This home is in a great location! Loved the views! Visited both Zion and Bryce while staying here.
Had everything we needed here. Kitchen had many amenities. Very clean. Quiet. Nice to have multiple bathrooms and be able to sneak downstairs in the morning while the kids were still sleeping. Would highly recommend for a family!

This was a comfortable home and good location for hiking into Bryce, Zion, even Capitol Reef as well as more local hikes into Coral Pink Sand Dunes and Buckskin Gulch.

Extremely clean, comfortable beds and the host was kind enough to leave some coffee and laundry soap which was greatly appreciated during our stay. The host was extremely kind and super quick to answer questions when we were getting there our first night as far as door code and stuff. The pool was perfect for our 9 year old grandson and the on site gym is really a nice setup to give most people a great workout (never seen a smith machine like the one they've got but it worked great). Great overall AC and room ceiling fans too!

Condo was perfect for our stay. Was very clean and fully stocked with everything that you could think of. Centrally located amongst all the parks. We were there for the Grand Circle Trailfest running series and it was the perfect place to stay, making it very easy to get to all the races each day and within walking distance to central headquarters. Would definitely stay again in the future.

We were looking forward to a relaxed weekend enjoying the beautiful Kanab, Utah area from the Coral Sand Dunes to the Paria River. The townhome was excellent, clean and located close to the Tom's Canyon trailhead. Enjoyed walking out the front door and accessing it quickly. We had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. Hope to return when I need a quick get-a-way and a change of scenery to southern Utah.

Very comfortable Condo. We enjoyed our stay and will return to stay here again. Gave lower on clean due to towels smelled a little musty like were put away damp, and glass and TV had handprints and dust, but that is just my overly clean opinion. It was really quite clean! Thanks for the great stay and the nice thank you that you left! Made us really feel welcome

Worked well for our needs, nice base of operations for working at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Clean and good communication from the property manager. Definitely recommended.

Only stayed one night while traveling to different canyons, but it was the most comfortable place that we stayed during the week. Better than advertised, with much room for a family of 5 to have plenty of room to relax. Thank you!

Quiet, comfortable, and perfectly located
We were looking for a place to stay that was close to Grand Canyon, Zion and Bryce Canyon national parks, and discovered Kanab on the map perfectly located within easy driving distance to all of them. We looked for options that would give my wife and I and each of our kids a room of their own, plus having a kitchen and living space to come back to each day. This townhome was the perfect configuration for us, plus there's a community pool we had access to for cooling off at the end of the day.
When we booked our stay we got several emails with info about things to do and places to go in the area which was helpful. There was a binder in the living room filled with info as well.
Everything was modern and clean. The kitchen had all of the cooking implements we needed to make breakfast and dinner. There was a cooler in the pantry we borrowed for picnic lunches out.
The bedrooms each had a closet with 5 or 6 hangers and dresser to use while we were there. There were extra covers in the closets as well.
The bathrooms were nice, with plenty of towels, a hair dryer in each bathroom, and a dispenser with shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each shower. The master bath had a large tub/shower combination that was almost the size of a garden tub. (Like a regular tub but half again as wide with an oval interior shape). The shower curtain was hung on a curved bar that gave extra space in the shower as well.
There is a gas grill out back we used for making burgers and hot dogs. There is a large pair of tongs and grilling spatula in the kitchen.
The place was nice and quiet while we were there. There is a wall shared with a neighbor but we never heard them.
There is a big plateau with hiking trails literally right out the back door. We actually started with a hike there the first day just to see how we'd handle the elevation.
There is another trail a few miles away called the Mansard trail that leads to some petroglyphs which we checked out as well. It was about 5 miles of hiking and there are a couple challenging spots. The first is when we arrived at a wall about 6 feet high. There's a sign next to it that basically says yes, that's the trail. There are easy footholds and handholds, but it was still unexpected. Later we reached a deep sandy area that made hiking more difficult, but it was all worth it. So amazing to see the petroglyphs!
The only minor issue we had was that the master bedroom blinds wouldn't close.
Would definitely recommend!

