Was nice. Place was very cute, top floor above another apartment where owner lives. Only thing we didn't care for was the privacy, as we were directly above owner and couldn't make much noise, not a whole lot of orivacy. Owner nice, 1 parking spot, good ac

Great location for us, especially within short walking distance from Pops grill. I enjoyed walking around the boat yard early in the morning. The host was great, was present during our check in. Host also checked on us several times during the visit. Perfect little spot to get away and enjoy the beach for sure. It’s our 37th year visting Buxton. We will most definitely stay in the future.

Lisa is a great host. She communicated details in advance of my stay. The day of check in she texted me to let me know the room was ready early. I met her the day I arrived and she was very welcoming. The room was exactly as stated in the description. It is clean and there was always a breeze coming off the sound. I enjoyed sitting on the dack in the evening and listening to the birds. After dark the stars were bright and the location is very tranquil. I felt safe and happy with my choice. I look forward to another visit.

Great alternative to a motel. Room is above the host's residence and she came out to greet me when I arrived. Very helpful and gave me a tip on an excellent restaurant for dinner. Centrally located on Hatteras Island.

I had a very nice stay in the Treehouse. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Lisa responded quickly and was a pleasure to deal with. The location is close to everything too.

Very clean. Very comfortable. The shower hit the spot. The view is amazing from the deck. I was alone this time but would bring my wife in the future. It is a very nice respite after a day of doing what you do on the island. If you like good, kind, and thoughtful people; Lisa will not disappoint.

We only stayed overnight but we will be back! Lisa was an great host and I would recommend tree house to anyone. Unit was clean and she even supplied coffee for the maker inside the room.

What a beautiful place to stay while visiting my favorite beach. The small space was perfect for my wife and I and we enjoyed it so much. Lisa, the owner, was just wonderful to talk with and she made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The view from the Treehouse is great, the place is clean, and the bed is really comfortable. I will be saving the Treehouse to my favorites and when I am doing a night or a few on the island I'm gonna check with Lisa first to see if the Treehouse is available. Awesome place!!

This property was a great stay for the Outer Banks. There were plenty of places to access the beach, the room was very clean and well thought-out for guests, and the host was friendly and helpful. We even got to see her perform with her band at Breakwater restaurant in town! The Vrbo exceeded our expectations.

We were as hogh as the trees. Owner is very considerate. She even had it ready early because of the weather causing possible yraffic delays. Beautiful scenery overlooking the ocean. Had everything we needed.

We absolutely loved this property! Amazing host, clean house and great surroundings. Lisa was amazing! We alao got to enjoy her band at a local restaurant while having dinner. The stay was amazing and felt like "home".

They tree house property was just what we were looking for yesterday night. Lisa was very good with the communication process and text us when the room was ready. The bed was SUPER comfortable and the restaurant across the street had good food. We will stay again if we’re in Buxton.

The room is super cozy and very clean, not to mention the awesome location! We stayed on Hatteras for our stay- about 10 mins to the beach and 10 mins from the lighthouse. If you wanted to visit other islands, I’d imagine it’s not too much of a trek. Lisa was super kind and friendly- excellent communication!
