our stay at this property. We came back to our room and saw a bedbug crawling across the bed. We asked for a change of room at around 2 A.M., did our laundry at 3 A.M., and generally did not have a good time staying here. The hallways reeked of chemical smells and the quality of the breakfast was below average. I have stayed at other Home2 Suites and this location was the most disappointing.

I like the room and the meeting room is nice too.

I was in a handicap room and the shower flooded half the bathroom, completely soaking multiple towels. Luckily none of my personal items were in the area.

Exceptional

Spacious, modern, clean, comfortable, quiet and well-equipped. I wish I'd had this hotel room to complete my 2 week quarantine during Covid times! Decent breakfast, free fruit was a nice touch. In a tech-y area very close to SFO.