Very well stocked condo.
4 seniors stayed at this condo, and were very pleased with the accommodations. The kitchen had coffee and filters, sugar, sweeteners, plenty of utensils, plates, coffee cups, glasses and wine glasses. Washer and dryer worked and there was detergent and fabric softener. Pantry had some cereal, oatmeal, sugar, plastic wrap, etc.
There were tissue boxes in each room, and brochures on the area. The hot water was phenomenal...it had to be a tankless water heater.
The only hiccup is that 3 of the 4 vanity lights in the master bedroom were burned out. I called, but they were not replaced while we were there. Another problem...the shades in the master bedroom, once lifted would not come back down. I reported this problem as well, but it was not tended to while we were there. Other than those two issues, we were totally happy with the location and the condo and amenities.

Great location, very good home.
We had a great time at this property. It is exactly as shown in the photos. It is an end unit, therefore quieter, and at the northern end of Kanab, therefore great for driving to the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary as well as Zion and Bryce.
The main bedroom is very spacious and has an en-suite full bathroom. The other 2 rooms are more basic but have large closets and a view of a pasture and the Vermilion Cliffs. We made use of the laundry and kitchen appliances, and were very pleased with the well-stocked kitchen. Add an axe to the extensive collection of knives, and you could open a circus act!!! Best-equipped kitchen I have seen in a rental property. The bathrooms were fitted with a shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser filled with nice products. All was super clean.
The host, Zion Stays, was very quick to respond to a complaint we had about blinds in the main bedroom - we left a message in the morning, and it was fixed by noon. It gives me confidence that our other complaint, about the comfort of the bed in the main bedroom, will be promptly fixed as well. This company is very responsive to its clients. I would stay at this property again.

The process to check-in and check-out was super easy - every VRBO should be like them! I would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Plenty of space
This home offered many amenities and space for our family. The property management was extremely responsive. My adult kids really enjoyed the pool and workout equipment. We had a wonderful stay.

Great location, easy and fun!
We found Zion Stays attentive and engaged before we even arrived, which was nice. Basically, they serve as a concierge by offering suggestions and answering questions on local activities, tour companies, hikes, etc. We took their recommendation for a specific activity, a half day UTV / slot canyon hike, and it was extraordinary.
The condo was nice and fresh, and large enough for four teens plus mom and dad. Kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. I recommend looking at the pantry before buying cooking spray, oil, coffee and other basics.
Right out the back door the K-Hill and Tom's Canyon hikes couldn't be more convenient. You will not find a location with better access to Zion, Bryce, and the Grand Canyon North Rim. We hiked everyday and found the hot tub and pool so refreshing after our legs wore out. I could say more good things about Kanab and the nice folks that we ran came across, there were many.

Comfortable for Family with 4 teenagers!
We had a great time in this condo. Having 3 bedrooms for our family of 6 made our vacation a happier one! The condo was very clean and comfortable. I was very grateful for the fully stocked kitchen utensils, cookware, etc. Also loved the shampoo, conditioner, body soap dispensers in the showers. This kept fights from breaking out amongst our 4 teenage daughters. The pictures don't do justice to just how nice the condo is. It was a great stay, in a city with lots of culture and restaurants. We really enjoyed it.

Loved it!!!
I would stay again. Had a little issue with our pool key but that all. Luckily there is a sweet neighbor lady that let us use hers and also so other guest who let us in when they seen our key didn't work. Everything is beautiful and big attraction are a little over a hour drive away. Does not have ceiling fans in all bedrooms just the master room. All rooms are upstairs. Great quite place to stay. Everything you need is right there. Beds are comfortable. Loved everything about this place. So much better then any hotel. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in this beautiful town. Love love love it. Wish I didn't have to leave.
